as well as their nuclear capabilities and several of their top nuclear scientists. As of right now, the question remains as to whether or not the U.S. is actively getting involved with rumors circulating that the U.S. and the U.K. have launched fighter jets to intercept Iranian strikes on Israel.
I believe this to be untrue, but I don't know for sure, as it has been reported by a handful of people, though I can't find any other official sources. We just have social media sources claiming this is the case. Now, Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, the U.S.,
has denied any involvement in Israel's strikes on Iran. The U.S. has repeatedly said they will not be involved in Israel's strikes on Iran. But now Israel is claiming that this was a PSYOP. That's right. The U.S. was trying to lull Iran into a false sense of security to believe.
The attacks actually would not happen. And now Donald Trump is warning Iran, you make a deal, a nuclear deal, otherwise there will be nothing left. Well, I don't know for sure exactly what's going on. And I think most people don't. Times of Israel is reporting that the U.S. was trying to trick Iran into thinking attack wasn't going to happen. Maybe. It seems kind of convoluted if you ask me. Like,
Israel attacks. The U.S. says we are not involved in this. And then Israel goes, actually, they are. I mean, if we were, would Israel really out us like that, like defy our stated position? I don't think it makes a lot of sense. But it could be that Donald Trump knows his base does not want war with Iran and that us getting dragged into this will be bad for him and the Republicans, especially in the midterms. But again, believe what you want to believe.
Right now, there are people on X claiming that Israel is in control of the United States, which I think flies. You know, look, you want to you want to believe that everything is a conspiracy and every bit of evidence points in your direction. By all means, you're free to do so. But I certainly don't think that the U.S. denying involvement, refusing involvement and then being accused of involvement is indicative of Israel controlling us. If they did, the U.S. would just come out and be like, we will strike Iran.
They would use the United States as their saber to rattle. But there are concerns this will devolve into a greater conflict. Now, me personally, I think nothing. I think nothing happens. I don't believe there will be war with Iran unless the U.S. decides to intervene. So as of right now, I do not fear that or I do not feel the U.S. or any other any of our allies faces a true and serious existential threat from Iran.
There's not going to be an axis of evil. There's not going to be a Russian China Iran. BRICS nations aren't going to rise up in defense of Iran over this. They're going to say, hey, we don't want a war. That's your business. So I don't see this escalating. However, the greater concern about World War III is not whether or not an axis or whatever you want to call it would form. It's whether or not we have war all over the world. And if a regional conflict breaks out between Israel and Iran, Iran is retaliating, of course, with these drone strikes.
And we have war in Ukraine. And then China moves on Taiwan. And then we have Venezuela and the U.S. and other forces. Yeah, we could be looking at a war around the world or we could be looking at a world at war. In which case, would you describe it as a world war? Well, I mean, let's be real. World War I and II were largely Europe. Like, I get it. Japan was doing its thing and taking over East Asia. But they didn't actively interact with the European conflict. World war. Right.
So what does it mean today to have a world war? It'll be interesting. Well, let's grab the news and we'll go through everything we got. We got Politico. Trump warns Iran, make a deal before there's nothing left. President Donald Trump warns Iran to make a deal before it's too late. As Israel shuttered embassies and consulates worldwide. The Thursday night attack targeted nuclear facilities, regime officials, military leaders, and key atomic scientists. Tehran retaliated with more than 100 drones.
There has already been great death and destruction, but there is still time to make this slaughter, excuse me, with the next already planned attacks being even more brutal come to an end. Trump wrote in the early hours of Friday morning, Iran must make a deal before there is nothing left. Now we have this from CNBC. Israel-Iran strikes likely just the opening salvo as region and markets brace for what comes next. Heavens me.
Now, we have a statement here from the IDF BG Effie Defran. And it's about a minute. Let's hear what he has to say. For years, the Iranian regime has called for the destruction of the state of Israel, planning and advancing concrete military plans to do so. Over the past few months, intelligence has shown that Iran is closer than ever to obtaining a nuclear weapon.
