This change is particularly notable regarding immigration policies, as immigrants themselves express stronger support for stricter measures. The reasons behind this shift are complex and warrant further investigation.
  • Significant shift in immigrant voter support towards the GOP and Trump
  • 40-point swing to the right among immigrant voters on immigration issues
  • Immigrants increasingly favor stricter immigration policies
  • Trump's popularity among immigrant voters has risen substantially since 2016

CNN's living meme, Harry Enten, once again shocked to find that polling for the GOP and Donald Trump is improving tremendously. Not only that.

Among immigrants. I kid you not, ladies and gentlemen. Well, we have riots going on across this country, largely organized by white people. Immigrants in this country actually support the deportation efforts like what Trump is doing. Voted for him and said these people jumped the line. You go and talk to any one of these well-off immigrant families that worked really, really hard to get here. And by well, if I don't mean wealthy, I mean they've succeeded in the American dream. They've come here. They work hard. They found their home.

And you ask them and they're going to say, these people are ripping us off. Yo, if I'm waiting in line at 7-Eleven and somebody cuts in front of me, I don't play that game. I don't. Some people do. And they say, don't be a Karen. It's not a big deal. Just let them cut in front of you. I go, nah.

You know, I do. I was at a restaurant. Oh, this one went viral. Like the liberals got so mad about this. I was at a restaurant, a diner and with my wife. And we walked in and said table for two. And they said, OK, it'll be about 10 minutes. That OK. We sat down and then we watched them seat three couples in front of us. I got up and said, we've been waiting for about 20 minutes. You've just seated three couples in front of us. We're leaving. We're going somewhere else. And we left. And the left is like, OK.

And they all started yelling about me. And I'm like, dude, you don't get my business. You don't just get to have my money. And if you don't care, I got no beef. We part ways. That's how I do business. So I understand.

These migrants, they wait years. They do what they're supposed to do. They come to this country legally and they see line jumpers and they get pissed and they say, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I got family members, they say, that are still waiting for their visas. I know people personally that are trying to get their wives to be able to come to this country as citizens. And they're watching line jumpers for four years. I know people who applied for refugee status and they said the U.S. won't let me in. And I kid you not.

I have heard people say, maybe I should just go to Mexico and walk in because that's who they let in. Check this out. A 40 point shift to the right. CNN's Harry Enten marvels at Trump and GOP's tremendously improved polling with immigrants.

SO WE ARE STANDING BY TO SEE WHAT A NEW DAY BRINGS IN LOS ANGELES WITH THE CITY BRACING FOR A FIFTH STRAIGHT DAY POTENTIALLY OF PROTESTS TO BE BREAKING OUT IN DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES AGAINST THE ADMINISTRATION'S RAMPED UP ICE RAIDS WE'VE SEEN PLAYING OUT. ALSO, WE'VE SEEN SIMILAR PROTESTS BREAKING OUT IN CITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY OVER THE ADMINISTRATION'S IMMIGRATION CRACKDOWN. SO WHERE IS THE COUNTRY'S VOTERS ON THIS ISSUE?

Interestingly enough, how immigrant voters feel about immigration and the immigration crackdown. Where do you want to start? Yeah, let's just sort of start off on the fact that immigrant citizens, immigrant voters, foreign-born voters have gone tremendously to the right on this issue in 2024 and 2025 versus where they were in 2020. Closest to or trust more immigration. You go back to 2020. Democrats, get this, held a 32-point lead on this issue. Immigrant voters were in the Democratic camp.

THEIR VOTERS ARE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET THEIR VOTES. JUMP FORWARD TO 2024, 2025, LOOK AT THAT SHIFT, A 40-POINT SHIFT TO THE RIGHT AMONG IMMIGRANT VOTERS. REPUBLICANS NOW LEAD ON THIS

Now, just hold on. Like, how is the culty liberal audience of CNN supposed to ingest Harry Enten's polling every day? Harry is shocked to discover that people like what Trump is doing. I don't think he's actually shocked. I think the dude is just shocked.

pretending to be like, whoa, a 40 point swing. You know, the dude knows at this point, the trend is towards Trump. That I could find the group of voters who became more hawkish on immigration were in fact immigrants themselves, immigrants who are registered to vote in this country. So that's on that issue. How,

How about how they feel about, kind of traditionally, historically about Donald Trump? Yeah, so you know, you see this shift and you go, "What is going on underneath the hood?" Well, take a look, Donald Trump. You remember when he first ran back in 2016. Immigrant voters are one of his weakest box, but look at this. Trump's vote share in presidential elections among, again, immigrant citizens, those who are registered to vote. Look at this.

2016, you got 36% of the vote. You go to 2020, 39% of the vote. Look at this in 2024, all the way up to 47% of the vote. Some polls I looked at had him barely losing that vote. Some polls I looked at had him barely winning that vote. Again, there is no block of voters that shifted more to the right from 2020 to 2024

THEN IMMIGRANT VOTERS, AND DONALD TRUMP, AT LEAST IN SOME SURVEYS, ACTUALLY WON THAT VOTE. ON AVERAGE, IT'S ABOUT EQUAL. SO THERE MAY BE ALL THIS STUFF, RIGHT, ABOUT UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS AND TRUMP BEING HARSH ON THEM, BUT IMMIGRANT VOTERS THEMSELVES HAVE INCREASINGLY LIKED DONALD TRUMP AND HAVE INCREASINGLY MOVED TO THE RIGHT ON IMMIGRATION INTO THE REPUBLICAN CAMP. WELL, THEN, ON THAT, WHAT YOU'RE GETTING AT, HOW IMMIGRANT CITIZENS, VOTERS, FEEL ABOUT

THEIR VOTE. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO VOTE PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY ILLEGALLY. THIS IS WHERE IT COMES TOGETHER. THE NET FAVORABLE RATING AMONG IMMIGRANTS CITIZENS, AGAIN THOSE REGISTERED TO VOTE. IN 2020, PLUS 23 POINTS ON THE NET FAVORABLE RATING. LOOK AT WHERE WE WERE IN 2024. MINUS 6 POINTS UNDERWATER.

of those immigrants who are here illegally. So I think it's so important when we're talking about this debate from a political angle to separate those out who are undocumented immigrants versus those who are here legally. Oh, he's doing it. He's doing it, ladies and gentlemen. Wow. The media, the corporate press has long called all immigrants illegal or otherwise migrants. And when Trump goes, we're going to send the criminal cartel members back, he

It can't be here. They'd be like, Trump says that migrants must go.

