Every day, American families face tough choices at the grocery store. With food prices at a 30-year high, we can't afford policies that drive costs even higher. If farmers lose essential crop protection tools like glyphosate, grocery bills could nearly double. The solution is simple.

This video is going viral because Israel and Iran have violated the ceasefire. Donald Trump has asked about it as he's speaking outside of the White House, and he says you've got two countries that have been fighting for so long they don't know what the they're doing.
He actually dropped that F-bomb. And we'll play this video for you. But ladies and gentlemen, we've got tremendous news. This is massive. Maybe I don't mean tremendous in a good way. I mean, of consequence, Donald Trump posted on Truth that Israel would not bomb Iran, that they were engaging in a friendly plane wave. Now we've got reports that Israel defied Donald Trump and bombed Tehran anyway. So this is a
I don't know how Trump's going to respond to this. He's on his way to NATO. He's going to have no patience and no tolerance at this point. The story is, and this is quite ridiculous, Donald Trump says cease fire in effect. This should bring about the end of the war.
He said immediately Israel starts launching the biggest bombs we've ever seen. And he's pissed off. He says, yes, you have a time frame to stop the firing. But that doesn't mean you go out and launch your biggest assault with the biggest bombs we'd ever seen. Now, Iran reportedly launched a strike against Israel at the 11th hour. Trump says this was one rocket didn't hit anybody. And it's not a reason for retaliation or escalation.
Israel says it was more than just one. Now, here's what I think. I think basically you've got Iran being like, we're going to get the last word. We're going to show, you know, it's like when two guys are at a bar and one guy's like, you got a problem, you got a problem, you got a problem. Like nobody wants to be the one who backs down like you back down from me. And the result then is Trump getting pissed and saying stop. And then Israel saying no. Now, the reporting is Israel carried out the strike anyway.
And then talked with Trump and said, OK, OK, we won't do any more. We've got the story from deadline. But let me roll the tape for you guys, for those that have not seen it. Do you believe that Iran is still committed to the peace? Yeah, I do. They violated, but Israel violated it, too. Are you questioning if Israel is?
The Press: Israel was committed to -- The President: Israel, as soon as we made the deal, they came out and they dropped a load of bombs, the likes of which I've never seen before. The biggest load that we've seen. I'm not happy with Israel. You know, when I say, "Okay, now you have 12 hours," you don't go out in the first hour and just drop everything you have on them. So I'm not happy with them.
I'm not happy with Iran either. But I'm really unhappy if Israel is going out this morning because of one rocket that didn't land, that was shot, perhaps by mistake, that didn't land. I'm not happy about that. You know what? We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don't know what the fuck they're doing. Do you understand that? Yo! Okay, greatest president of my lifetime.
I mean, Trump's in for a rude awakening. If he thinks this is what the libertarians have been screaming about. It's not that Trump isn't a smart guy that doesn't have plans. He's not tough. All of this is acknowledged. It's that these people are nuts. They're not going to stop fighting and fighting for centuries. And Trump has done tremendous things. And this I do mean in good way.
The Abraham Accords were massive. And he is working as hard as he can to get this to stop. But crazy is going to get crazy. So we've got this. Let me show you this. Basically, you heard what Trump said. If Israel's going out this morning because of one rocket, I'm pissed. So he gets on Truth Social. He said, Israel, do not drop those bombs. If you do, it is a major violation. Bring your pilots home now. Donald J. Trump, president of the United States, all caps, by the way. He then followed up with,
Israel is not going to attack Iran. All planes will turn around and head home while doing a friendly plane wave to Iran. Nobody will be hurt. The ceasefire is in effect. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Israel then said, F you to Donald Trump. So this is as I'm recording. This is about a half an hour after this story dropped and Trump's truth post about two hours ago.
indicating, I think it's fair to say, they had more than enough time to call off this strike. Israel did not. Explosions ring out in Tehran despite Trump's order to Israel to stop strikes. Explosions rang out in Tehran on Tuesday despite U.S. President Donald Trump saying Israel had canceled airstrikes at his command to preserve an hours-old ceasefire.
Two witnesses reached by telephone in the Iranian capital said they heard two loud explosions. Israeli army radio said Israel had struck an Iranian radar site near Tehran. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said Israel had carried out no further strikes after Netanyahu spoke to Trump. Except for that one. Except for that one.
