And that's why at the riots last night, these leftist activists and rioters were smashing windows of shoe stores and phone stores and stealing things. That's the only way to make a difference, I guess.

No, it just shows in reality the hypocrisy that these people are not actually protesting anything other than they go out and smash and destroy when given the opportunity. Because let's be real, they're a chaotic and destructive force. Their ideologies make no sense. They hate this country. They want it to burn. And their politicians agree.

Right now, my friends, the Marines are not only being deployed to Los Angeles, but reports are that they will be sent out onto the streets. Now, they are not going to be engaging in any kind of law enforcement activity, which is how you get around Posse Comitatus, which prevents the military from enforcing local law. The Marines will be defending Posse.

Federal law enforcement agents who are carrying out the law. So U.S. military is allowed to be dispatched if they are protecting federal agents who are operating illegally. If you want the military to actively engage in arrests and law enforcement, you'd have to invoke the Insurrection Act, which Trump has not done. But the escalation is upon us, my friends. And we have this mass looting breaking out, of course, many videos.

But I got to be honest, I don't like him. They can't get through the window. Someone else, they found a back door. There you go. The back door was always an option. Now where are you going? Man, that's crazy. That's it. Free stuff. And they come out and they try and claim...

that they're fighting against ICE, trying to protect people from deportation. And half the people who are out there smashing things up, doing whatever it is they're doing, they're waiting for an opportunity to exploit. We also have this video. Take a look at this. Not sure the LAPD knew they were being watched here. What's this? There's a man on the ground. What's happening? There's a man on the ground. Look at, oh no, man on the ground. What's happening? All right, what do we got here?

So their fireworks are exploding all around them. This horse jumps around the guy. The cop cracks the stick on the ground. The guy is moving back, trying to get up. And let's see what else happens. And then the cop grabs him as he tries to run away and pulls him back down. And he gets arrested.

So first and foremost, they're trying to make it seem like the horse trampled the guy. Didn't. They're trying to make it seem like the cop cracked the guy on the ground with a bow can. That's the swords they use. They didn't. But either way, you may be saying, yeah, but come on, man. Like, you know, they're intimidating this guy. Like, what did this guy do? You know, he's just there on the ground. I mean, it's not like he tried to set fire to a building with gasoline and got caught. Okay.

I don't know exactly, but it does appear that there was a guy with gasoline and he was pouring on the ground and they got him. They grabbed him. Fireworks are exploding. They're launching explosives. And then they arrested him. That's what the mounted officers are supposed to do. This is what they're for.

And see where they cut the video selectively. As you can see here, this blazing inferno. These people are out here smashing and destroying and starting fires. I can't say anyone's surprised, right? Here we go. Marines are deploying to the L.A. area as ICE protests continue. Now, this news broke last night. You probably heard, but check this out. The historic use of Title 10 and the legal battle to follow. Let's break it down. This is from the Washington Examiner.

President Donald Trump sidestepped state power the weekend by activating a rarely used federal authority to deploy 2000 National Guard troops in L.A. to quell protests. I just love that even conservative media are like protests. They don't know how to use the word riot. There's a difference. See, this is important because the insinuation is that people are peacefully protesting and Trump's like send it to troops.

The reality is they're smashing windows, beating cops, punching people in the face, and the police in L.A. won't do anything about it. So Trump goes, send in the troops. Now, you may be wondering, as many have been, how could Trump do this with posse comitatus and without invoking the Insurrection Act? Well, check this out. It's called Title 10. Trump cited Title 10, a federal law that outlines the role of the U.S. armed forces to bypass Governor Gavin Newsom's handling of the situation.

Title 10 allows the president to put National Guard troops under federal command under three conditions. If the U.S. is invaded or faces a threat of invasion, it does. If there's a rebellion against federal authority, there is. Or if the president is unable to enforce federal laws using regular forces. Agreed. It was last used without a government governor's permission in 1965 when President Lyndon B. Johnson sent troops to Alabama to protect civil rights demonstrators.

The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 generally forbids the U.S. military, including the National Guard, from taking part in civilian law enforcement. Section 12406 of Title 10 does not override that prohibition, but it allows the troops to protect federal agents who are carrying out law enforcement activity and to protect federal property. The National Guard is a state-based military force that serves as a state and federal reserve branch of the U.S. Army. We get it.

Trump has often discussed using military force on domestic soil to stop violent demonstrations, fight crime and track down illegal immigrants. He has said he would use the power of the federal government without the consent of state governors if he returned to the White House. Blah, blah. Newsom, a Democrat, called Trump's use of Title 10 unnecessary, purposefully inflammatory and something that would only escalate tensions and erode public trust.

Trump said in a memo, the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security, that he was calling the National Guard and the Federal Service to temporarily protect ICE and other U.S. government personnel who are performing federal functions. Erwin Chemerinsky, a constitutional law scholar, called Trump's move truly chilling. It is using the military domestically to stop dissent, said Chemerinsky.

It certainly sends a message as to how the administration is going to respond to protests. It is frightening to see this done. Jeff Lay, former deputy cabinet secretary to Governor Jay Brown, called the president's actions historic.