Donald Trump said, MS-13, they're animals, what these people do. They're animals. And then the media said Trump called migrants animals. Thank you, CNN. I like this Harry Enten guy. And those who are citizens and those who are voters, because that group of voters has felt increasingly distant from those immigrants who are here legally. And so, again, when we're talking about this, at least from a political angle, this is why Donald Trump feels so comfortable, because, in fact, amongst the group that you would think that would be most opposed to this,

IN FACT, THEY BECOME INCREASINGLY FAVORABLE NOT JUST TOWARDS DONALD TRUMP, BUT TOWARDS A REPUBLICAN POINT OF VIEW ON IMMIGRATION AND BECOMING DISTANT FROM THOSE IMMIGRANTS WHO ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. LET'S GO. IMPORTANT BASELINE TO CONSIDER AS THIS PLAYS OUT. WE'LL SEE WHERE WE ARE IN A FEW WEEKS. I JUST WANT TO ADD AS AN ASIDE, THIS CNN WOMAN, I'M GOING TO PLAY THIS AGAIN FOR YOU. WE ARE STANDING BY TO SEE WHAT A NEW DAY BRINGS IN LOS ANGELES WITH THE CITY BRACING FOR A FIFTH STRAIGHT DAY POTENTIALLY OF PROTESTS TO BE BREAKING OUT IN DOWNTOWN. PROTESTS.

I just want to add as an aside, you know, this is a low talent woman. You know, I work in the media industry and I'm half kidding, but I'm noticing like, you know, Harry is exuberant and excited. And Kate, she must be having a bad, Kate Bolden must be having a bad day. Poor performance, CNN. But that's why nobody watches you.

Anyway, when we jump over to Donald Trump's aggregate polling on the issue of immigration across the board, plus 4.5 says Real Clear Politics as of the 9th with the latest poll from The Economist, YouGov showing Trump plus four. Now, that is over the weekend of the riots. I'm really interested to see where his polling's gone because, hey, you know, I wouldn't be all that shocked if his polling went down. To be honest, I expect it to be going up.

Check out this one. This is crazy. RMG Research has Trump plus 14. Now, in aggregate, Mr. President is currently sitting at minus 2.6, which means absolutely nothing. The left is right now going around being like Trump. His approval rating is underwater and it's the worst it's ever been. You know what they do is these liberals, they'll like pull the CBS poll and go, oh, my God, Trump's minus 10.

And they'll ignore all the other polls where he's got like plus 11 from Insider Advantage, where he's got plus eight from Trafalgar. Insider Advantage. Whoa. Holy crap. Actually, that's massive. Insider Advantage was one of the most accurate pollsters of 2024. They've got Trump plus 11. I'm going to go and say this, my friends, you know, Mr. Old Tim Civil War pool. I don't know that that's where we're actually headed.

So I'm interested to talk to I think we might be talking to Rudyard later in the live show. But I feel like the popular swing is in favor of Trump. And I'm rather optimistic. These riots are unpopular. Immigrants don't like it. Like actual immigrants are 40 point swing to Trump in only a few years. That's crazy. Regular voters. This is an 80 20 issue. And the left is on the side of the riots and the and the criminals.

I'm going to tell you, I think most people are just saying we want peace. I'll tell you what I want. You know what I want? I want more than anything. And I've always wanted this. I want to wake up whenever I wake up. No alarm. Just I wake up when I when I'm refreshed, which usually is about seven and a half, seven hours and 45 minutes. You know, I usually wake up a few minutes before my alarm actually goes off, which is great. Programmed right with the sun.

And then I'll stretch, you know, just kind of sit back for a little bit, check my phone, look at some, you know, skateboard videos, snowboard videos. I want to go make some food. I want to plan with the family what we're going to do and go to the park. Maybe we'll go ride bikes. Who knows? I want to get some delicious chicken wings with barbecue sauce and ranch. Maybe watch a sporting event UFC with the boys. And that's it. I think that's what most people want. That's what we want.

Me, however, I am cursed as all of you are cursed with knowledge as as as it goes, meaning that you and I understand that if we do not pay attention and we are not involved, we lose all of that which we love. And the price for freedom is eternal vigilance. And that is the curse of knowledge. So when I look at all this, I long for the days where you just had a stable government. But I think the reality is that was never the case.

There was never a reality where you could sit back, ignore the world and just do nothing. But what I mean is with all the conflict, all the crisis, I'm hoping in that optimism, Trump gets the job done. And then we get a period of moderately smooth sailing. We can talk about sporting events. The World Series of Poker is currently happening. I'm a huge fan. I love to watch that stuff. Want to just sit back, order some wings, put on some World Series of Poker coverage and and just hang out and hang out.

Instead, it's always something, isn't it? Hearing stories about people and their kids taken away by the state so they can be castrated and other weird stuff. Illegal immigrants coming in and murdering people. And I know they say it's fear mongering. It's fear. No, no, no, no. It's it's that we live in a world of dangers and that strong men must stand up to protect those they care about. Let's be real. Trump's going to have this big military parade this Saturday. And the truth is what we deal with politically internally may be bad.

But we have brave men and women in uniform, both domestically and otherwise, military. And they take the greatest risks so that we can live in our wealth bubble. To varying degrees, there is a responsibility. And so I have tremendous respect for our veterans. And that's why I like what Trump is doing. And they're calling him a dictator for having a military parade. I'm like, we should be honoring our military. 100%. I just wish everything was a bit more stable. So we'll see.

Smash that like button, my friends. Share the show with everyone you know. Literally everybody. Have you talked to your dad recently? How long has it been? You call your dad and say, hey, dad, how's it going, man? How you been? I mean, you know, maybe you're in your 30s and you're like, I've been busy with work. I haven't called pops. You call pops, say what you've been doing. Maybe we should get together. Father's Day is coming up. You know what we can do? We can watch some Timcast together and barbecue.

I know some of you might actually do that. I'm kidding, by the way, but that would be funny. All right, I'm wrapping up there. Stay tuned. We got more to come. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you on the next bit. Mass arrests last night.

Curfew in Los Angeles. The Marines have arrived following the L.A. riots ongoing. It's now day five going into day six. And ICE is preparing raids in five Democrat states. And this outlines exactly where we are as a country. The Democrats have prepared for this. Liberal activists have prepared for this. And it's only going to get worse. The question now is whether or not the Republicans and Donald Trump have what it takes to actually enforce the laws of this country.

Right now, liberal activists and personalities are expressing outrage. Why? They're arguing, as is Gavin Newsom in his flubbed address last night. Audio wasn't working. That Donald Trump is simply having workers, gardeners, chefs, dishwashers arrested. They're saying it straight up. This was always going to be the fallback rhetoric.

They are saying Donald Trump isn't arresting criminal illegal immigrants. He's arresting migrants. This was the Overton window push they've been planning forever. ICE is going to arrest and deport anyone here illegally. And that's what they're doing. They're gonna be doing it in five more Democrat states, some big cities. And this is now the shock and outrage.