Trump en route to a NATO summit in the Netherlands had said Israel had called off its attack after he rebuked Israel with an obscenity and an extraordinary outburst at an ally whose military campaign he had joined just two days earlier. All planes will turn around and head home while doing a friendly plane wave. Nope. You see, Trump, these people are fervent and they're not going to back down. But you know what? Israel just made a serious mistake. Donald Trump looks like
He looks bad. You know, and let me put it this way. I'm not saying Trump looks bad like he did something wrong necessarily. I certainly disagree with the strikes because this is what happens. Now what? Iran, I think, may try and play nice. They got a tremendous opportunity. That's why I say Israel made a mistake. Think about it. If you're Trump and you say ceasefire and Iran gets one rocket off, it gets intercepted, nothing happens. And then Israel's like full scale assault and you go stop. And they go, no. Now Trump's going to be like, OK,
Iran is going to come around and say, Mr. President, it was a mistake. We reined him in. We said we'd stand off. Israel didn't listen. Trump's going to Trump's going to be pissed at Israel. This will have a longstanding negative repercussion. Donald Trump. Why did he engage in this strike on Iran as a show of strength?
to say we will not be trifled with. And so when Iran is playing games and Trump bombs Fordo, he says, I don't care about your negotiations. We negotiated. You didn't want to do it. We blew you up. Don't play chicken with Donald Trump. He bombed them to get rid of the nuclear program. Additionally, he bombed them to send a message to the world. The U.S. will blow you up. So what happens when Israel then tells Trump, no,
What are you going to do about it? Trump's got a post on Truth Social where he said, Israel will not drop these bombs. And Israel did anyway. You think Trump's going to stand for that? I got to tell you, man, when I heard Trump drop that F-bomb this morning, I wake up and I'm watching the news and he says this. I was just like, holy crap. He was pissed because he put his foot down. He blew, he dropped bombs. A 37-hour mission.
And he said, stop it now. And they said, no, both sides. No, but I'll tell you this. Iran's going to come back and be like, hey, man, we're not going to we're not going to do anything. And what's going to happen with Israel? See, the thing at the point I'm making.
That single rocket that got fired from Iran, I think that was Iran saying we get the last word. Then when Trump tells Israel stop and don't strike like a responsible adult, Israel's like, no, they shot at us. We get the last word. So they drop. And now what's Iran going to say? I think Iran goes, Mr. President, look what they did. Look how unreasonable they are. You told them not to do it. Ours. That was an accident.
I don't know where that goes, but you got a lot of people pissed off and there is concern. I'm not as concerned about this, but there is concern that Trump can't get a handle on this, that Israel is going to say, oh, OK, fine, we won't. Iran's going to come out and say, Mr. President, defied your order. We had an agreement. Does your agreement mean nothing? We want some kind of recompense. Trump's going to have to do something.
This there's a concern that because of what Israel did in defying Trump, Iran just says, screw this. Your word means nothing. And then we get escalation. They said to part of the White House, Trump told reporters he was unhappy with both sides. We played that clip. So this was the deal announced last night. For those that may have missed it, just some quick context, a ceasefire deal. Now, many people asked why there was a 12 hour window. So Iran was going to stop at midnight and Israel was going to stop 12 hours later. And it's just like.
Okay, to be honest, why don't you say, guys, stop firing missiles? Just don't do it. The assumption, I guess, is that you've already got rockets loaded up and about to launch, and they're like, they're set to fire as it is. I think it's mostly about...
They've got to get the orders out. They have to give official orders. It takes time to go through every branch. And so they say just and that could be done quickly. But they're like, just create a buffer window. You know, like this is the time frame. Seems like nobody was interested in following that time frame. And thus, here we are. Netanyahu defied Donald Trump.
That's absolutely wild. I'm hoping we're going to get some update here that Donald Trump will issue a statement, I suppose. Maybe he'll he'll come out and something's got to happen. So reportedly now what's what's what I'm seeing is Israel is saying we spoke with Trump and after we bombed the radar site, we agreed not to do any more strikes. Meaning when Trump posted on truth, do not do it. What are they going to say? We just didn't see the message, Mr. President.
Trump said nobody's going to hurt. Nothing was going to happen. And that's not what happened. They actually went about violating what Trump told them to do. Oh, this is great. Sky News. We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don't know what the fuck they're doing. Do you understand that? Do you understand?
Yeah, we'll just apologize for that language from the U.S. President Donald Trump. Shut up, you pathetic jellyfish. We'll just apologize for that president's expletive. Oh, heaven's me. No way, man. That was raw. That was epic. I saw that. I'm watching him and he's giving this big statement about, you know, Israel around violating the ceasefire. And then I saw that and I was like, oh. Now, I don't know if Netanyahu saw that video because...