The California National Guard played a vital role for the state's disaster response and bolstering homeland security and public safety. The president's use of Title 10 authorities over the objections of the governor are historic and well outside the norms. The mobilization and its rationale for concern over a rebellion or danger of rebellion against the authority of the United States government has likely fomented hostilities on the ground when local police and public safety leaders had circumstances under control. No, they did not.

They were standing down and the riots were getting worse. And I just don't care. I don't care. I don't want to argue with these people anymore. I don't know why you would shut it down. They've been allowing these riots. They've been continuing. Trump says, OK, we're sending the military. And I'm like, OK, Title 10 clearly outlines he can do it. So we can.

The left is going to keep making excuses for why they are protecting and defending illegal immigrants. We have another video that's going viral of a woman. She's a state rep, I think, in Minnesota, where she says her family came here illegally and then later acquired citizenship. And many people are saying, wow, so her family illegally exploited the law to obtain citizenship. And we're supposed to accept that she is a politician. Wow, man, you know.

This is the erosion of nation. It's the erosion of our national sovereignty, and it's why things are getting worse. Over a long enough period of time, if you allow non-citizens into your country and they can vote and they can run for office, their interests will not be aligned with your nation. And they let it happen. Like the government, the politicians, they all let it happen. The riots are escalating. The looting is happening. So we'll see how things play out. But I'll wrap it up there. The assumption most people are making is that this is related, but we do have limited information. So the police are currently investigating. And I suppose there is a possibility, a real one, that after all the riding and the looting, some guy was there and just went, oh, I'm suffering a congenital heart defect and then died on the street.

No, I'm kidding. I mean, it's brutal. But this could be anything. Although I think it's fair to say that when you find a dead body lying in the street, that is not a common occurrence. And the assumption is this is related to those riots. Things are getting worse. And it's not just this story. Trump, of course, has doubled the National Guard deployment on the ground. The riots have continued. Mass looting is now taking place. And strangely, we have this report from Newsweek.

Armor was being seen mysteriously handed out to the rioters. Someone is providing physical resources. Some organization is providing armor to the rioters to protect themselves from law enforcement escalating the conflict. This is getting crazy, my friends.

The riots, of course, are spreading nationwide. There's around a dozen or so, I believe. We've got video out of Austin. And come this weekend, there is supposed to be a massive uprising. No kings, they call it. However, when you couple that with ongoing anti-ice riots, I don't even think it's fair to say riot. Guys, let's talk about this real quick. Okay, what's a protest? A protest is when...

You go out there, you speak, you say, I protest. This thing is bad and we shouldn't have it. And there are limitations. You can protest in ways that break the law. And it's still a protest. So like sitting in the middle of a street holding up a sign is not a riot. It's a protest. Granted, you will be arrested. But, you know, civil society, we tolerate some of these things, though it's annoying. You'll be arrested and we carry on. It becomes a riot very easily.

when someone throws a brick at a cop. It's not a protest anymore. It's a riot. When violence happens. When does this become an insurgent invasion? Well, we're there. When you have individuals flying the flag of a foreign nation, sanctioned by the president of that nation, attacks on law enforcement,

Now we have escalated beyond riot. Some people may they don't want to go there. They want to say, no, it's not an invasion until Mexican soldiers saying like ordered are coming. No, no, no, no. That's so stupid.

The Mexican president defended the illegal immigrants entering this country and said Trump should stop the raids, let them live their lives, and that people in this country should stand with their citizens who have entered our country illegally. That's a sanctioning of an invasion into our country to the tune of millions. And this is where we're currently at.

We've got this, of course, from the Daily Mail body found outside looted store as L.A. riots take a deadly turn. The only riots have taken a sinister turn after a man's body was found on the sidewalk following a night of looting and chaos. Police were called to the scene near a looted T-Mobile shortly after one thirty a.m. where they discovered his body.

An LAPD spokesperson said they're investigating the matter, and it is unclear if his death was related to protest activity. On Monday, a mystery donor was caught on camera passing out gas masks and riot shields from her Ford F-150 to protesters in the streets as the National Guard was stationed nearby. Full stop. Lock that person up. Throw away the key. 20 years, whatever.

This is insane. We got a dead body on the streets. Now, they may be saying, we don't know for sure if this is actually the result of the riots. Fine. I'm going to go ahead and make a wild guess. Probably is, but maybe it's not, right? We entertain the possibilities. We don't know for sure. Fine. But I tell you this, the riots are making it harder for law enforcement to do their job, for medics to do their job, to keep our streets safe. And if they want to play this game of on January 6th, the cops were killed. No, they weren't. That's a lie.

And when that cop died of a stroke, natural causes, they said it was the stress of the job. Let's play the same game. You want to play ball? This death 100% is the result of the riots. Because even if it was an overdose or a robbery, I mean a mugging or something, whatever, cops are out in force because of the riots and they can't do their normal jobs. It is your fault. Rioters, this is happening.

And this person giving out masks and shields. Now, this story doesn't do that justice. It's much it's crazy that we'll get to the second get to that in a second. The chaos began on Friday when anti-ice protesters seized on a handful of police raids across the city, taking to the streets to burn cars and march against what they say are unfair deportations. Local business owners are outraged as destructive looters continue to target downtown stores. The protests rage on.