It's the marching orders. The personalities are telling the average liberal voter, can you believe it? Trump's actually just arresting any migrant. They're lying. But here's the point. If the Democrats did not have sanctuary jurisdictions, the Republicans would have a 27 seat majority. That also confers a likely 27 electoral vote swing towards the Republican Party.

That is, this country doesn't actually support the wackaloon lefty ideas like castrating children, but it's propped up by flooding these states with noncitizens to bolster their count in the census. And if Trump does not stop it now, it's over. As the political power shifts in this country due to the presence of illegal immigrants, people on the right will have to pander to more voting leftist positions. That is,

The way Democrats have set up the electoral system through illegal immigration. Let's say there's a congressional district and they got 775,000 people. Let's say 600,000 are actual citizens. That means there's 175K people who can't vote, but grant an electoral college vote to some individual. This increases the voting power of Democrats by around, I mean, what are we looking at? 5%? I believe it would be

just around 5% boost to their voting power. This means that if Republicans want to win, that's a 10 point swing. They need to pander to liberals to get those votes being pulled leftward because the left has weighted their votes beneficially through sanctuary policies. If Trump mass deports the people here illegally, Democrats will never win again. And they know it.

New York Post reports ICE preparing raids in five Democrat states as emotional Newsom warns California may be first, but it clearly won't end here.

Before we get started, my friends, hey, pop over to castbrew.com and pick up some coffee. We got delicious coffee. We got Appalachian Nights. We got Ian's Graphene Dream Low Acidity Coffee. Everybody loves that one. It sounds like hotcakes. And then we've got coffee pods. Pick up whatever you can. Support the show. Support the work that we do by heading over to castbrew.com. But let's get back to that news story from the New York Post. ICE tactical units are gearing up to conduct raids in five Democrat-led areas. As California Governor Gavin Newsom held back tears...

Did he really? I don't know about that. While slamming President Trump for trying to crack down on riots over such raids. The tactical units are set to deploy into New York City, Philadelphia, Northern Virginia, Chicago and Seattle. Sources told MSNBC without giving an exact timeline. Previous ICE raids led to distressing scenes in downtown L.A. after protests quickly escalated into full blown riots over the last five days. Now, Gavin Newsom.

is lying, saying we had no problems until Donald Trump intervened. We had three days of riots, police vehicles smashed and destroyed, ICE agents physically attacked, Waymo vehicles torched, Waymo is pulling out of the downtown L.A. area. In response to this, not L.A. law enforcement, in response to ICE agents being attacked, Trump said, we're going to bring in the National Guard and put an end to this so that ICE can do their job. A lot of people predicted this would happen.

And now I warn you, because we predict exactly where this will go. Democrats are lying. Liberals are lying. They're claiming there was no violence. I've seen the posts on Facebook. I see what these people are saying. I see what these prominent liberal personalities in media are saying. They're lying. They're claiming there was no violence until Trump sent to the National Guard. They're saying that these were peaceful protests and then Trump attacked.

I don't care. None of it matters. Sooner or later, people are going to wake up to what we are actually dealing with. And they're going to stop trying to make an argument to someone who's planned 10 years in advance how they're going to burn your home to the ground. OK, they've been cheating for decades. They're cheating today and they're lying to steal political power and rip this country to bits.

Twenty seven is the estimated advantage Republicans would have if Democrats started actually enforcing immigration law. That is to say, Democrats are what Democrats have always been using a second class citizenry to bolster their voting power. The three fifths compromise. Yeah, that was Democrats in the South saying our slaves should vote.

And the North said no, because you have dominion over these people. So they compromised. Democrats are now effectively doing the exact same thing. Illegal immigrants are brought to these jurisdictions where they cannot vote, but grant political power to an ideological political party. OK, well, I tell you this. Democrats lost last time. They're going to lose again. If Republicans pay attention, if Donald Trump means it,

And he actually gets his big, beautiful bill passed through, which don't get me wrong. There are bad things in it. It's not all perfect. But if he gets his funding for ICE and CBP and we get these mass deportations, Democrats will never win again. And maybe we can start to restore the function of this country. Maybe we can then start to reverse the horrible spending trends this country has been perpetuating for decades. They're going to say.

Newsom condemned Trump's decisions during an emotional televised address Tuesday night. Well, yeah, Gavin Newsom's major address impacted by audio problem as L.A. curfew looms. So we were live on Timcast IRL wondering why it was we couldn't hear anything. And I thought it was on our end. And I'm like, crap, we're not getting audio. And then everyone pointed out in the comments and the replies, Gavin Newsom just screwed this one up.

Now, I think he made a big mistake with his speech because he went very heavy handed with it. And as I said, from a PR standpoint, less is more, Gavin. Less is more. He invoked January 6th, which is actually a negative for Democrats right now because of the rioting. And he just talked too much. Less is more, brother. He says Donald Trump, without consulting with California's law enforcement leaders, commandeered 2000 of our state's National Guard members to deploy on our streets illegally and for no reason.

Listen, you're not going to convince cultists. They don't want to be convinced. Gavin Newsom is a snake and a liar. Donald Trump was legally allowed to take the National Guard. It's called Title 10. There was a reason for doing this. Federal law enforcement was attacked in mass riots for no reason. They're going to keep lying. Sitting here and trying to argue with them is pointless. So I wonder where this goes, really.

Now, Fox News has reported as of this morning, the Marines have arrived. The curfew is in full force. There apparently there have apparently been many arrests. I imagine it's just going to escalate. We have, I'd say, three parent tree scenarios. First, escalation isn't all of them. That's important. But the first one, maybe Donald Trump enforces the law, deports these individuals. Democrats lose. Also,

We have Donald Trump failing to enforce the laws. Second scenario, Democrats reject it, resist it. Trump isn't strong enough and the Democrats never lose again. And then lastly, civil war. You want to know why I say that? Let me show you the rhetoric that has emerged now from the Democratic Party. As predicted, I was not wrong in everything I laid out. And I will stress, my friends, that is because sometimes what people claim is a prediction is not so much true.

I will be the first to admit many of the things I've stated are vague faux predictions at best, saying this seems like it's possible. But there are a few things that I said are inevitable. Few. First, Trump will use the military to enforce immigration and deportation. Everybody agreed with that because it was impossible that Trump's going to use the police. It's impossible that Trump would have all the police everywhere.

In forced deportations, when you consider sanctuary states will not allow their police to do that. He would need to protect these efforts with military of some sort. The response, of course, that Democrats would not allow this. They wouldn't just sit by and do nothing. And I was told that I was crazy. Democrats aren't going to do anything. Trump's going to get away with it. OK, Adam Kinzinger.