Them striking Iran, despite the fact that Donald Trump said not to do it, is probably a very, very bad thing for them, considering how pissed off Trump is. Now, he's supposed to be meeting. He's going to NATO. Zelensky is going to be there. I got a feeling Trump's going to just be just he's going to be giving him the evil eye.
Zelensky is going to be like, Mr. President, we need Ron. And Trump's is going to be like, I swear to God. And that's going to be like, OK, OK, OK. Trump is in no mood. We've never seen him like this. Because, again, I'll say this one more time before we before we wrap up here. They're playing. They're playing Trump like a chump. You know, Trump said don't. Israel said we do what we want later.
And now Trump's got to sit back and just accept that. Trump, you're going to stand for that? You're going to stand for Israel making you look like a chump? Maybe. Maybe. You know why? Because Trump's going to be the adult in the room. And he's going to say, as long as it stops the conflict, we're done. No reason for Trump to try and inflame tensions now by coming at Israel, despite the fact that Israel spat in his face. But you know why this is a huge error? Hey, look.
We're going to be sending weapons. We're going to be working with Israel. And Trump's going to be like, nah, Israel's going to come back and be like, Netanyahu's going to say we need another two billion dollars this year. And Trump's going to go one billion. And he's going to be like, OK, a billion dollars is still really good, but it's half. Trump's going to go five hundred thousand, five hundred, five hundred million. And they're going to be like, why are you doing this, Mr. President? He says, because you don't fuck with me. Maybe or maybe all those wackaloons are right.
And they're all posting now, this proves it, Israel runs the United States. Like, it doesn't. Netanyahu is just an arrogant prick. And Trump's going to have to now deal with it. I got to imagine that Trump has to send a message. He can't tolerate being made to look like this. We'll see. I'll leave it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Stay tuned. We got more coming up for you today. We'll see you on the next segment.
To say that it's getting wild would be an understatement. Certainly the issue with Israel-Iran is absolutely bonkers, and we're hoping the ceasefire holds considering what happened this morning. Trump seemed pretty pissed.
Now we've got many Democrats, you've got AOC and Al Green calling for Trump's impeachment. Trump's roasting them. But at the same time as all this chaos ensues, we do have other news. And that is a rogue federal judge is openly defying the Supreme Court, attempting to issue an order that violates the superior court. What do you call it? I don't know what you call it. Don't look at me. I'm not trying to get you to say civil war. I'm saying legit.
Constitutional crisis, political disarray. Honest question. When district courts are so intent on blocking Trump that they tell the Supreme Court, F you, I don't know where we are as a country. Constitutional crisis, I suppose. Here's a story from The Federalist. Rogue federal judge openly defies Supreme Court ruling on deportation of violent criminal illegals.
They report a federal judge issued an order late Monday night claiming an earlier ruling from the Supreme Court that permitted deportations to continue is irrelevant. Six months after Judge Brian E. Murphy was nominated by then President Joe Biden and confirmed by the Senate.
During the last few weeks of Democrats control, he issued an order stating, quote, The court's May 21st 2025 order on remedy remains in full force and effect, notwithstanding today's stay of the preliminary injunction. The district courts remedial orders were not properly before the Supreme Court because the government has not appealed them or sought a stay pending a forthcoming appeal.
The rogue ruling came just hours after the Supreme Court agreed six to three. The Trump administration, at least temporarily, can deport illegal aliens convicted of violent crimes to third countries. Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Katonji Brown Jackson and Elena Kagan dissented. The decision means that the administration could resume the deportations of illegal aliens to countries other than their native land, notably South Sudan.
Apparently, there are some heinous criminals that have been convicted of crimes in the past or here. And Trump said, send them to South Sudan, which is OK, admittedly funny, but also kind of scary. I mean, if you're convicted of a crime, you're not an American citizen. I don't really have an argument for why we should have you stay. And if your country of origin won't take you back, then.
I guess, what do you do? I mean, honestly, I'm looking for any answers. Now, South Sudan seems particularly brutal, but the reality is they may be one of the few countries willing to accept people not from South Sudan because maybe it'll benefit their GDP. I don't know. South Sudan has the lowest GDP per capita in the world. On average, people who live there make about $390 per year. Per year. No joke. Could you imagine making $30 a month?
That's pretty wild. And, you know, I mean, they got houses, but not much else. It's pretty brutal. They're going to say the Trump administration previously had to permit each violent illegal alien to challenge the deportation under a prior ruling Murphy issued. The administration sought a stay on Murphy's order that instructed the administration to keep in U.S. custody all migrants slated for deportation to a country not explicitly named in their removal orders known as a third country deportation.