This morning, the IDF began preemptive and precise strikes targeting the Iranian nuclear program in order to prevent the Iranian regime's ability to build a nuclear bomb in the immediate timeframe. We have no choice. We are operating against an imminent and existential threat. We cannot allow the Iranian regime to obtain a nuclear weapon that would be a danger to Israel and the entire world. This operation is for our right to exist here.
for our future and for our children's future. The State of Israel has the right and obligation to operate in order to protect its people and will continue to do so. The IDF conducted significant preparations for this operation. We are well prepared both in defense and offense to defend ourselves. The IDF will continue to defend the State of Israel. You know, there are a lot of people that are posting Israel has a right to defend itself.
I got a question for you guys. If you attack someone else, you know, if like if you and your neighbor are fighting, so you start chucking Molotovs at his house and you're like, I had to defend myself. You think that's obviously you're going to jail. Like, clearly you're not defending yourself. But there is there is some nuance. I mean, we're talking about grand scale warfare. So it's not the same. Typically in the United States, defending yourself is like you got attacked. And so you then struck back.
This was a preemptive strike. And I'm seeing a lot of pro-Israel individuals call it self-defense. No, that's not self-defense. I'm just sorry. It's not. I mean, you can make an argument out of the nuance. Like, let's say your neighbor comes outside and says that they're going to kill you and they promise to do it. And so you go, OK, well, that's a bad thing. And then you see that your neighbor come home and he's standing in his yard and he's assembling a rifle. So then you decide to shoot him.
You take him out, you kill him and you say, I was defending myself. I don't think that's going to fly in court. Now, to be fair, the death threat actually. Yeah, it actually might. And that's the nuance here. Iran says they want to wipe out Israel. They then start building nukes. Israel says no way, because if they get nukes, this conflict gets way, way, way worse. But I don't I don't know if I would call that self-defense. I think I would just call that war. That's just it's war.

Trump should not be involved in the region. We've got this report from Mario Naufel.
U.S. and U.K. jets join Israel. One hundred Iranian drones inbound as sirens hit U.S. bases. They say American Mario says American and British fighters are now actively intercepting Iranian drones alongside the IDF. I've seen no confirmation of this. Britain is denying it, saying they have no plans to protect Israel from the barrage of Iranian drones. Now, at the same time, the Times of Israel is claiming the U.S. was secretly involved in a psychological operation.
Report. U.S. helped lull Iran into belief. No attack imminent. The U.S. participated in a massive campaign to lull Iran into thinking an attack was not going to happen immediately. Channel 12 reports. U.S. President Donald Trump said Thursday that an Israeli strike on Iran's nuclear sites could very well happen, but advised against it, saying the possibility of a deal was fairly close if Tehran compromises on its atomic ambitions in ongoing talks with the U.S.,
U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee said in an interview yesterday that Israel was unlikely to attack Iran without a green light from Washington. They are now claiming that was all part of a secret plan, a massive campaign by the United States to trick Iran into thinking the attack wasn't going to take place. What they're basically saying is actually the U.S. is involved.
Well, the U.S. has denied involvement. And this this is Israel trying to drag us into their war, which is what they've been trying to do. And I say, no, I'm not for it. I won't be for it. And these Israel sycophants, you know what? I just all of you, every every Israel derangement syndrome person, just everybody. I got the anti-Israel people saying that that I'm
I'm a kissing ass to Netanyahu. And I've got the pro-Israel people saying that I'm a blue haired leftist. Well, guess what? I don't have any hair. Take that. No, I'm not kidding though. On X, I've got the pro-Israel people being like, what's going on, Tim? You don't support our allies. You're woke right. And I'm like, I don't care what Israel does. I just don't understand what it has to do with us. Oh man, Mark Levin on Fox this morning. With all due respect,
You know, we can talk about any other issue, Mark, but on this issue, dude goes on TV and says, this is America first. We have to be involved in this war in the Middle East. And they're calling me a neocon. And I'm like, yep.
I take the more, I don't care about Israel. I don't think Israel controls the United States. I think Netanyahu has been desperately trying to get the U.S. to be involved in this. The reason why I and many other journalists and personalities got invited to meet with Netanyahu was so he could beg and plead and try and make his case that we should be involved in a war in Iran, for which my position has always been no, not now.
Now, who am I? Who am I? I'm some guy. You know what I mean? Some guy complaining on the internet. I don't want us to be involved in this because, you know what? Jack Posobiec hit the nail on the head with the gavel. He said, I just wish our military would take, I'm paraphrasing, would target the cartels the way Israel targets Iranian military leadership. Yeah.