California's filed a lawsuit over the use of National Guard troops following the first deployment, telling reporters that Trump has trampled the state's sovereignty. So let's roll, baby. Check this out. The story we covered a little earlier this morning, mass looting is breaking out as the L.A. riots intensify. Check out this video of National Guard troops. Do we got we got no. Oh, there we go. And Maxine Water was seen yelling at them, which is funny.

For those that are just listening, it's literally just National Guard standing around. Now, the funny thing is, as with many riots, what is being reported is that these National Guardsmen and women have their rifles on them, but they have no ammo. So they are not loaded. They're not ready to fire. I don't know if that's true, but that's what the rumor is going around.

L.A. police have said they are receiving reports of looting from business owners as videos emerge on social media showing a mass of people running into stores whose frontages have been broken open. Business owners are reporting stores are being looted in the area of 6th Street and Broadway. Los Angeles Police Department Central Division posted an X. Officers are en route to the location to investigate. The area referred to is in downtown L.A.

Police urged all businesses and residents to report any vandalism, damage or looting to LAPD Central Division so that it can be documented by an official police report. Please photograph all vandalism and damage prior to cleanup. Check this out.

California Sheriff says Newsom encouraged the L.A. riots as ICE arrests violent illegal aliens. while maybe they should look at their phones or their TVs because I have law enforcement officers that are being shot at, that are being injured, that are being hurt, vehicles being damaged, things being burned, and they're calling it peaceful. It is a disgusting display of partisan politics. I wish they would all just...

put their phones down, be quiet and let law enforcement handle this how it should be handled, which is the complete enforcement of law and holding criminals accountable. It's rocks, bottles, tools, weapons being thrown at us. You watched multiple vehicles destroyed yesterday by. So quick question, as we pause real quick, where are these weapons coming from?

We get these reports all the time of pallets full of bricks just all over the place. Could it be that construction is fairly common and bricks are usually in random locations? You know, a lot of these photos of the pallets of bricks during riots in the Summer of Love weren't near construction sites. So far be it for me to know for sure. But someone is giving these people weapons.

There are people hauling bricks into the zone and then dropping them off and leaving them there for weapons. And then our deputies and our police officers, they're being used against us. And we're being hit with bottles. We're being hit with glass bottles, with tools, with rocks, with bricks.

This is not a peaceful protest. It isn't even a protest anymore. It is a violent riot. And if they are going to try and do harm, then it is the responsibility of law enforcement to win that confrontation. And all of them need to go to jail. We know that gunfire has been reported.

We have a – I know that there is a report of an officer being shot already. I'm not sure of the circumstances, so I don't know if it was pertaining to what is going on or if it was involving something in the peripheral. I don't know. It's quite – quite frankly, it's irrelevant.

We are responsible for keeping people and property safe, and when people come and attack us, then we need to make sure that they're held accountable. They are trying to violently influence something by political action. That is what this is. That is what everything that the Constitution stands against, that is what law enforcement stands against, and that is what will facilitate the downfall of our civilized society.

A civilized society has an adherence to the rule of law, and there is consequence for breaking that social compact.

And when politicians encourage this behavior, which that's exactly what they are doing, is encouraging this behavior, encouraging people to come out and participate in these riots. And they lie to us and say that they're encouraging a peaceful protest. No, they're not. They know exactly what they're doing. This is far beyond a peaceful protest. This is now a political action, and they are using violence and the threats of violence in order to get their way. And we absolutely must fight.

There we go. I fixed it for you guys. Newsweek, just doing a little copy editing for you. TV cameras have captured boxes of bionic shields being distributed to rioters in Los Angeles on Monday. I just want to clarify that's a joke. And if you refresh, they actually use the word protester as they're talking about people being given full face masks, masks and shields to fight cops.

Footage of the scene showed boxes of solid full face masks, almost akin to helmets, being handed out from the back of a pickup truck by two women while a masked driver waited for them to unload the goods. The footage has sparked concerns among some that external agitators are facilitating riots by equipping crowds for potential clashes with the police or National Guard.

However, others say the masks are safety gear worn as a precaution after protesters were injured by rubber bullets that authorities fired. It's always the lie. They are giving equipment to people to wage war. What else you want to call it? OK, I'm not saying it's like full scale national conflict, but this is about fighting. It's not just fighting. It's organized, organized factions fighting.

fighting with law enforcement, and they're being equipped for violence intentionally. What is the purpose of less lethal munitions, tear gas, and rubber bullets? It's to disperse crowds, to control for riots without causing, trying to, well, trying to avoid lasting permanent damage to individuals. The cops certainly have live ammo. They don't want to use that.

They are trying to use commensurate force, force that is enough to disperse a crowd. What happens when that crowd is armored and less lethal munitions do not work? Well, if these people are throwing Molotov cocktails or bricks, launching explosives,

We heard that cop. I didn't hear that saying that one officer may have been shot in gunfire. We do know that there's been several cops hit by fireworks. They're launching fireworks at cops. This is lethal. It's just less lethal. Well, if they're wearing shields and the police can't disperse violent extremists, they'll escalate their use of force. Newsweek says Los Angeles seen days of protests. I just I can't even.