As described by Politico, after the Supreme Court ruling dropped, illegal aliens held in Djibouti, I don't know, is it Djibouti? Filed a motion with Murphy asking him to continue to block their deportation to South Sudan and to now require the men be brought back to the U.S. Can I just go to, we'll pull up the map here so we can show you where that is. Djibouti, Djibouti is in, it's north of, wow.
Let's, uh, come on, Google Earth, you can load faster than that. Here we go, ladies and gentlemen. Djibouti. Here you go. Is that it right there? Takes 27 years for Google Earth to load. There you go. Djibouti. So it's just north of, what do we got, Ethiopia and west of Eritrea. And they want to fly them from Djibouti to South Sudan. Maybe to Juba? I'm not entirely sure. But, you know, taking a look at these...
These cities, it's all dirt roads. I got a bug flying around. Get out of here. Get out of here, you little bug. There's a little bug they want to get on the show. You can't come on the show, you little bug. Buzz off. Anyway, where was I? Okay, anyway, after that bug so rudely interrupted the show, after Supreme Court ruling dropped and illegal aliens held in Djibouti filed a motion, blah, blah, blah,
White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller said on Fox News Monday night to expect fireworks on Tuesday, hinting the Trump administration would hold Murphy accountable for flouting the Supreme Court. Quote, the district court judge in Boston has said he's going to defy the Supreme Court's ruling. So expect fireworks tomorrow when we hold this judge accountable for refusing to obey the Supreme Court. Oh, man. But how? One would ask, how do you do it?
So this was the original story. Supreme Court allows Trump to restart swift deportation of migrants from their away from their home countries. And then we have this from the post millennial judge blocks Trump admins attempt to bar foreign students from Harvard. I would just like to point point out the joke. So many Democrat district court judges have blocked Trump
which is nuts, that it's become a meme. Anytime anything happens, somebody rushes to make the joke. I did the other day after Trump announced the sea fire is at breaking. District court judge orders Trump to restart the war with Iran. Indeed, because they say the president has no authority to do anything. Apparently now Trump's trying to say certain foreign students shouldn't be allowed to go to Harvard, among other institutions. And the judge says, no, no, the president has no power and no authority and we can do whatever we want.
The Postmillennial reports a federal judge has temporarily blocked the Trump admin from enforcing a policy that would bar international students from being admitted to Harvard. U.S. District Judge Alison Burroughs issued the ruling on Monday, granting Harvard's request for a temporary restraining order. This is insane. So again, my friends, I ask you, what do you call it? I know it's not a civil war that, you know, everyone's going to jump to civil war. No,
The issue we have is that the structure of government in this country no longer exists in a hierarchical fashion. Since the district court judges have been barring Trump from doing basically anything, we have been seeing the usurping of constitutional authority from the executive branch, which, you know, I got to be honest, isn't always bad. The executive branch has had a massive increase in powers over the past several decades. But now when you finally get a president you want, they stop him. Therein lies the problem.
See, the previous administrations, their deep state shill that that's that's what they wanted. That's the agenda they wanted. And the reason why they grant the executive more authority to do whatever they want, because it makes it easier for them to, say, invade foreign countries or drop bombs or do whatever. But once Trump gets in and you now have an adversarial administration, the deep state says, no, the president can't do whatever they want. This is broken.
It is clear that this country does not have a functioning structure of governance. When you have rogue federal judges literally writing, the Supreme Court has no bearing on what I want to do. Quite literally, the Supreme Court will decide. But when these people say no, they'll do whatever they want. You tell me what you've got. Tell me.
I don't know how to describe it. I mean, certainly we're not fighting, but if social order is breaking down and the rule of law and the structure of governance is breaking down, what happens next? Stephen Miller and Donald Trump bring in the marshals. The marshals go and arrest this judge or what? Do they deport the person and say, it doesn't matter what you say simply because you say it doesn't make it so the Supreme Court already ruled. Goodbye.
I have to imagine the move to be made here is simple. The Trump administration needs only ignore this judge's ruling and just say, what are you talking about? You've been overruled by the Supreme Court. You can't just go there and bang a gavel and then say you have more authority than the Supreme Court. The question then becomes, who do you listen to in most things? And I imagine with the fall of the Roman Republican, things like that, it's going to fall to the head of law enforcement. It's going to fall to the executive.