The narco gangs and the criminal cartels that are attacking our southern border. That's a real threat to us. Iran, they don't have the military capabilities. Sure, they can destabilize the Red Sea and the Suez and all that stuff. Fine. Which is bad for global trade. But I don't care. What is it, like less than 3% of U.S. trade goes through this route? I don't care. I don't think the U.S. should be involved. And I think Trump will take a massive, massive hit.
to his approval rating if he does get the U.S. involved in a war with Iran. And that's why I say it's quite possible that Trump, who is one of the most pro-Israel presidents we've ever had, he's acting like we're not involved because he knows his base opposes it. Now, get this. Trump also is in favor of amnesty. I don't know if you guys saw this. He said, we can't deport the farm workers. We got to keep up. And I'm like, nope, don't care.
This is the sickness. This is the addiction. The system is dependent upon these bad things. Let's just go forever. Me, I don't know, man. I wonder why this I wonder if this is why so many people actually like the character Rorschach in Watchmen writer. Who was it? Was it Alan Moore? I always mix this up. The Watchmen comic. I think it was right.
Alan Moore. Yeah, he wrote it. He was saying that Rorschach was supposed to be like an incel, scuzzy, nasty guy who smelled bad. But for some reason, people really liked him. It's because he was uncompromising. And I think that's kind of silly to be uncompromising. Like I always am. I'm a reformer, not a revolutionary. But that famous scene at the end of the book where he says the people must know the truth, never compromise, not even in the face of Armageddon. And then Dr. Madden goes and blows him up.
And that's the challenge. That's a challenge question I have for you guys. Comment below. If you could take an action that you knew was the right course of action, but it would have a massive detrimental effect on this country, would you do it? I think most people wouldn't do it. I think, you know, Donald Trump and Rubio and Cash and Dan and Pam, they all get it. They all get in and they're like, here's the reality.
of what happens if you pull the trigger on these, you know, either maybe Epstein documents, war, Democrat arrest. They're like, it will fall apart. And they're like, but I don't want it to fall apart. It's like, okay, then the evil persists. Me, I'm probably crazier than that. I mean, there were scenarios where I'd say, I guess you lose, you know what I mean? Like you get in, it turns out that aliens are holding us hostage and they're like, you could not do it. We will vaporize you. But short of that,
If I was involved in all this stuff, I'd just be like, nah, it's not happening. Like, it doesn't matter when the individual says, I am right and you are wrong. What matters is the will of the people. Now, you may be saying, yes, but they don't know.
See, the intelligence agencies have classified it. Well, that's too bad. OK, there's not the way this government is supposed to work. And maybe it wasn't supposed to be the unipolar power and world police. Maybe this country was supposed to mind its own business with millions of people and a gun behind every blade of grass. And we'd say, you do you leave us alone. You ain't coming in our country and we get a farm. Instead, we became the world police. So I'm not all about that. OK, so I'd say this.
Israel, whatever. Israel's at war. I don't care. I care as much about their war as I do about China or any other country at war. Russia at war. Why are we involved in this?
And then people call me isolationists. That is the stupidest thing imaginable. The U.S. should be involved in global affairs. The U.S. should be involved in trade. The U.S. can supply weapons. The U.S. can even do military, you know, alliances and coalitions and all that. But why are we the principal world police? See, that's a big difference. Why are we constantly intervening in all these countries? I don't care.
Oh, no, Russia is going to have Ukraine and then gas prices will be high in Europe. And it's like, yeah, you know, I mean, now, listen, my friends, I'm not so naive. I understand there is no sitting back and letting the world just happen.
because bad people will get power. And it's not even necessarily about bad people. Other people will get power, and we know it happens when people have power. They wield it in disgusting ways. Not always, but there's a tendency towards it. The argument is we should have the power because it's better we have it than somebody else.

Man, you know, I take a look at Uruguay. Uruguay. That's how they pronounce it. Uruguay. We say Uruguay. They say Uruguay.