They have tipped over into violence and riots on occasion. Demonstrators are marching against a series of raids by ICE that target undocumented migrants as part of Trump's vow for mass deportations. Footage of protective equipment being handed out to protesters in the California city has sparked concerns that unknown organizers are kidding out the crowds in riot gear.

Trump has criticized mask wearing demonstrators, saying the protests are being fueled by instigators and often paid troublemakers. However, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bassett said it's a it's the federal government that has provoked unrest by sending in the National Guard to justify a power grab. This is a lie. Take a look at this ridiculous clip.

The raids there should not be happening in our city. It is not warranted and it does any. The only thing it does is contribute to chaos. This was chaos that was started in Washington, D.C. On Thursday, the city was peaceful. On Friday, it was not because of the intervention of the federal government. She's saying the raids.

ICE doing their job to deport illegal immigrants is what caused this. That's what she's saying. D.C. caused the riots by enforcing immigration law. I said it before, and it bears repeating. The rioters are effectively the corsairs for the Democratic Party. They are the state-sanctioned combat force to protect illegal immigrants. California, the state.

knows. They cannot instruct the National Guard or I or sheriffs or police to combat federal law enforcement. So they allow mass rioting. And I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out the equipment being handed out to the rioters came from the state. I wouldn't be surprised. I'm not saying it did. I'm saying I wouldn't be I wouldn't be surprised by it. The state wants illegal immigrants to bolster their their their congressional power. I'm going to say it again.

I said it yesterday, but I'm going to say it now. 52 congressional seats. So when you go to Congress and you want to get a bill passed, somebody in California says, we want federal funding for our agricultural space, our land here in the East or whatever. Some other member of Congress says, OK, I'll vote yes on your bill if you vote yes on my bill. I want funding for the forest in my East Coast area. Now, what do you get?

When the Democrats have mass amounts of illegal immigrants, they get extra congressional seats, meaning more opportunities to steal from the coffers of the federal government through manipulation. They get more votes for the president. It is cheating. Hands down. Townhall.com.

CNN reports violent riots are spreading across major cities all over this country. Check this out. The protests are spreading to cities across the country right now from California to Dallas and Atlanta, Louisville and New York. Many protesters say it's time to take a stand against the Trump administration's policies and what they feel are heavy handed and heartless enforcement. Indeed, spreading across the country.

Well, we got a map for you from Newsweek. Map and list of anti-ICE protests nationwide following L.A. riots. They say protests against action by ICE erupted in several cities across the U.S. on Monday after clashes between protesters and authorities intensified in L.A. over the weekend. The protests have highlighted ongoing divisions over immigration policy. I don't care anymore.

I don't care about arguing to anybody. The law will be enforced. That's it. Just do it. These Democrats can protest. They're seditionists. They're insurrectionists. A mandate has been given to Donald Trump, the popular vote winner.

We want immigration enforcement. The polls show it. Every poll shows it. Everybody knows it. And the people who are interfering are in are are are trying to subvert the will of the people, disrupt our system of governance and burn this country to the ground. So here you go. We've got Seattle, Washington. It looks like these are all the anti-ice protests from yesterday as it's expanding.

Three in California, one in Colorado, two in Texas, one in Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania. Looks like two in PA. We've got what appears to be New York. I think it's New York, not New Jersey. Boston. So we're looking at 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16. 16 protests escalated. Many of them becoming riots. Not all of them. Not all of them.

We have this clip from Mario Noffel. He says, Texas authorities just declared the Party for Socialism and Liberation's anti-ice protest downtown in downtown Austin an unlawful assembly, threatening arrests and chemical agents if protesters don't disperse. Here's the video.

That's really, really fun. I got to play that again for you guys. Listen to this. What do we want? Nobody said anything. They don't even know what they want. Imagine this. What do we want? Cessation of hostilities from Immigrations and Customs Enforcement against undocumented people in this country. Seems a little too long for your protest chant.

So that's basically it. Just a video of people marching. They don't want anything. It's organized chaos. And what I mean by that is groups are intentionally organizing these rallies, telling people where to be so that they can sow chaos, riot, burn things down. Anti-ice protesters arrested in Dallas. Check this out. Not just, this is not Los Angeles. This is not what we've been talking about since Friday night. This is what's happening. But

in Dallas. This is exactly why some of the conversations they're having inside the administration that I'm hearing about are they are not going to back down from Los Angeles because they almost want to make an example of Los Angeles. And the conversations that were happening in the Situation Room with Homeland Security officials, Pentagon officials over the course of the day, that was the resounding message from a top aide of President Trump, Stephen Miller, which is we are not going to back down from Los Angeles. And while this may not be Los Angeles,

This the example that they're trying to show is that they are not going to back down from any of these cases. In fact, Homeland Security Secretary tonight on Fox and they're going to arrest in charge protesters who are assaulting officers. So this is happening. Can I just pause real quick? We will arrest people who break the law, says the Trump administration. Why are they acting like that's surprising?