Because if you are law enforcement, take a look at the United States and the structure. Law enforcement is within the executive chain of command at the federal level. So I shouldn't say chain of command, but within the purview of the executive branch. Congress makes laws. Courts interpret them. The executive enforces them. That means when there's federal law enforcement, when there's military, they're taking orders from the president, not from Congress.
So when you have, say, like a Jose Padilla running full speed into a press conference screaming, I'm a senator. No, but no, you can't just scream I'm a senator and barge your way into a DHS meeting. You're going to get removed because law enforcement does not listen to single senators. They probably don't even know who you are, but they all know Trump is. So I've asked this and most people have said I asked if Trump got out of the Air Force One and walked up to a private office.
And just said, you come with me. I'm giving you orders right now. Would they do it? Every like almost every single person. Yes, absolutely. The president is this is the chain of command. If Trump orders you to to follow, you follow.
And I like the idea being, let's say you were given a job like you were given an order like, hey, I want you to, you know, fill this shipping container up with these boxes. We're going to ship them out of here. And then while you're doing it, Trump goes, no, no, no, no. You you coming with me now? It's an order. They say, yes, absolutely. The president is your boss. That's the important thing about the chain of command, about executive law enforcement, et cetera, or federal law enforcement. This judge says, don't do it. Trump's going to be like that later.
Because when it comes down to it, he's going to say, you do this and they're going to say, OK. You know, the scary thing is, I guess these courts are delegitimizing themselves, which may result in a Rome type circumstance of the fall of the republic and the rise of the empire. I don't know. Maybe not this one instance, but we'll see. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, stay tuned. We got more coming up for you in just a little bit. And we'll see you all shortly.
CNN's living meme, Harry Enten, dunks on Tucker Carlson after revealing MAGA loves Trump's Iran strike. He doesn't speak for the majority. All right. Well, and I say that he's a living meme with all due respect. It's because Harry Enten is always shocked.
when it turns out the American people love what Trump is doing. We got this video. Let's roll tape. Republican opinion on this. Yeah, you know, I think there's this idea, OK, maybe the MAGA base wouldn't necessarily like this.
Look, this is Donald Trump's Republican Party. That's why I think it's so important to note GOP on the U.S. airstrikes in Iran, 76% in the average of the two polls approved compared to just 18% who disapproved. Now, I will note that is a bit higher than Donald Trump's disapproval rating within the Republican Party, but overall, Republicans are with Donald Trump on this. Tucker Carlson, be darned.
Bottom line is he does not speak for the majority of the Republican base. The majority of the Republican base is with Donald Trump. You'll say all this could change depending on when the ceasefire holds or not. It could become more popular. The ceasefire holds less popular if it doesn't. But that's where we are. But that's where our initial readings are from a historical perspective. This is quite unpopular. What did he say? Quite unpopular? This is quite unpopular. It sounds like he's saying quite unpopular.
unpopular. So right. So the important thing right now is that while MAGA may be behind Donald Trump largely, you can also see the initial poll here, net approval of U.S. airstrikes on ISIS plus 58 on Iran minus 11. So the funny thing is MAGA loves Trump's strike dunking on Tucker Carlson, while the majority of the people in this country oppose the strikes on Iran. Now, what I will say is
I don't play these stupid games that everybody wants everyone else to play. These liberals are like, is this what you voted for? And I'm like, no. And they're like, ha ha. And I'm like, and bro, I don't vote for anybody, be it Donald Trump or why and voting for the Democrats. But like Tulsi Gabbard, for instance, I was a I was a big supporter. I don't vote for them thinking I'm going to get 100 percent of what I want all the time. And some things I think are obviously worse than others.
Do I regret my vote for Trump? No, because that's going to be the stupidest question. One case you could tell me back. Let's say it's Kamala Harris and Donald Trump running for office. And you come to me and you say, here's a crystal ball of the future. Trump's going to bomb Iran. Would you vote for my bike? Yep. Thank you. Have a nice day. You want you think I want Kamala Harris to win? Like Trump would literally Trump would have to. I don't.
You know what? I'm going to avoid saying what I was going to say. I'm stopping myself here before I get in trouble. Trump would have to do something very bad, very, very bad for Kamala Harris to look good by comparison.
The truth is, I fully expect that if Kamala Harris was president, we would get a much, much worse outcome. She likely would have gotten involved and she would have done. I'm willing to bet that Kamala Harris would have been like, Israel, what should we do? And I was going to be like, we're going to go in there, we're going to bomb and we're going to take out all the facilities. And then after we do that, we're going to bomb again. Then we're going to send troops. And she's back. OK, whatever you say. Trump was like, we don't want the war. He does the bombing bad, in my opinion. But I will concede. I will concede.