I'm not sure why Gavin Newsom doesn't activate the rest of his army guard to prevent the president from it or force him to overrule it. Then fight on the Second Amendment, guaranteeing a state right to a militia. How can a state of a militia if the president can simply federalize it against the direct wishes of the governor? You see where this is all going? Kinzinger, faux Republican, saying that Newsom should activate the guard against Trump. I'm not saying to shoot at anybody.

to defy the political authority of the federal government. We know where things like that go. Trump then challenges it, gives orders, and just like in 1861, there will be that famous moment of my country or my home. No one is immune to this. If you are, listen, there are cops in L.A.,

And I'm seeing people say, back to the blue. These cops are all liberals. Oh, maybe they're moderate, but spare me. These are not conservative, run-of-the-mill conservative cops, pro-Trump guys. Many of them probably are, but these are urban liberals. These cops probably have trans kids. They're not going to enforce when they're told not to do it. So what happens when Trump tries coming in? Kinzinger is now saying actively defy with the National Guard. Okay.

The National Guard will then receive orders from Trump and he'll say, no, the president has the authority under Title 10 or he can invoke the Insurrection Act. Newsom's going to say, do not do this. And you know why people always choose their home? You live there. This is the stupidity of so many people when they say, where's the Mason-Dixon line? Who's going to be fighting? There were people in the South that didn't want to be in a civil war. A third of every state, actually, and sometimes more. Virginia was two to one anti-secession state.

until Abraham Lincoln began to invade. Then Virginia joined with the rest of the southern states two to one. But there was still about a third saying, we do not want to secede. So here's what I see as a reality. You own a home in California. Your kid goes to school in California. Your wife works in California. You serve the California Army National Guard. And your governor says, do not listen to Donald Trump. He is a fascist. He is illegitimate.

and he is attacking us, uh-oh, what do you do? The federal government might come after you, sure, but the state can take your home. The feds will have a lot harder time of doing it. This is the line that is being drawn by people like Kinzinger. The feds can take your stuff. The feds can lock you up, but only if the state allows them to do it. So if Gavin Newsom says defy or else, or he says follow my orders or else, there's going to be a lot of people that say, man, I don't know what to do.

That's what Adam Kinzinger is proposing. He's proposing the National Guard be ordered by Newsom so that if Trump tries to overrule him, it creates that controversy, a controversy that famously leads to civil wars. The Bolshevik Revolution, I should say the February Revolution, or is it the October Revolution? A lot of tumult, huh?

Basically, in these, you had military members ordered to shut down and stop the riots, and they refused. And why did they refuse? Because they did not have confidence in who was going to win. They made that movie Civil War. You may have seen it. And I thought it was silly, but they did make an interesting point. At a certain point, the authority of the president becomes meaningless because the president doesn't have the ability to enact, to exact, to execute.

So what happens then is you're a regular guy and you're thinking, who do I listen to? As Matt Taibbi described it, it's two vehicles rushing full speed to a police station. Two men jump out of the car and yell to the police chief, arrest that man. That's a moment, isn't it? So we'll see. We'll see how this escalates. But Donald Trump and the Republicans, if they don't execute these nasty deportations, then we lose. You'll be in a gulag, I guess, because they're lying about everything.

They've called for the arrest of J.D. Vance. And for breaking no laws. Stay tuned. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. More segments to come. You can follow me on X and Instagram at TimCast. And we'll see you all then. It's time to give Walmart the Bud Light treatment. You see, the heiress to the Waltons.

Someone worth $20 billion just took out a full page ad in The New York Times saying, let's go protest this weekend. The no kings protest. Christy Walton, heiress to the Walmart fortune at about 19 point some odd billion, is saying that we, the American people, reject kings. And I say, OK, good for you.

I reject Walmart. First of all, y'all suck. Y'all are evil. I don't like you in the first place. I almost never go to Walmart. I try to avoid it whenever possible. And okay, it's going to be easy for me to boycott because I don't use Walmart as it is. Let's talk about, remember those viral videos from back in the day, the documentaries? There were accusations that Walmart locations were telling people who worked there to go on food benefits because they didn't get paid enough money.

They said, if you can't afford to work here, consider going on benefits, which are kind of weird because in order to qualify for benefits, you have to make below a certain amount of money. That's right. Walmart uses our tax dollars to subsidize their employees. At least that was the big accusation. The argument being that if we did not offer that welfare benefit, Walmart wouldn't be able to hire these people because they'd simply say you don't pay enough.

Well, as the story went, Walmart told everybody, sure we do. You just got to get supplemental income for food from the government. Here's a story from Newsweek. They say Walmart heiress Christy Walton is facing backlash and Walmart is facing some calls for a boycott from Trump supporters after placing a full page ad in The New York Times urging Americans to attend town halls and engage in civic discourse. Oh, civic discourse. While the No King's Day ad did not mention President Trump by name,

Its emphasis on values like honoring commitments to allies, defending against dictators, and respecting trading partners was widely interpreted as a critique of Trump's foreign policy and America First agenda. The spokesperson for Walmart told Newsweek, the advertisements from Christy Walton,

are in no way connected to or endorsed by Walmart. She does not serve on the board or play any role in decision making at Walmart. So I could be fair and say, okay, sure. But you know what? I still don't like Walmart and I'll take the excuse to boycott them. I'd very much like Walmart to feel the burn, okay?

If you take issue with this, then why don't you as a corporation come out and publicly say no to the protests? Say no, they won't do it because they want to have their cake and eat it, too. If a Walton family member who's worth 20 billion dollars wants to put out this advertisement, then y'all as a company can say outright no to everything she said.

Walmart's going to come out and be like, we don't we don't we don't support or oppose. We don't want to be involved. OK, well, you're involved now and there's nothing you can do about it. So you either stand with America, the popular mandate. This is an 80-20 issue. You know, it's really, really funny. I got this article. I got to pull it up. I got to pull it up. Where is this one? It's I think I have an X. The the the one demographic that has seen the biggest increase in support for Trump.

Guess which demographic is immigrants. That's right. Immigrants support the ICE raids more than any other group. And CNN's Harry Enten, let me grab this, is the living meme of being shocked. I can't believe it, he says.

Media has the story. We'll drop that and we'll I'll do a bigger segment on this for sure. A 40 point shift to the right. Immigrants love what Trump is doing. So here's the ad. Here's the article from Forbes.

Billionaire Walmart heiress promotes nationwide anti-Trump protest. The 76-year-old Christy Walton has aligned herself with no kings. Okay, I'd like to propose that no oligarchs, no oligarchs. I don't like the millionaires and the billionaires, and I mean this sincerely, dumping money to subvert the will of the people. I don't care if it's the right, the left, up, down, whatever.

The 76-year-old Walton, with an estimated $19.3 billion, according to Forbes, took out a full-page ad in the New York Times. Now, you may be wondering, how much does such a thing cost? On Saturday? I don't know. I'd ballpark she spent maybe half a million dollars on this ad. The top of the ads are the words, No Kings, which appears to reference a political organization that is coordinating hundreds of anti-Trump protests across the U.S. No Kings, June 14th, mobilize.