And it is the clash also, Caitlin, of immigration and law and order, two of the main issues of President Trump, all coalescing in this moment as people protest the methods of this administration. The methods of this administration. I love it. What, law enforcement? Standard law enforcement?

As I've already shown you, the mayor of L.A. is telling ICE to stop deporting people because that's incitement. Across the media, we are hearing this over and over again. They're claiming Trump is the one inciting it. They say Fox News Charlemagne claims he hadn't heard about any ruckus or violence in L.A. riot until the National Guard arrived. But did that call for the National Guard? Charlemagne asked after hearing a video.

It's always muted. Everything folks thought he would. Like Trump really, Trump, I'll tell you one thing, Trump really wasted no time doing the worst of everything folks thought he would. Like you can't put the military on protesters. Did I miss something? Were they not being peaceful? Because I didn't hear about any. Yes, they were not being peaceful. There was riots. That's why Trump deployed the National Guard.

I love this. Bro, you know, this is it, right? Radio host Charlamagne Tha God said on Monday he had not seen evidence. This is the world that we live in.

People who don't know, who don't investigate, who don't care, will come out and just be like, I can't believe Trump is doing this. It's like, well, if you Googled it, maybe you'd see the Waymo cars on fire. Maybe you'd see the police SUVs all smashed up with bricks. Maybe you'd see the officers ducking and dodging explosives being thrown at them. Maybe you'd see the videos from the leftists cheering on, blocking ICE from leaving an ICE headquarters by standing outside and throwing bricks and explosives.

And then Trump called in the National Guard and then they escalated the violence. So Trump is sending in Marines and doubling the National Guard presence, which is the right thing to do. But Charlemagne, he doesn't read the news. Now, I did I did a segment on this. We have this from the from the Daily Mail. CNN reveals how Americans really feel about Trump's response to the L.A. riots. Oh, oh.

I'm sure just like Charlemagne pointed out in his anger over Trump's dispatchment of the National Guard dispatching that the American people will be having none of it.

How dare you, Trump? The American electorate believed that the Democrats don't have a clue on the issue of immigration. I mean, you could just take it here. Closer to trust-borne immigration, Democrats versus Republicans. Got three different polls for you across the board. They all tell the same story. Republicans lead on the issue of immigration. Donald Trump's approval rating on immigration is positive and Republicans are trusted more on the issue. Now, I must say, Harry Enten of CNN has become a living meme in that this is basically his MO at this point to be the guy on CNN going, wow, Donald Trump is popular and correct on these issues. I wonder if if what CNN is going for here is.

Everybody knows that we're far left anti-Trump. So let's get a guy who is constantly shocked to discover people actually like Donald Trump. Maybe that might wake up some of these far left lunatics. The American electorate believed that the Democrats don't have a clue on the issue of immigration. I mean, you could just take it here. Closer to trust more in immigration, Democrats versus Republicans.

Got three different polls for you across the board. They all tell the same story. Republicans lead on the issue of immigration. You see it here, CBS plus six. You see it here, CNN plus six. You see it here, Ipsos, even bigger, plus 19. No matter what poll you look at, no matter which way you cut it, the American public is with the Republicans, the American public is with Donald Trump, and to a much greater extent than they were in term number one.

I just want to say real quick, I like Harry Enten. He's being honest. He's pulling up the polls. He's telling you what they say, even when the polls can be wonky. And he's saying this is the issue Trump is succeeding on.

So I don't want to rag on the guy. He's doing a good job. And it's not just on the broad issue of immigration. It's on the specifics as well in which the American public is with Donald Trump and the Republicans. And that is why Donald Trump is eager to take on this fight and eager for those scenes out of Los Angeles. Now, I have to wonder, I have to wonder if you are a liberal Democrat.

70-year-old watching CNN, as that is basically their main viewer or their main audience. What are you thinking to yourself when Harry Anton comes out basically every single day saying you're wrong? You are on the wrong side of history. The American people are against you on this. They like what Donald Trump is doing.

I have to imagine there's probably a bit of cognitive dissonance. But let me just grab this year at RealClearPolitics aggregate polling and talk about how much I love polling. Right now, Donald Trump is at minus 2.6. That's pretty dang good. You know, the issue for Donald Trump or for any president is that not everybody agrees on everything. So getting to the point where you're basically 50-50 in the margin of error is pretty dang good. Now,

It's tough. Trump's got negative press to deal with, but all presidents do. However, at this point, it appears that Donald Trump is rivaling or better than Obama and Bush in their second terms. And the reason why I exclude Joe Biden is that he didn't get a second term and Trump's was non-consecutive, which is just a weird. It's kind of weird. But take a look at this because I always got to bring this up. I love aggregate polling, but wait, what? OK, OK, hold on.

Economist YouGov has Trump minus eight. Morning Consult minus four. Rasmussen for the same time period plus three. Okay. Now what's that? Qantas Insights has him plus one, but CBS News has him minus 10. I just love how stupid and wrong all of this is. Okay.

I don't know what to tell you guys. Okay. What I can tell you is Trump is probably right on immigration because when polled directly on immigration, basically every poll says the same story. Now, what I will say for all of this, you can't just look at the aggregate. What I would recommend is choose. You don't know where Trump currently sits, but you do know the trends because let's take the worst one. We've got minus 13 from Yahoo News. Okay.