If Trump pulls off this ceasefire, which is feeling shaky, but if Trump can pull it off and they really do stop bombing each other, it will have been an historic success for the United States and for Donald Trump. Already, people are pointing out that all these presidents have said we are going to stop Iran from getting a nuke and none of them actually did anything until Donald Trump.
The fear, of course, is that these strikes will lead to a dramatic escalation and instability in the region. If Trump is successful in having taken out Iran's nuclear capabilities and it does not escalate, I guess he's got a win-win. Do I like the idea of bombing Iran? No. Even if they're working on a nuclear program while recognizing there's a real threat to the enrichment of uranium, I recognize that they've got intel I don't.
The bigger problem is if the U.S. gets involved in an ongoing quagmire. That's what we call Afghanistan and Iraq quagmires. Nobody knows what to do. Nobody knows how to get out. And they lie with Afghanistan. They were like, well, you know, we shouldn't be there, but we really have no exit strategy. Same thing with Iraq. Like we can't just leave. The whole place will be overrun. Trump was like, I don't care. We're leaving. And then Joe Biden burned it all to the ground. So let me just say, as MAGA supports the strikes, we're
Tucker is on the is with the majority of this country. And there is a real risk that Donald Trump faces in regard to these strikes. That minus 11 is bad news. Bad news for the midterms. There are many people, many, many Trump supporters who have already said the base is fractured. I'm out. Trump's going to lose. Now, prominent pro-Trump people might be saying, you know what? We won. Get in line. You know, fall in line. You were wrong.
And they're posting things like Candace was wrong and Dave Smith was wrong and Tucker was wrong. And I'm like, well, we don't know that for sure just yet. They're saying, Tim, you were wrong. OK, I hope I'm wrong. I don't want war with Iran. You think I would rather be like, no, no, I have to be right. Iran, go to war. No, screw that. I will. I will proudly clap and say, thank God I was wrong because these things I fear. We're not out of the woods yet. There's already shenanigans going on with these with with, you know, Israel, Iran.
defying Trump. We'll see where this goes. But I'm saying right now, the risk is Trump can't can't lose even a few points on this, even a few points. And the majority don't like the strikes in Iran. Media reports CNN News Central Tuesday Enten showed the overall Trump strikes over the weekend are historically unpopular. But the actions have been embraced by most Republican voters, despite talk of a civil war bring among Trump's most vocal supporters. What
benefit did Trump get from doing this? Like I can say like Trump pulled it off, but I'll tell you right now, Pyrrhic victory. Trump says, okay, fine, we're going to bomb Iran. Everybody's pissed. The libertarian wing that voted for Trump are completely out. Trump's not running for reelection, mind you. But do you actually think you're going to get that 3% you need to put you over the edge in 2028? And there's the big risk.
The annoying thing is that Trump may have sacrificed everything over this one bombing campaign. Now, again, I'm going to stress, I trust the president. I'd still vote for him. I'd still vote for him. If you're like, I don't see a reality where 2028 comes around and you get like a Gavin Newsom and we're supposed to be like, no, no, that's cool. We'll vote for what? Are you kidding? The Democrats have literal nothing. And so, you know, who do you vote for?
J.D. Vance, in my opinion, is going to step up and say, look, I opposed these strikes on Iran. I will give you something different. And I'd vote for him because I'll be damned if I'm going to vote for a bunch of wackaloon people want to chop off kids balls. OK, I ain't doing that. I'm not going to be involved in that.
The challenge now, however, is libertarians never wanted to vote for him in the first place. Trump offered up a few concessions. He said, I'm the no new war president. And they said, OK, well, you know, that is true. And then he said, we're going to free Ross Olbert. I said, OK, fine. But now some of those prominent libertarians are like this is a betrayal. And while it may only be 18 percent, that's massive. That is a large amount of people in the Republican side saying, I don't want this. Now, let's just hold on.
If you came and asked me, Tim, do you approve or disapprove of Trump's strike on Iran? I will say with I will say a resounding absolutely not. The risks were too great. Even even a nuclear armed Iran is a huge risk. But the risks of U.S. involvement in war are are substantial.
And they did not justify this threat. I don't know that they could have. So I say I disapprove. But like, you know, I'm not going to come out crying and screaming like some people. I'm going to say I prefer it didn't happen. I can't. This is tough, man. I'm not the smartest guy in the world. I can't tell you. And everybody wants me to be emotionally invested. And I'm like, man, I don't know. But if there is peace after this, then Trump has my support in his efforts to make sure that happens.