They ain't doing nothing. Nothing to nobody. Come on. Now, I suppose the argument will be like, it's so peaceful there and they can do whatever they want because of the United States. Spare me. I do not see China or any other world power invading these nations, but I do understand why a global Chinese unipolar world is a bad thing. So this is the sickness, the addiction. Nobody wants to give up. Nobody wants to stop. They want what they want and they'll fight to the bitter end to get it.
Well, here we go. It's hard to know what the right thing is. Everybody thinks they have the answers. Be it, we want to minimize death. We want maximization of progress. We want stronger economies. Everybody has a different end goal. There are evil people out there seeking to do evil things. And I can just say this. If you want U.S. involvement in Iran, then you need to be honest with the American people about why. But the reality is, I think the American people would largely reject it. They'd say, no.
That's not a good enough reason. It's not. To risk escalating war?
And shout out to the scumbags over at Channel 12 and in Israel who are trying to trick the world into going to war. Iran are going to war with the U.S. The U.S. is going to war with Iran. You know, it's like your bitchy ex-girlfriend at the bar, and she's like, uh-uh, you don't say nothing to me. My boyfriend could kick your ass. And the guy's like, oh, yeah, where's your boyfriend? And you're like, dude, stop. I don't want to get into a fight. That's basically what's happening. I'm not interested. I don't know about the rest of you. If Israel wants to do what it wants to do, it's like any other nation that's going to bomb whoever they want. Leave me out of it.

This story is wild and ever-changing. The first report was that around 10 or so illegal immigrants escaped an ICE facility as far-left extremists rioted to stop law enforcement from being able to capture these people. The story has now been updated to say four migrants are unaccounted for, and the reason why is they don't know that they escaped. They just don't know where they went, which kind of implies they're not there anymore.
From the New York Post, at least four migrants unaccounted for after riot breaks at a New Jersey ICE detention center. They say it's in Newark, New Jersey. Detainees took control of parts of the facility, according to reports. Multiple migrant detainees are unaccounted for and possibly escaped from the Delaney Hall detention facility after as many as 50 staged a revolt and pushed down a wall of a dormitory room inside of the center.
Pushed down a wall. You see, this is not secure enough. The detainees were supposedly sent into a rage by their dissatisfaction with the quality and timeliness of the meals, the local outlet reported. Some detainees allegedly fashioned a rope out of a bed sheet, which they used to descend from the third floor dormitory, according to sources and a lawyer for migrant detained Delaney Hall, who spoke to the New Jersey publication.
There you go. A riot broke out outside. A manhunt is underway for the detainees who remain unaccounted for. So they escaped. Come on. It's so dumb. They escaped. They're unaccounted for. They didn't escape. This is the manhunt for them. Sure. Several police agencies respond to emergency calls at the GEO Group Operated Facility, which opened in May after the private prison company linked to a $9 million deal with the Trump administration. Okay, and?
Earlier Thursday, three dozen people held a protest outside of Delaney Hall, which has been a focus in the political debate over ICE detainments. Rep. LaMonica McIver was charged with assaulting an officer. She was further indicted by a grand jury, by the way. Now we have this clip from Nick Sorter. Nine illegals detained by ICE have escaped the Newark facility after a riot. Take a look at this video here from FreedomNews.tv. Okay.
I don't understand why they're tolerating any of this. You got these wackaloons blocking the federal cars. Lock them up. There you go. Baton. Oh, crap. Get back. Get back. Get back. Get back. Get back. Get back. I'm going to say these cops are very restrained. He cracks the retractable baton and then just pushes the guy. Okay. Because if you don't need to strike him, you don't need to strike him. If a push works, you push him. These cops are being very restrained. E-R-O.

Okay, I'm just going to say this. At this point, guys, close the gate and leave. What are you doing? Fuck ICE! Fuck ICE! Deporting innocent immigrants! Deporting innocent immigrants. Everyone immigrating here to this country. Thank you.
You're on the wrong side of history. You know, I brought this up at this point before. You see how they say that all the time? It's because that's their motivation. You know, what was it? I watched Andor. You guys watching that show? It's not that good. I don't know. It's OK. I do like some of the stuff they do. But there's a couple of scenes that are worth mentioning.
There's a scene where they take over. It's Star Wars, an empire facility. And the guy says, you're going to kill us anyway. And the rebels go, because that's what you do, right?