Just check the next time Yahoo News does a poll and see how it changes. And if it goes from minus 13 to like minus five, that's a tremendous improvement for Trump. See, the thing is, Rasmussen is going to have Trump at plus three. But at the same time, if there's a dramatic improvement, he'll go to plus eight. So you can see the movement. But no one has any effing idea what's really going on. So I give you this. I love it.

From Mediaite, Trump knows he's losing. Ex-Biden Spock says crackdown on protests is a distraction. He knows he's winning. CNN, here he is. Come on. CNN hates Trump. But he comes out and says this is why Trump wants to be on this issue. Drew Bates, former spokesman for President Joe Biden. And Terry Holt, former spokesperson for President George W. Bush. Both are senior communications advisors for the Cost Coalition.

Oh, geez. Now, I didn't, this is when you live television, I didn't read that tease before I sat down today. I, about, you know, this being a distraction. Is it a distraction or are they just really good multitaskers? That's some very nefarious things.

The way I see it is if you look back at Trump's history, this is somebody who gassed protesters in Lafayette Square during his first term. This is somebody who's always eager for a distraction when he knows he is losing support. And quantifiably, he is now the least popular president at this point in a term of anyone in history. And we know why that is. For one thing, his tariffs are the biggest middle class tax hike in modern history. OK, guys.

This is the difficult reality that we face. He just said on MSNBC, Trump is the least popular. Trump's aggregate approval rating, which I just showed you, is minus 2.6, rivaling or better than Obama and Bush. Homie just went on MSNBC and lied. What are we supposed to do about this? You know, I can't stand it. It's the stop making me defend Trump reality.

I'm sitting here thinking, like, what is my motivation? Right. The Daily Show lies. You know, Jon Stewart came out and said Trump is igniting the L.A. riots and all that stuff. And I'm like, the rioters are doing that. But they just lie. They lie. They lie. They lie every single day. Everything they say, they're just lying. Michael Maus made a really great point yesterday. If you want to understand what it's like to be blue pilled, tell someone the weatherman's lying to you.

And the people and the response is going to be, why would the weatherman lie? They have nothing to lie for. What are you talking about? The news doesn't lie. And that's basically what we're dealing with. Did you just hear what he said? Can I play this again for you?

He's in Lafayette Square during his first term. Let's just pause there. He gassed protesters. You mean the violent rioters who threw a firebomb on the White House grounds and set fire to St. John's Church? Can we just play this? Come on. Okay. St. John's Church fire riot. It's not even hard. Not even hard to pull up. Not even hard to pull up. These people are lying. Historic church near White House damaged amid unrest. Leaders pray for healing. St. John's Church, known as the Church of Presidents, was damaged after...

It says peaceful protests. Yo. Oh, man. I don't even know anymore. Ladies and gentlemen, perhaps the sad reality is that we are up against demons. They actually wrote St. John's Church was damaged after peaceful protests took a destructive turn. Peaceful protests in the headline about the church being set on fire.

OK, Bishop Marion Bood later on Monday criticized Trump for allowing police to use tear gas. I criticize Trump for that, too. I Chris Trump. Just let him burn the church down next time. That's what the church leaders wanted. Just I'm I'm sick of it. I'm sick of all of it. OK.

These women want men in their sports. I'm not even joking. How many women are speaking up about men and women's sports? Very few. OK, women voted for it. They may be saying, Tim, what does that have to do with any of this? I'm telling you, when the church comes out and says, Trump, how dare you stop the protesters from burning down our church? Trump should have let it happen. This is why I should be nowhere near government and I never will be. And I will simply be the whinging man on the Internet.

You know what I'd do if during the M-29 riots where the far left firebombed the White House and St. John's Church, injuring hundreds of officers in an insurrection? I'd let it happen. I'd let it happen. I'd issue a statement saying there are violent agitators in an otherwise peaceful protest. And to avoid loss of life or serious harm, we are standing down.

We're standing back and standing by because we don't want to disrupt a peaceful protest. Now, I know everyone in the world has some, you know, everybody on the left, they're going to have some response. They're going to say, how could Trump let this happen? I'd say, you're right. I genuinely didn't expect the left to be violent terrorists. That's what I'd say.

This is the problem with conservatives. They don't get the game that left is playing. Let me just play this guy's stupid comment again. Somebody who's always eager for a distraction when he knows he is losing support. And quantifiably, he is now the least popular president at this point in a term of anyone in history. And we know why of anyone, not even a president. OK, well, here's.

President Trump's drop job approval. And mind you, again, this is from this clip, June 10th. So I imagine this aired just the other night. Do they say the date on when this aired? Either way, Trump's aggregate approval rating has been pretty dang good. Do they have comparables on this? Look at all this polling data. There was comparable polling data that went massively viral, but he's just making it up.

And these people just believe it. Minus 2.6. Let's check immigration aggregation. Plus 4.5 on immigration. So you want to tell me from 6.6 to 6.9, that's when the poll was conducted, over the weekend with mass rioting, plus 4 from The Economist.