Trump is going to lose that fraction that put him over the edge. I will concede, additionally, we're a year and a half away from the midterms. Okay, if this smooths over, it's going to be forgotten about. No one's going to be talking about bombing Iran if Trump succeeds. So that's my hope. That's my hope.
But I can tell you right now, the conservatives and the people who got behind the who got behind Trump were not MAGA, but thought, OK, at least this guy's different. They're not coming back. Trump knows he's not running again. We'll see how this effect affects the midterms. And I am curious what happens with, like, say, J.D. Vance ends up running. I don't know. You guys comment and tell me what you think.
How do you feel about these strikes? Minus 11 percent. The American people are not in favor of this. I'll hand it to Trump. You know, if the ceasefire holds out, it will have been a massive, massive historic victory. Being able to strike at your enemy's nuclear program without an escalation of war would be I think it's just a victory. It's a massive victory for the United States. Trump's really testing the war powers. But I suppose we'll see if this doesn't hold up.
Trump will have committed a grave, grave error. And that's why he was so pissed this morning, because he needs this to work. But I'll wrap it up there, my friend. Stay tuned. We got more coming up for you today. Smash the like button. Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. And we'll see y'all in the next segment.
It seems the ceasefire is holding, at least for now. And boy, is it rough. Last night, Donald Trump, of course, announced there'd be a ceasefire between Israel, Iran and the United States would no longer be engaging any strikes against Iran. This came only a few hours after Iran launched several missiles at Qatar towards a U.S. base. They were intercepted. One of them just kind of went nowhere. And Trump said, OK, we're done. We've got a ceasefire. However,
Shortly after this announcement, Trump says that Israel just unloaded bombs, the likes of which he's never seen before. And you don't do that. This led to a violation of the ceasefire on both parts, on both parties, Iran and Israel. Now, Donald Trump in the morning said Israel do not drop those bombs. And Israel did anyway, at least on one site. Netanyahu spoke with Trump and then said we're not going to do any more strikes. But they did hit a radar station.
Needless to say, Trump is pissed and dropped one of the most iconic and historic statements on the issue. And in fact, of the presidency, which I will waste no time with these intros and just play for you now due to its importance. Do you believe that Iran is still committed to the peace? Yeah, I do. They violated, but Israel violated it too.
I'm not happy with Iran either, but I'm really unhappy if Israel is going out this morning because the one rocket that didn't land that was shot perhaps by mistake that didn't land. I'm not happy about that. We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don't know what the fuck they're doing. Do you understand that? My president.
Well, following this, it seems like the ceasefire is holding. Donald Trump is slamming AOC, Ilhan Omar, Jasmine Crockett, as well as other Democrats who have called for his impeachment.
over the strike on Iran, which I had to break it to all these Democrats and even the anti-war libertarians and all those pissed off about it. Hey, look, I was not a fan. I am not a fan of the strikes on Iran as well. Trump does have the authority to do this under the War Powers Resolution. I believe it was around 1973. If Trump does not engage in further hostilities, then he does not need approval from Congress. And perhaps y'all can make the argument that goes too far. But
It is a reality. The law exists and the president does have this authority. Thomas Massey spoke about this yesterday, saying he wanted to pass his War Powers Act, which would then say, OK, you don't need any more strikes if this is it. Democrats are largely unpopular. Everybody knows that their approval rating in Congress is in the gutter. They have no charismatic leaders. I don't even know what they're doing at this point, to be honest, except they're
Polls show that the strikes on Iran were unpopular nationally. So Democrats are hoping they can use this issue against Trump. The problem is, you know what they do? They go too far with it. Impeach Trump. No, no, no. Like Thomas Massey has the right approach in opposing these strikes. Impeachment's not going to earn you any friends and it doesn't work. So Trump is roasting them. But we're going to break down exactly what they're saying and where we're currently at. And ladies and gentlemen.
Uh, later on in the show, we'll be joined by Dave Smith, a staunch critic of Israel, someone who was very much concerned about the strikes in Iran and the war. And I'm interested to hear what he hear, what his current assessment on the issue is considering he's very far to one side of the issue and has gotten a lot of attention for his warning about world war three and that the U S is taking these strikes on behalf of Israel, things of this nature. So we'll take his, uh, we'll bring him in to see what he has to say on that. Of course,
Before we get started, my friends, I do want to say shout out to the Steven Crowder and the Mug Club. You guys rock. Big fan of the show. And I appreciate all you guys that tune in after watching Steven Crowder on this, the Rumble Morning lineup. Of course, this is your noon hour. I am your host, Tim Pool. You can follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. And we do have a great sponsor for all of you. It is American Financing.