That's that's a great point to be made when they're chanting you're on the wrong side of history. They're telling on themselves. You know, a guy working his job, closing a gate doesn't know what you're talking about, doesn't care. But you can see the people protesting are concerned about whether or not they will be viewed favorably by history. They won't be. Communists never are. To be fair, there's also another great bit, which is basically the apex of the second season.
I'm not going to get into too much details, but it's actually pretty interesting. The Empire stages a false flag attack to justify military occupation. And yeah, I like that. It shows the—spoiler alert. I'm going to say it anyway. I don't know if you guys have seen the latest season. I'm watching it now.
Well, I was watching because I was sick yesterday. I got a sinus infection. I'm mostly fine now. I feel pretty good. But I was just sitting there in bed watching Andor. Far left protests, essentially, to justify military action. It's pretty interesting stuff. Now, I don't know that we actually have to instigate because we spend all day begging Antifa to stop doing this. Antifa anarchist blog post claims claim of responsibility for torching NYPD vehicles in Brooklyn. The cars were just waiting there, practically begging for a new makeover. You know, I got to be honest. I wonder how much of this actually is.
Police doing it to themselves. And I don't mean like regular beat cops. I mean the U.S. saying we want authority, so we're going to inflame or instigate. Now, there's going to be a lot of people saying that's ridiculous, Tim. The police would never do that. The FBI does it all the time. The FBI gives weapons to people and goes, hey, look, he's got a weapon and arrests them. Okay.
I would not be surprised to find that many of the riots are, let's say that the Tinder is set by the government because they want the riots so they can justify expansion of use of force. The point being, these leftists should stop being violent rioters. Stop going out and rioting. But, you know, they love it. Let me be fair. I actually know a lot of these people from Occupy Wall Street. They are psychopaths.
So I don't think these people are cops. I think they're nuts. Multiple NYPD cars were set on fire in the early morning hours of June 12th. The cars were just waiting there, practically begging for a new makeover. The blog post reads tips on replicating. This can be found on the on most counter info sites or just common knowledge. This was easy and so fun. Apologies to the community for the smell and the noise and F you and haha to that pig. Yeah, you know who you are.
There are many reasons for doing this, but for the sake of time, it can be boiled down to four. Solidarity with the uprising in L.A., where community rebels are fighting Ameri-kay-kay-kay, that's what it says, pig forces, from one cop city to another, death to the pigs in the surveillance state. Revenge for the NYPD's continuous physical and sexual harassment. Sexual. These people are nuts. There's like fat women in the crowd going, that cop is ugly, man.
He's harassing me with his eyes. No cop is trying to grope you. It's so stupid. There was one incident where a cop was grabbing a woman and then he put his hand in her chest, probably inadvertently as he was trying to detain her. And she was like, he scrapped my breast. It's like, shut up. These people are lunatics. Three, something to show that repression breeds resistance. And four, demonstrating that solidarity with... Oh my God, the Israel people. Oh, these people are psychotic.
It had to be Israel-Palestine, didn't it? Anyway.
According to Gothamist, eight NYPD vehicles parked at the corner of Central and DeKalb Avenues in Bushwick. Oh, I know where that is. I live not too far from there. Were set ablaze in a suspected arson. The NYPD in the city of the FDNY responded quickly, extinguishing the fires. No arrests were made immediately. And the NYPD is looking for the into the incident as an intentional act. Video evidence circulating on social media showed fire trucks at the scene and the vehicles engulfed in flames. And they're not going to figure out who did it.
Three Antifa militants arrested for attempting to set fire to Portland ice facility and assaulting police. These people are so incredibly stupid. They identify themselves on social media because they are developmentally disabled. OK, this guy takes a selfie of himself while holding up a phone with an Antifa anti-fascist action communist sticker. It is communist, by the way. It's like, dude, they're going to identify you very easily.