We are people of principle and honor. No, you're not. We honor our commitments and stand by our allies. No, you don't. We defend against aggression by dictators. We uphold and defend the Constitution. Oh, you know what? Should we really go through all these things? Let's roll.

Principle and honor. Oh, yeah. I just saw a video of two white people telling a black woman that she couldn't go to work. Oh, no, not work. But wait a minute. Why are the white people telling the black people what they can and can't do? Oh, because they don't have principles and there is no honor. They claim to say that black people are oppressed and there's white supremacy all over the country. But sure enough, it is white people in these protests blocking black and brown people. And when confronted, they tell you to screw off.

Honor our commitments and stand by our allies. Oh, I love this one because obviously they're talking about Ukraine largely. They ain't talking about Israel. They're talking about Israel. You want to play that game? Listen, I got I don't care about Ukraine or Israel. I don't be involved in any of it. But don't come to me and say we honor our commitments to our allies.

When you guys spent a year plus protesting Israel and still to this day, and I'd be willing to guarantee you if we went to these people at No Kings, let's play that game. Let's play, ladies and gentlemen. How many of you want to go out to the No Kings rally and show them? Do you honor your commitment to our allies? Yes. Hey, here's an Israeli flag. See how quickly they get mad because they're liars.

We defend against aggression by dictators. Oh, like when Joe Biden decreed an amendment to the Constitution. When Joe Biden...

sent his DOJ after people all across this country who were peacefully protesting on January 6th. No, no, no. I know there were rioters on January 6th. They should they should go to jail. And they did think three years was long enough. But there were people who were peacefully walking around having no idea what was going on. They got hunted down. How about the going after of Trump's lawyers? That's that violates the Constitution. They didn't care. What's next?

We uphold and defend the Constitution. As previously explained, arresting the lawyers of your political opponent is certainly the opposite. We care for veterans and children. You're sterilizing children. Spare me. And you care about veterans? Yeah, right. I'm not going to give a freebie to anybody in the Republican or Democratic Party. I don't think any of them care about veterans. Let's see how the VA is doing. I'll give it to Donald Trump and the MAGA populists. I think they actually do, but not Democrats.

We respect our neighbors and trading partners. Okay, I'm going to give them that one. They actually respect China much more than the United States. So, okay. We support a healthy national and international economy, community environment. That's a meaningless platitude. It doesn't mean anything. Define healthy. We are the world leader trusted to uphold the stability of rule of law. Like when federal law enforcement are arresting criminal immigrants and illegal aliens.

Oh, but then you guys are literally firebombing vehicles and just spare me your lies. We are the people of the United States of America. The honor, dignity, integrity of this country are not for sale. Our government is of by of the people, by the people and for the people who voted in plurality. The popular vote for Donald Trump and to mass deport. So spare me. I don't care.

I don't like Walmart. Let me see if I can find the story. Walmart tells employees welfare. I mean, I was an old. Look at this. Oh, yeah. What does this mean? Maybe I don't know. I don't know. Maybe this is wrong. Walmart and McDonald's among the largest employers of snap Medicaid recipients. Huh? Senator Bernie Sanders reacted to the GAO report findings in a scathing tweet.

Some of the U.S.'s largest corporations, including McDonald's and Walmart, employ thousands of workers who receive aid from federal assistance programs such as food stamps and Medicaid, according to the findings of the U.S. Government Accountability Office. The nonpartisan watchdog agency's analysis of data from the Census Bureau, as well as 15 agencies across 11 states, found that millions of full-time workers rely on government assistance to make ends meet. Okay, I'm boycotting Walmart. Hey, Walmart, pay a living wage. Listen, I know there are people going to be like, Tim, if they raise costs on employment, the cost of goods goes up.

If our government is paying the benefits, they're subsidizing Walmart. Walmart needs to pay for their own employees, and I should be giving away less in taxes. And what is this? Communism. Tell you why. That means people who work really hard have their tax money taken away so the government can give money to people who are getting paid less. They are redistributing wealth. I'll add this to the way our current tax system is set up. If you decide to work extra, you get taxed more.

How does that make sense? That's stupid. That's why I like no tax on overtime. But how are we going to apply that to salaries? I think I'm going to change my job to a salaried position and then just including the contract mandatory overtime. Actually, let me let me do this. How does Trump's no tax on overtime work? Let's I think the no tax on tips is a cap. Let's see what it says.

Come on, Internet. Let's see. It creates an above-the-line deduction so that overtime pay is excluded from federal income tax for tax years 25 through 28. It aligns with Trump's campaign promise. Is that all? Is that all of it? He just says all of it. Okay. Tim Pool, as CEO of this company, I am hereby switching myself to an hourly position. Can I do that? Can I, as the CEO, make my job paid hourly? Okay.

Because, you know, I work 16 hours a day. It says I can do it. If you're the owner of control of the company, you can structure your competition however you want, including hourly pay. For corporations, you must ensure reasonable compensation if you're also an employee, especially if you're avoiding payroll taxes or drawing dividends. This is something that most people don't know. CEOs can't just pay themselves a small number. It has to be considered market reasonable. So here's what I'll do. Let's roll, baby. I'm going to pay myself my current salary divided by 40.

For 40 hour work week. And then I'm going to pay myself overtime. So I'll effectively be doubling how much money I make. But not paying any taxes on the rest of it. Look, my point is, it's stupid that because I decide to work 16 hour days and sometimes on weekends, I lose money in taxes so that Walmart can be subsidized. So I say this. I don't care if Chrissy Walden's not there. I don't care if Walmart's coming. I'm like, no, please don't.

Here's what you can do, Walmart. Walmart can officially come out as the board and say we support Donald Trump's efforts and the popular mandate of this country. And I'll say, OK, all right. No, then I'll be neutral on Walmart. How about that? In the meantime, you know, lie, lie, lie with dogs and you get fleas. That's the saying, right? You lay with the pigs, you get covered in mud. So why don't you do a little bit better? Welcome to the fray. It's your fault. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, stay tuned. We got more segments coming up in a little bit and we'll see you all then.

The L.A. riots have escalated quite a bit. The question is, do they continue into the weekend or do they kind of just fizzle out? Well, based on the No Kings protest that we're expected to see, sponsored in part by Christy Walton, there's a lot of concern that this is growing into something greater than just another riot. In fact, some are saying it could be Summer of Love 2.0. Well, we've been wondering when that would be. But there is another question being brought up by the media. Hey, hey.

I didn't make this stuff up. Everybody looking at me, huh? No, the corporate press as well as many media outlets are weighing in the possibilities of civil war. In fact, you had Adam Kinzinger say that Newsom should activate the National Guard in defiance of federal authority so that there is a battle between the state and federal government as to whether or not the feds can actually control a National Guard. In other words...