Look at this one from RMG plus 14. He's looking for distraction because he's losing. For one thing, his tariffs are the biggest middle class tax hike in modern history. They're raising the prices that he ran on lowering. That was his number one promise. Now...

He's embroiled in a debate over inflationary tax giveaways for the rich that the country rejects, especially because they come at the price of Medicaid, Affordable Care Act, adding to the debt.

And in other areas, his administration's falling apart too. Elon Musk says he's in the Epstein files. He also just accepted a $400 million personal bribe in the form of a jet from Qatar, which is a country that funds Hamas.

So I think this is the kind of sputtering behavior that you see from him when he really wants to talk about anything but the economy. And so I think that when we speak out against the ways that he is abusing power, it's important for us to still make sure that that's in the conversation. Well, I pulled this up for you from Real Clear Politics. Eric Daughtry with the tweet, of course.

Real clear politics has as of June 4th, Donald Trump has a higher approval rating than Obama and Bush at the same time in their term. Why are they lying? Because they are evil demons that want to steal power. And you know what, man? The people who follow them believe it. And so don't you get it? You know, there's the show. That's funny. There's a show is a creep show. It's called. And I was just watching this clip.

It's an old it's not super old few years old, I think. But I remember seeing this episode where there's a guy stuffed in a suitcase and every time he feels pain, he barfs up a gold coin. So what happens? The young people who find him say, let's not free him. Let's just beat him and get money. And that's like that's how I view the Democratic Party and their voter base. Democratic voters are like, we're hurting, please. And the Democrats are like.

Just that's probably too mercilessly beating them while they're saying, thank you. May I have another? And I'm just sitting here being like, yo, why? Why? Why don't you guys break free from this? You know, as the saying goes, Harry Tubman said, I have freed many slaves. I would have freed many more if only they knew they were slaves. And they try and claim that the Democrat, the Republican Party is a bunch of cultists. And I'm just sitting here being like.

The Democratic, the Republican Party got into a fight with Elon Musk over spending. Rand Paul and Massey are attacked by the Trump administration, while many conservatarians and right-wing individuals still defend Massey and Rand Paul. It's not a cult. I saw one tweet and they were like, are you really abandoning Trump over this? It was that easy. And I'm like, yeah, maybe it's not a cult. So anyway, there you go. What a ridiculous political party.

And no amount of me showing this information and proof to people changes the minds of these liberals. They live in crackpot Wally world where they believe whatever lies is shoved down their throats. And then they claim it's you who believe the lies. Hey, I got the data. I'll show you the sources. OK, you can see it right there. Whatever, man. I'm a wrap it up there. Stay tuned. I kid you not, my friends, we got a real headline. Democratic lawmaker says she came to the U.S. illegally. Let me say it again. Democratic lawmaker says she came to the United States illegally. She is in elected office. She is controlling policy in this country. And she's outright saying she obtained her citizenship to this country fraudulently.

But of course, it wasn't her fault. It was her parents that did it. What do we do? You know, we've all talked about Ilhan Omar. There are a lot of people that still do this. They're saying she committed immigration fraud. She should be deported. She is Somali. She's an American citizen. She is in federal Congress for Minnesota. But many say that she married her brother to defraud immigration and get him a visa for this country. And for this, she should be deported.

We now have another lawmaker out of Minnesota who says that her family came here illegally and then fraudulently obtained citizenship. So what's the remedy? Yeah, we are. We are in dark, dark times because I'm going to tell you this. I'll play the clip for a second and then we'll go through all this. But I want to say this. What do we do?

Does the Trump administration begin reviewing the citizenship status of our own politicians? Because as it turns out, there may be many that are fraudulently here and subverting this country. Here's a question for you. Comment. Tell me. You tell me. Are these people who have come to this country illegally and obtained legal status fraudulently, at least as one person, subverting the will of these United States?

What do we do? Should we then have the Trump administration investigate, strip them of their citizenship and deport them? Check this out. We've got libs of TikTok. They got the clip. Let me play the clip for you. His mother had died. My father, as the one processing the paperwork, put my grandmother down as his mother. And so I am illegal in this country. My parents are illegal here in this country.

So this is a short clip, but I'm going to play it again. Because his mother had died. What she's saying is her fraternal grandfather had died. So her father listed her maternal grand grandmother. I'm sorry. Grand grand. Her fraternal grandmother died. So her father used her maternal grandmother as his own mother.

biological mother, not correct, so that he could get status in the United States for which they ultimately then obtained U.S. citizenship. Because his mother had died. My father, as the one processing the paperwork, put my grandmother down as his mother. And so I am illegal in this country. My parents are illegal here in this country. Indeed. And what have we seen so far, my friends?

Oh, man. You've got the Ilhan Omar story. You now have this lady's story and questions over whether or not should people be allowed to obtain citizenship fraudulently and then use that to be politicians in our government. Newsweek reports a Minnesota state lawmaker revealed on Monday that she came to the U.S. illegally. Democratic State Rep. Cowley Vong Vong her made the announcement during a speech on the floor of the House of Representatives in the Minnesota state legislature.