These people are just not very smart. You know what I thought about it? And I'm just thinking like,
How come criminals commit crimes? You know, it's not hard to make money. If they were smart enough to make money, they wouldn't commit crimes. If these people were smart enough to understand the nuances of politics, political reality, and how to actually win political power and change the world, they wouldn't be firebombing ICE facilities. That's why they get arrested. Then when you see they do really dumb things that they get identified by, like posting selfies, you're like, how could someone be so stupid? Oh, that's right. If they were smart, they wouldn't try and firebomb an ICE facility. But
They're not smart. So this is what you get. You get what you get. This is what we're going to continue dealing with until we get some government with boss to start making these. And I'll be fair. These people got arrested. I get it. But I'm saying at the at these detention centers where these migrants are escaping, start locking people up, man. Just lock them up. That senator charge him with obstructing an official proceeding. Let's go. I'm wrapping up there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone, you know.
Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all. We'll see you all tonight. Timcast IRL 8 p.m. Let's just not waste any time. Civil War. I said it. Everybody take your drinks. Trump keeps control of California National Guard for now after appeals court blocks order. OK, let's just start from the beginning.
Donald Trump invokes Title 10 to federal statute saying that he can he can call in a state's National Guard if the law is not being enforced. They can be used to protect federal facilities and authorities. That's what he did. He has the authority to do it. Once again, it's called Title 10 authority. There's also the Insurrection Act, which Trump did not invoke, which he can invoke.
which, again, allows him to take over the National Guard of the state if the law is not being followed. It also allows him to use U.S. military to enforce local law over overriding what is called posse comitatus. This is that the military can't be used to enforce local laws.
If Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, that all changes. Now, the Marines have been deployed to L.A. because they're not enforcing law. They're protecting federal buildings. That is allowed. The difference is you can't send a Marine out to go and give someone a parking ticket or arrest them for jaywalking or murder. Right. Like it gets worse than jaywalking, but they can't protect buildings. They're allowed to do that. Now, Donald Trump.
There was a there was a court ruling from Gavin. I'm sorry, Gavin Newsom filed a suit when Donald Trump took command of the California National Guard. Rioters were pelting ICE agents, feds with rocks and keeping them barricaded inside a federal building, not to mention all the rioting. So Trump said, OK, we need help. National Guard of California, here are your orders. He has the authority to do it once again for the third time. It's called Title 10 authority.
Gavin Newsom filed a suit and Trump won a temporary. I should say Trump won the first round. They basically said, no, no, no, no, no. You can't take away Trump's right to command of the National Guard pending an actual hearing. They had a hearing. Then this judge comes out and says kind of both Trump. It's illegal to take command of the National Guard. Huh? But the Marines are fine.
Everybody scratched their head. Gavin Newsom came out and was like, this is a tremendous ruling for me where it's good that I will be able to take control of my National Guard once again.
Well, then an appeals court said, nah, Trump can command the National Guard. Let's go, baby. Now, I don't know this actually goes into Civil War territory, but let me put it this way. The National Guard of California was told by a district court judge not to follow the orders of the president of the United States. And the left goes, it's called the law, Tim. I don't care what you call it. Human beings are not rigid mathematical robots.

There is confidence. What is money? What is money? My friends, I ask you this. What is money?
I got a green picture of a dead president and I can eat food with it. How does that make sense? Because of confidence. That's what it's called.
I believe that the money in my wallet can be exchanged for goods and services. But let's be real. If I tried trading this USB C to a cable with somebody, they might say no. There's no guarantee that this this is going to get me a cheeseburger. I tell you this. If I go to McDonald's with this thing and say, I will give you this cable for a double cheeseburger, they're going to say no, because it's not legal tender. So why do we believe in money? Confidence has been built up.
Revolutions and civil wars happen when people don't know what to expect or how to operate. So let's play this game, ladies and gentlemen. There are riots in the streets of L.A. The talking point from Democrats to manipulate people who don't pay attention or know much about politics and history is the riots aren't even happening all over the city. They're happening only in a few square blocks, which is literally every riot ever. The revolution in Egypt took place in one square in Cairo.
And to be fair, there was also Nasser City. There was Tahrir and there was Nasser. But Nasser wasn't the revolution. That was just where the Muslim Brotherhood was camping and doing their Occupy protest. They got wiped out by the government. Anyway, so what we have right now is in California, Donald Trump has called in the National Guard and a district court judge has stood up and said, defy the president. A district court judge. Oh boy, what do you do? Now, I imagine if you're just like,
In the National Guard, I don't know the exact rankings, but you're enlisted, you're a private, you're lower ranking, not an officer, right? You're probably just going to follow the orders of your immediate officer and just, okay, look, man, my CO is going to tell me what to do. You've got a chain of command, and it doesn't matter what the president's necessarily saying to you personally because you don't talk to the president. But now things get pretty murky. Let's say that you're the, I don't know, whatever rank commanding officer. I ask you guys this because I don't know.