Calling on the state militia, as he described it, to defy federal authority. That's where things get interesting, I suppose. We've got an article from the Mirror saying that civil war is here. MSN.com. Civil war has never been closer. Now, to be fair, maybe just clickbait. They're writing it because now's the time to write it. But I do believe, I do believe that we are seeing escalation once again.

And we've been on this track for hyperpolarization and political divide for some time, which is pushing us towards this question of is the only thing separating us in the United States from an actual civil war is the willingness of a blue state governor at this point to call upon the National Guard to actively defy the federal government. Should something like that happen, we must then entertain the next question. Will other Democrat governors join these rogue states, this rogue state?

Or does Trump just get to sweep through with exactly what he wants? You see, we've got some big questions right now. Generations of individuals in this country who are flying a foreign flag. They're flying the Mexican flag right now in California, saying this is not their country. They're allegiant to Mexico. This is what happens when you get birthright citizenship and amnesty to people who are not citizens. Well, the birthright citizenship to the children of people who are not citizens and then give them amnesty. Guess how they vote? And it's been going on for some time now, which...

Brings us to a difficult point. Will Donald Trump actually arrest and charge these individuals with sedition? A viral video of a fat Mexican woman. I'm not trying to be a dick, but literally she says and she's obese that California is Mexico and they will take their land back. OK, and then you have a soldier, a video of a now discharged soldier in full uniform saying the military should stand against the Trump administration.

These are questions we often ask when we are entering periods of civil strife and civil war. I mean, we ask, where are the signs? What are they going to be? Now, because of normalcy bias and optimism bias, some people might see an individual in their military uniform now being discharged, calling for the military to defy Trump. They'll say, it means nothing. It means nothing. Yeah, maybe, maybe. But let's take a look.

There's other challenges we have now, especially with this Minnesota Democrat admitting to have entered the country illegally. And the law states that if this is found to be true, it is the duty of the government to seek and revoke that citizenship. But what do you think happens if Trump does that? So I ask you guys who are watching comments. Let me know what you think. Is this just another riot? It's going to pass like anything else or resist the crack?

The final breaking point where Donald Trump seeks to deport tens of millions of illegal immigrants, dramatically stripping Democrats of their illicit political power that they've been amassing and stealing for generations. J.D. Vance points it out in the video. The estimates are that Democrats have or I should say this. Republicans would have a 27 seat majority.

if they did not tolerate illegal immigration. Democrats bolster their congressional representation through non-citizens who are counted in the census and electoral college votes, meaning the will of the American voter is being stripped away in favor of non-citizens. Now we have this. 148 Democrats voted to allow non-citizens to vote in federal elections. D.C. jurisdiction. Now, I should clarify that

It was a vote to ban them from being able to. And the Democrats said, no, we're not going to ban that. What happens? What happens in this country? What do you do? The question really comes down to this. If non-citizens are actually voting in our elections and the right says we don't care, OK, then you lose your country. The left can say Donald Trump is going to mass deport the illegal immigrants and strip us of our power in the Democratic Party. OK, Donald Trump wins. And well, there you go. Or there could be a fight between the two.

Let's read the news here from Newsweek. Donald Trump weighs in on civil war concerns. Really?

On Monday, President Trump was asked about Democratic California Governor Gavin Newsom's remarks that his Republican administration wants a civil war on the streets amid ongoing protests against raids by L.A. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The president was asked by a reporter, what do you make of the fact that Newsom says you want a civil war? Trump responded, no, it's the opposite. I don't want a civil war. Civil war would happen if you left it to people like him. Maybe we're all crazy, right?

Tim Poole is just a crazy guy. He's talking about civil war. It's never going to happen. I love this talking point, however. At the first battle of Bull Run, I believe that was like the second battle of the American Civil War, people were picnicking because they said there's no civil war. And they watched as the soldiers marched. Despite the fact, historically, we say the battle, the first battle was Sumter. The civil war had already started. These people didn't believe it.

Well, here's our friend Stephen Colbert. What say you, Stephen? This is day four. Day four of Donald Trump's war on anyone who didn't vote for him. We taped this at about six o'clock. So I don't know if we're in a full-blown civil war yet. But if, just in case our country has split into two opposing forces, I call shirts. Okay?

Let's just play that beginning one more time. This is day four, day four of Donald Trump's war on anyone who didn't vote for him. It's day four of riots in Los Angeles that Trump did not start, that rioters in Los Angeles started. But sure, he says, if we have split into, I call shirts. Every joke has its truth. I'll just say this. He's not he's not joking. He's joking about which side to be on in a civil war.

The joke is not that Civil War can't happen. That's actually the implied truth of the joke. OK, but maybe I'm full of it, right? Maybe I'm just looking too hard. OK, Sam Tripoli. What's up, Sam? He posted this. This from two years ago.

Two years ago, Sam was on Rogan. Look at that smiling face right there. Who's that? Brian Callen? Am I getting his name wrong? Anyway, here you go. You had a conspiracy for us at dinner, but Joe made you wait. What was it? Oh, yeah. You had a conspiracy for us at dinner, but Joe made you wait. What is it?

Yeah, that's right. What was it? Which one was it? What's going to happen? Oh, yeah, because you want to know what's going to happen? With what? In this country. Okay, yeah. You want to hear now? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Tap me in. We're in the Bolshevik war right now, bro. This gay pride stuff is going away. And the next thing you're going to see...

are immigration riots. So we start with that breaking news, calamity and chaos in the city after a second day of ice raids on undocumented immigrants. The raids led to more violent clashes between federal agents and protesters with President Donald Trump now deploying the National Guard

he says to restore order. And I'm telling you, they're moving. And this is what's going to be right around 2024 election. Immigration riots, people going nuts. And dude, study the Bolshevik war. It is happening in real time. 100%. But I just wanted to get that out to everybody because I'm trying to warn people, this is what's next. Interesting, huh?

Now, he did get something wrong. He said it'll be right around the 2024 election. Technically, we are still right around there. We're just, you know, seven or eight months after it. Right. Well, here's the thing. What he got wrong was that they're not going they're not going to have these riots and revolutionary tactics before they have a chance to formally seize government. If they could just win the election, they would. Only after losing do we see that dramatic escalation.

Now, this is where I think it's important to consider just how serious this conflict is.

Wall Street apes with the post. Take a listen to J.D. Vance. This is an important point. Again, I didn't realize this until a few weeks ago. California has five more congressional representatives. This is an important point. Again, I didn't realize this until a few weeks ago. California has five more congressional representatives than it should. You know why? They count illegal aliens for purposes of assigning apportionment in Congress. This is an important point. Again, I take a look at this image.