She later clarified after the floor speech that she is a U.S. citizen. That's right. That by fraudulently, the Democratic lawmaker told Newsweek her parents took their citizenship test and that she became a citizen as a minor when she was in middle school. It's an incredibly disheartening that my floor speech where I shared my family's deep personal immigration story was twisted into anti-immigrant clickbait. Let me tell you where we're at. They're eroding the line between citizen and illegal immigrant.

Democrats have already been saying undocumented citizens on television. Just recently on, I think it might have been Bakari Sellers, I'm not sure, but it was on CNN. Scott Jenning was debating whether illegal immigrants should get health care. No. And someone said undocumented citizens, as if to imply these individuals who are here have some kind of citizenship. They're just not documented properly. They are eroding the structure of our government to destroy it.

And that's a that's a difficult problem to solve. I got to be honest. Let me say this. What we have right now is a lady publicly announcing that her family fraudulently obtained citizenship. And I'll explain why you come into this country illegally. You are here under false pretenses. You then apply for citizenship. And that is still downstream of those false pretenses by which you came into this country. That is fraudulently obtaining citizenship.

Now she's saying, I'm a citizen. You can't do nothing about it. So we as this country are now going to sit back and say illegal immigrants can become citizens and they can even be in our in our state legislatures. They can even be in our government. That is the erosion. You go back 100 years. Ask that question. Should a man from a foreign country who comes here be allowed to run for office illegally? They they come into this country illegally and fraudulently. No, of course not. Now we're supposed to sit back because here's the line. You can't arrest her.

She's a citizen. Prove it. You can't remove it from office. She's a citizen. She's a U.S. citizen. But she's telling you outright through fraud. That leaves the U.S. government only one option. There's technically two options, but I say enforcement option would be to actually investigate and prove whether she's telling the truth or not, whether she fraudulently obtained citizenship. If they do, she's got to be removed. But you know what's going to happen? Nothing.

The feds won't do anything. I don't imagine Trump or Kristi Noem or anybody would actually intervene. I would because I'm a crazy person. I assume most of you would, too. But I'm well past the point of caring about these manipulations and these lies. I understand PR is a is massively important and public perception is massively important. But.

Even with that, Trump being a master media guy, we're still not seeing action in this level. Now, perhaps their attitude is, yeah, you don't want to go. We don't want to do that. Here's why I do it. I don't care. I'm just so over this. They say your speech comes to the country is reeling from the ice crackdown, blah, blah, blah. I am in the I am illegal in this country, she said.

My family broke the law to come here. I never knew that. I just learned that my family was just smarter in how we illegally came here. OK, so your citizenship is fraudulent. It should be challenged. And now I don't live in Minnesota. She's a state rep. I would love to sue to have her citizenship claims challenged because.

She, as a public representative, has just admitted to being an illegal immigrant who fraudulently obtained citizenship. OK, if you live in Minnesota, you should file a lawsuit right now because either she's lying for brownie points or she's disqualified. Let's roll, baby. I would love it if the court said, you know, pending this lawsuit and discovery, turns out everything was actually legal and she's making up stories.

Making up stories. That's what people are saying. Saying, ah, she's not really illegal. She's just trying to play the Democrat victimhood narrative. Like, I too am illegal. I don't care. Play that game. Let's go. Her said she recently learned that her family had not been eligible to enter the U.S. But that her parents found a way to do so by altering their paperwork. The only people who come to the U.S. were if you were direct military...

You worked for the CIA or you worked for USAID, which is why it's so personal to me that USAID is getting unfunded. But we did not do either of those. So what my father did was one of our uncles worked for USAID. And because his mother had died, my father is the one processing the paperwork, put my grandmother down as his mother. And so I am illegal in this country. My parents are illegal here in this country. Her online biography says she was born in Laos.

and came to the U.S. as a refugee when she was four years old. When we were fleeing the situation, never one time did my family say, let's look at which state has the greatest welfare and which state has the greatest benefits because that's the state we're going to go to.

Nobody leaves their country unless they have to leave that country. Right. The Vikings had no choice but to rape and pillage in the British Isles. They didn't want to leave. But those young women just were a necessity to capture and bring on their boats. Genghis Khan. Oh.

Being forced to leave his country. Shut up. You people are nuts. These people come here for treasure. We call it treasure. That's historically what they refer to it as blood and treasure. That's what they do.

They sacrifice their blood and treasure to take of what they want, sometimes for ideological reasons or otherwise. But there is a reason for war and conquest that is not simply a better life. I had no choice but to leave my home, say the Vikings, as they land on the shores of the British Isles, burn down all the villages and take the women. I was told a joke by a Norwegian guy.

You want to hear it? He said, hey, he's like, Tim, you want to hear a joke? How come there are no beautiful women in England? And I said, why? Because we took them all. And the and the Norwegians all laughed. Wow. Yeah, because that's what they do. The Vikings would sail to the British Isles and then burn everything down, steal everything and then capture the young women and bring them back.

But, you know, they didn't want to leave their country. They had no choice. I guess it was cold and they needed chickens. You know, not all Vikings were raping and pillaging, but, you know, that's kind of what they did. Spare me your lectures. I say unto thee, my my friends.