Comment below those that are veterans and tell me what you think, because this is where things get weird. If you're if you are a commanding officer in the National Guard in California, and I understand that there's various ranks of commanding officers, right? There's officers and then you have the people beneath you. But let's say you're like, you know, moderately high level. You have orders from the president.
President says, I want this to happen. And so, you know, not that the president's talking to you directly, but let's say your CEO comes in and says, you know, here's the mission. Here's the orders from the president. We're being activated. OK, then all of a sudden you hear there's an order from a district court judge that Trump has no legal authority to order you around.
It's getting pretty weird, right? Because now what happens when Gavin Newsom comes and says, OK, listen, I want you guys. Here's I'm going to issue orders. Now, what if you are the top top brass taking the direct orders from Newsom and from Trump at the same time? Take a pick. Take your pick, baby. District court judge and Gavin Newsom were the president of the United States. It's an insane thing to have happen. Now, I understand things like this can happen. Just depends on who's going to play the game of chicken.
Is Donald Trump going to be like, OK, I guess I have no authority as the president to invoke Title 10 and tell tell people what to do? Or is he going to say this belay those orders from Gavin Newsom? I don't know if that's I that's what they say in Star Trek. I don't know that actually say belay that order. But some of the best scenes ever. It's like Captain Picard goes, bring us closer to that star. And then Commander Riker is like belay that order.
Don't go towards the actual episode. They took over Picard's body or something to try and see how far people would follow orders. That was a great episode. And then Riker defies the captain and says no as commander. That's why he's there. I love that show. Some of my favorite episodes are when...
Dr. Crusher overrules the captain because she's the chief medical officer, the only person with the authority to to give orders to the captain and only in extreme circumstances related to health. What a great show, by the way. But anyway, my point is this. Do we get to the point where the National Guard is going to be like the president or the governor, the president or the governor? Oh, how many of them are going to be left leaning or right leaning?
What if it comes to the point with this fight, these riots? Now, I do think the riots will likely simmer down. I'm hoping. I mean, it has gotten pretty dang nuts with –
Padilla running into that room. I know it's not his name, running into that room and then getting detained. And they're making a big spectacle of it. Now, the Democrats do really well. You know, they're marching through the halls of Congress like, I can't believe that they did this. Republicans never do stuff like that with losers. At least Democrats can organize and make a stink. This this story is absolutely insane.
That a judge can tell the president his titles and authorities over the Army National Guard are void and illegal. That's a dangerous game to play because a district court, the implication, of course, being a district court judge, one of six hundred and seventy seven, I think is the number can can tell people not to follow the president's orders. Oh, boy. Imagine imagine a scenario where Trump actually needs to invoke.
uh, title 10 and take the national garden because of some very serious threat. And some fat liberal judge goes, no, you know, it's funny. It's like, that's, that's not even an analogy. That's literally what's happening. Far left extremists are trying to stop ice from carrying out deportations. Trump calls on the national guard to protect federal facilities. And some random district court judge just says, don't follow his orders. What would you do? Here's a question for you guys too. And again, comment. If the president himself, uh,
approached you, National Guardsmen, not Army, not Navy, like you're literally California National Guard. The president himself said, listen, I'm giving you an order right now as the president of the United States. I want you to go and do this thing. Would you do it? I've asked this question because I genuinely don't know.
That's why I say you guys should comment for those that are vets. Let's say that you're in any branch of the military, be it a state national guard, like any state, I'm saying, or you're in the army or the navy or whatever. Let's say that you're, what is it, like E4, and you have your mission, your orders or whatever.