This is without illegal aliens, Republicans would have a 27 advantage, 27 seat advantage in the House. The distribution of illegals in Democrat controlled cities give the Democratic Party at least 10 additional seats in the House of Representatives. If the illegals were removed from the country or removed from the census calculations, the apportionment for apportionment, the Republicans would have a 27 seat advantage. Why? Minus 10 Democrat plus 10 Republican. That's how you get that advantage.

Now, consider this. Democrats have extra votes in Congress, have extra votes in the Electoral College. This is cheating by a substantial amount. Now, there's this viral video, which I think I think is really funny. And it's just a message from somebody on the ground. Everybody thought this was Wyatt Russell. It's not. It's a it's a it's a Democrat guy. OK, but listen, listen, what he has to say to the National Guard. Feel tough with your assault rifles and your stick. You should be standing here with us.

You're on the wrong side of history. We know you got a job to do, but you took an oath to the Constitution, not to the fascists in the White House. And they go on to say that it's not Wyatt Russell anyway, but I don't know if the guy, the guy is Aaron Fisher, former Ohio House Democratic Caucus staffer. Now, I just pulled that one up because I thought it was a little bit funny, but I bring it up because it shows you the sentiment of the people on the ground. The National Guard should defy the orders of the president.

Now, who's this guy? Is this some random guy in a protest? Who cares? Well, he was a Democratic staffer. My point is the direction this country is going based on the youth and the political factions is toward calling for active defiance of the chain of command. Adam Kinzinger, he's a Democrat. Let's be real.

He says, I'm not sure why Gavin Newsom doesn't activate the rest of his army guard to prevent the president from it or force him to overrule it. Then fight on the Second Amendment, guaranteeing a state a right to a militia. How can a state have a militia if the president can simply federalize it against the direct wishes of the governor? OK, yeah, he's basically saying that Newsom should activate his guard. So it defies Trump's federal authority.

Right, which is basically what everybody said to me. I just got to tell you, OK, we're not there yet. But I've been talking about these stories. They've been popping up. Look at this one. The Mirror. Los Angeles is just the start of a big, beautiful civil war coming to America. Here's MSN. Guns, rage and division. America's close to a second civil war. What else do we have? Milwaukee Independent. MAGA's vision of a second civil war dangerously misreads. Mother Jones. Will Trump force America to break up?

Heavens me. ABC, more troops in LA than Iraq and Syria. Oh, me oh my oh. These articles pop up periodically, and maybe they're just clickbait. I don't think it's fair to say that we are in civil strife. The civil rights movement was civil strife. It did not become a civil war. Who knows? Maybe these things calm down. It's possible. It's possible Trump just wins. But everybody said to me...

Years ago, if there's if there's actually going to be a civil war, you would need like states calling on their National Guard against the federal government. That's not going to happen. Happened in Texas already. Under the Biden administration, Texas and its state guard out in defiance of federal authority. Well, now federal authority is flipped. Maybe that's indicative of there's not going to be a civil war because now Trump's in command and ICE and CBP are operating under his orders. California, on the other hand, may defy as well.

Yeah, we were dangerously close. We've been dangerously close. We're teetering on the edge. But honestly, I don't know. I can only say hope for the best, prepare for the worst. But here's the mirror.co.uk. They say peaceful protests are rebellion. Hispanics are illegal and up is down in Trump's America, says Fleet Street Fox. There will be a civil war before this man is through. Really? So let me ask you, Trump aside, should we allow non-citizens in this country to vote?

Should we allow Democrats to bolster their congressional seats by operating illegally as sanctuary states in violation of federal law? If the answer is yes, we don't have a country anyway. If the answer is no and they don't stop, how is that Trump's fault? I don't care about Trump. What must we do to stop Democrats from cheating? Indeed, he writes,

Or I'm assuming it's he. It was a hot, wet day in June as the tear gas rained upon the land of the free. Peaceful protesters, live streamers, and the ready-to-be-angry were pepper sprayed. You're lying. We've all seen the videos and the footage of the riots that started. But sure. Those two most dangerous foes of tyranny, innocent bystanders and journalists were fired upon with purple bolts and stun grenades.

And America is such a great and I have been I covered civil unrest in the United States. And I will tell you this. Sometimes, yes, the police start the conflict, start the chaos. That is not what we've seen in these videos, in these photos from the friends and reporters that we know on the ground. That is not what we've seen. I was in Ferguson.

And the cops, for no discernible reason, a cop broke from his line, pulled a flashbang, walked up and chucked it into a crowd of people. No warning. And that ignited a riot. Now, don't get me wrong. They had already rioted the nights before. But right now, at this point, when they did this, people were standing in the street and they were just milling about. Then the cop came and he threw a flashbang into the crowd. I was there. And then all of a sudden, everybody was running around screaming. And then the looters came in and started smashing and destroying things.

This is not one of those cases. Waymos were smashed and burned and destroyed. The riots kicked off and they pinned down ICE agents in a federal facility. But regardless, fine. You know what? Don't care. Blame whoever you want for the start of the conflict. The conflict is here. There's no convincing the liberals and I don't need to convince you. You guys know who started the riots, the rioters. The left will just claim Trump arbitrarily attacked them and they're going to believe it anyway.

So here we go. If there's no reconciling these realities, it doesn't matter to argue because I'd be preaching to the choir. All that matters is in terms of the practical realities, the conflict is here. They say it was a rebellion against the rule of law. I love this. They say these snub nose nonlethal rounds, four centimeters wide and 10 centimeters long, tear flesh apart and usually stop before they reach an organ rather than pierce with deadly certainty of a nine millimeter hollow point. Oh, Mike.

Bro, come on. First of all, expanding foam rounds are not going to reach your organs because they're foam rounds. It's foam. It leaves a bruise. Not even a bad one. I mean, like medium, I guess. Pierce with deadly certainty of a 9mm hollow point.

Okay, well, I'll give them a technicality. It does pierce and penetrate. But to be fair, I think pierce is an overstatement of what a nine millimeter hollow point does. It's a hollow point. So technically, it's not supposed to pierce. Okay, it penetrates and expands. All right, but whatever. Anyway, there were highway patrol troops with truncheons, blah, blah, blah. And they went to Home Depot, a donut shop, a clothes factory and a warehouse.

They did not find it necessary to take police with them. For in America, visa officials have the power to arrest, prosecute, and shoot whoever they please. You see how they write this stuff? This is the world they live in. Now, I think it's important for us to point out, my friends, all of these articles make clear from the left, if you're an illegal immigrant, you're out of bounds. No. They are now posting, oh my God, Trump's not even arresting criminals anymore. He's arresting migrants, illegal immigrants.

Now, the report is they didn't actually go to Home Depot. Everyone's claiming it's true. Not entirely sure. So what? So illegal immigrants go hang out at Home Depot and ICE says, let's start rounding them up. I love it.

They entered illegally. They're subject to deportation. Thank you and have a nice day. I love the idea that ICE will go to Home Depot, in fact, because now these illegal immigrants will not be hanging out there. People will stop hiring them. They'll stop subverting. The reason why California wants this, they want illegal immigrants to be able to live in this country so they can bolster their electoral vote count. They're cheating the elections.

It's about time we got a lawsuit. Ken Paxton, somebody from a red state, sue California for illegal apportionment of congressional seats. Let's go. Now is the time. All right. What else we got? Guns, rage and division. America is close to a second civil war. This is just a series of photographs of, you know, people in the in a variety of conflicts that have happened throughout this country.

We have this from Milwaukee Independent. MAGA's vision of a second civil war dangerously misreads America's fragmented political geography. No, it doesn't. Y'all are dumb. There is no MAGA vision of a civil war. There are disparate views as to whether or not civil war could even happen. And many people on the right in the MAGA movement don't think it's possible. Some think it's inevitable. It's just kind of sporadic. They say, false.

This is just made up garbage, particularly the MAGA movement. These individuals frequently evoke images of 1861, blah, blah, blah. Nobody wants to live in a country where we are forced to fight to maintain control. The MAGA view is that Trump, as the duly elected president, already has that control and should enforce the law.

They say 1861 was primarily a conflict between organized state governments. Eleven southern states ceded from the Union to create the Confederate States of America. Wrong. Only technically correct. It was seven. And it was only after the first battle and then the first battle at Manassas where several other states, four, decided to cede from the Union after the fact. So technically, now I say this because when they make these claims that 11 states ceded, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Maryland was a slave state, too, that had sympathies with the South. But it was occupied. Its state legislature was arrested. There's a lot more to this story than just saying 11 seceded. No, seven did. And then after Lincoln mobilized troops to invade the South, four more did as well. Not that the South was good. They wanted to put in their constitution slavery was OK.

Battle lines were clearly drawn along state boundaries. False. Delaware was also a slave state. Texas, I can't remember who it was, but I believe Texas' reason for joining the Confederacy was simple geography. They said, we're isolated on all sides. The Confederacy surrounds us. It makes no sense for us to be a part of a union we have no contact with. These people clearly have no idea what they're talking about.

They say the basic conflict remained territorial. The Confederate and Union forces fought pitched battles, occupied territory and maintain formal government structures throughout the war. And that is just America. It says nothing about every other civil war or perhaps, as Sam Tripoli stated, the Bolshevik War. In contrast, the political and cultural divisions of 25 are not cleanly separated by state borders. Neither were Syria's.

Every state, no matter how strongly Democrat or Republican, contains significant populations of both pro-Trump and anti-Trump citizens. So were the Confederate states. Man, people don't even bother to read or research. In Virginia, it was 2-1 in favor of the union when seven states seceded. And it was only after Manassas and Lincoln mobilized troops to go to the South and quell the rebellion did the vote tallies flip.

in Virginia and Virginia actually split in half with West Virginia seceding from Virginia because of the conflict. So when they say, actually, there's a mix of pro and anti-Trump in each state, you never read a book, did you? My favorite is when people say, I go outside and I see no conflict. This is the lie they pushed during the Summer of Love riots. Some guy was on the Upper West Side of New York in Manhattan, and he's walking around being, I can't remember who it was. Was it

I don't want to say the wrong name, but some guy's like, oh, no, look over there, people eating ice cream. Oh, no, people at a bookstore. Yeah, because these people are propagandized by film. They think when war breaks out, neighbor fights neighbor. I assure you in Atlanta, people weren't punching their neighbor in the street. The people in Atlanta were largely unified against the people who were in New York. And they agreed the conflicts were in the contested areas of the borders. Now, why did Southerners fight in the Civil War?

Slavery, eh. Slavery was the cause, principally, of the division which led to the Civil War. So it's simple enough to just say, I think it's stupid when people are like, it wasn't really slavery, it was states, right? Well, yeah, okay, come on, get out of here. The area of contention was that the southern states felt that Lincoln was going to ban slavery everywhere. And so they said, we won't be a party to this because we don't want that to happen. But why did people fight? Because they were invaded. The North said, you can't leave.

The union sent in troops and Southerners said no. Only around, I think, three to five percent of Southerners actually owned slaves. It was a small group of wealthy individuals. But I digress. These people don't actually know what they're talking about, nor do they read anything. Hey, Mother Jones says, will Trump force America to break up? He seems determined to try. OK, let me tell you this, my friends. Donald Trump isn't the one causing the country to break up.

He is the one who is trying to preserve and sustain the Constitution and this country. I don't care if the left doesn't agree. I'm done arguing. You're not going to convince someone. I've debated these liberals and we're going to keep debating. I'm sure. Hey, they arrested arrested Trump's a lawyer, Trump's lawyers. Remember this? They arrested Trump's lawyers last year, the year before. And they go as lawyers or criminals. OK, that's it. We're done.

Trump's lawyers were not criminals. They were just providing legal advice. The argument from this liberal lawyer we debated was if a liberal if a lawyer commits a crime, they should go to jail. Sure. If a lawyer is Saul Goodman, who's who's smuggling drugs and hiding drug money. But Trump hiring a lawyer to file paperwork and send letters is legal representation. They don't care. I'm done trying to argue it.

I love this one, by the way. There's more U.S. troops in L.A. and Iraq than Syria. Indeed, they said it. So what do we do? Here's a question for you. Democratic lawmaker says she came to the U.S. illegally. I'm going to show you this. According to 8 U.S.C. 1451, it is the duty of the U.S. attorneys to, upon affidavit showing good cause, therefore, to institute proceedings in any district court of the United States in the district in which they were naturalized citizen may reside at the time of bringing the suit for the purpose of revoking and setting aside the order admitting such person to citizenship.

Long story short, this law basically says in a rather mouthy way, if you obtain citizenship illicitly, it's hereby voided. If your parents received citizenship illicitly, yours as their child is also revoked. It doesn't matter how long. There's no there's no time limit. So this Democratic lawmaker who says that her parents falsified documents to come to this country.

has now created probable cause by which the U.S. state needs to investigate. And should they find that this woman's story was true, her citizenship be revoked and she be removed from office. The question is, what do Democrats do when that happens? When Trump goes in with federal authorities to remove a sitting Democrat state rep? I mean, OK, maybe Democrats do nothing. And then Trump cleans everything up and America's restored. Maybe Democrats resist with violence.

You know, I guess the question is, will they win or will we win? But it's fair to say at this point, there are two factions fighting for control of one government. Now, my friends are going to be joined by Rudyard Lynch to discuss his views on history, potential civil war and where we're going. He's made some predictions. So smash the like button.