Again, you guys can tell I'm not a vet. I'm not good at terminology, the jargon. But let's say you're giving orders. I'm like, hey, we want you to load up this truck. We're going to be delivering supplies, so I need you guys to get these boxes. And that's your direct order, right? This is what we're doing today. Do it. Let's roll. You know what? No, let's not do that. Let's make it a bit more serious. Let's say you're told we've got an active threat. We need you guys on guard duty or whatever. Stay alert. Stand here. Okay.
you know, and patrol this area, right? Then Donald Trump, motorcade pulls in, the president gets out and he goes, you there, what's your name? And you're like, you know. Drivers who switch and save with Progressive could save hundreds. With that kind of money, you could go big time on a fancy water bottle with Ultra Titanium Aluminum.
You're not sure why you need all that. I mean, it just holds water. But you're getting it anyway. Because if you're hiking near an active volcano and you accidentally drop the bottle into molten lava, your water will still be icy cold. Switch to Progressive and you could save big time for water bottles. Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and affiliates not available in all states. Potential savings will vary.

You are to go back to your base, do this, do that, do whatever. Like, basically saying, here's a different set of orders.
What do you do now? I've asked this before. Most people have told me whatever the president says goes. He's the commander in chief of the armed forces. If anyone has a problem with it, you say the president told me to do it because he is the superior officer of all officers. He gives the orders. And that's where things get interesting, because now where we're at is that Donald Trump under federal statute, where he has the right, has given an order and a district judge has said defy that.
What do you do? Judges don't have the authority to tell you what to do in the military. The president does. But a judge is saying, no, it's illegal. He can't do that. I have no idea, man. That's why I'm like, this is where it gets real crazy, because you might end up with an officer who says, listen, we take our orders from the governor only in special circumstances. Does the president get involved? And the courts have said this does not count.
And then Trump's going to say, I determine when it does. And then you have to choose. Is the court and the governor correct? As Gavin Newsom is saying, no, we've got this. What do we got this video? The courts have ruled. The guard will be back under my command. Donald Trump will be relieved of his command at noon tomorrow. Let's let's let's play this. So I'm very hopeful this order.
puts that in perspective. And hopefully Donald Trump will immediately back down. The courts have ruled on the guard. They will be back under my command and he'll be relieved. Donald Trump will be relieved of his command at noon tomorrow. How is this possible? Honest question that a governor is saying a judge says Trump can't command the National Guard under Title 10. Therefore, they're under my command now.
We're getting dangerously close to that point Matt Taibbi described as when the two cars pull into the police station. The men jump out of each car and then point to each other and say, arrest that man. Gavin Newsom's telling the National Guard, obey my orders. The courts say so. Will Trump say no? To be honest, I think Trump's going to be like, OK, I think he's filing a suit. Trump currently is, you know, the courts have said no, Trump has control of this.
But I genuinely believe if the courts say that Trump is relieved of command, he would do it because he's not a fascist. They keep lying about this, although I hope he wouldn't. You tell me what happens. You tell me what happens when the president's authority to command the National Guard or Title 10 and the Insurrection Act, no less, is subverted by a single district court judge who says disobey the president's orders. It's Civil War territory.
The great questions in the Civil War that were asked by the military leaders, many of whom were friends. This is what people need to understand. I know most of you do. The generals on both sides were trained together at West Point. Many of them. They knew each other. And I think it was, was it Jackson or Lee? I always mix them up. Let's see. Stonewall Jackson. Was it Stonewall? Stonewall Jackson, was he...
Where's he from? One of it was I think it was Jackson. It might have been Robert E. Lee. I don't know. But Google, you're so annoying. OK, no, I think it was was Jonathan Stonewall Jackson. But again, I could be wrong. Basically said I had to make a choice between my country and my home. And I chose my home. You know why that's going to happen again? If you are in the California Army National Guard.
and you own property or you rent property and you have a wife and you have a kid and this is your state, this is where you pay taxes, and the president comes in and says, do as you're told, many of these guys are going to say, look, man, my house is here.
If I defy the governor and they retaliate against me, I lose everything. My neighbors, my friends, my video games, my car. I'm not trying to trivialize by saying video games. I'm saying like the possessions of your home, that your daily routine all gone. If you say yes in defiance of your governor, they'll come and they'll take it. You'll be charged. You'll be arrested, whatever it may be, unless Trump wins. So some of these people may say I side with the president of the United States.
Some might say I just have to side with what my home is, my state, the jurisdiction in which I live. I don't know where that goes, but it is crazy that we're here. I'm going to wrap it up there.