So we're all feeling it, my friends. Costs are rising on everything, gas, groceries, home repairs. And if you're a homeowner, you probably thought, should I call American Financing to refinance and pay off this credit card debt? Then you second guess yourself because of that low mortgage rate you currently have. Listen, that low rate, it's not saving you if you're drowning in credit card interest at 25% or more. That's the math no one wants to face. But it's costing you thousands.
Here's the truth. If you're only making minimum payments, that debt will follow you for years. That's why people are calling American financing because they're saving customers an average of $800 a month using their equity to finally break free from credit card debt.
You owe it to your family to see what's possible. No upfront fees, no pressure. Cost you nothing to find out what you could save every month. And if you start today, you may be able to delay two mortgage payments. Call American Financing today at 866-890-7811. That's 866-890-7811. Or visit AmericanFinancing.net slash Tim.
Once again, shout out to American financing dot net slash Tim. And we got one more shout out for you, my friends. The boonies HQ website link in the description below. Pride Month collection is now available. Everybody's favorite. Don't be gay. Skateboard is now back in stock, which you can purchase. However, due to the massive demand, we sold these out in like 20 minutes last night.
We have now set it up so that you can put in your order and we will produce it a la carte. This may mean it could take three to four weeks for delivery. In rare circumstances, potentially longer. But we didn't want people who really wanted to order this or more to be unable to do so. What we found last night when we put up our initial stock is...
and it sold out instantly is that many people actually tried to purchase multiples of this and were unable to. And then basically what happened is a lot of people were buying single units, just one board. Some people are trying to get four, which we want you to do. But then it said out of stock, there were still one or two and they weren't able to do it. So we said, OK, let's just set it up right now. There's I believe we have around 200 that are ready to go out the door.
probably going to sell out in 10 minutes, 20 minutes. And but you will be able to put in orders if it is out of stock. We will just make it to order, which could take, unfortunately, a couple of weeks. Now, I know some of you may be saying, Tim, this is hateful, but don't worry. We also have the less popular be gay.
So we don't want to discriminate. We recognize that there is a culture war at play and, you know, there are people on all sides and we're not here to take sides on Pride Month. That's why we offer up. Don't be gay as well as be gay. That way you decide. And we're not at all being hateful or derogatory because we offer both. So go to boonies HQ dot com link in the description below. But let's get to the news. Here's a story from Mediate.
Trump completely loses it on stupid AOC over call for his impeachment in wild marathon rant.
Now, it's not just AOC. Al Green is now calling for Trump's impeachment. Jasmine Crockett is going viral for saying she's the one who gets to decide if we are going to war, not Trump. That's what the Constitution says. Well, to clear things up, I actually pulled up not just Wikipedia because we all trust Wikipedia, but the BBC, a British newspaper. So
They can explain to us. And as it turns out, both the liberal sourcing of Wikipedia and the UK, a foreign government, recognize that according to U.S. law, Trump can engage in these military actions. However, he would then require approval from Congress. Now, certainly I have my criticisms here because this creates a whole bunch of problems. But hey, Democrats, Trump was allowed to do it. Even Thomas Massey was pointing that out.
Media reports President Donald Trump let it fly in a wild rant about Rep AOC. Now, on Tuesday, and also targeted crying Chuck Schumer, Rep Jasmine Crockett, Ilhan Omar saying, you know what? How about I just pull up the actual post here? I love I love. I'm sorry. I'm not a fan of the strikes on Iran. I'm hoping the ceasefire holds. If Trump pulls this off, it'll have been a tremendous victory and it will have proven him and his supporters right.
The anti-war side, I consider myself included. We are we are fearful of the escalation. And when the rockets were fired from Ron DeCutter, I was worried. I was deeply worried because I don't know you control for these things. But that being said, Trump dropping an F-bomb this morning.
I love this guy. He's so great. Yelling at Israel and Iran. I pray right now that I was wrong and I hope that Trump is successful. That's all I care about. I want to be wrong. I'm glad to be. I don't want this war to escalate. I want the domestic agenda to be carried out. That being said.
I love reading Trump truth socials. This is a long one. You ready? He says stupid AOC Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, one of the dumbest people in Congress, is now calling for my impeachment, despite the fact that the crooked and corrupt Democrats have already done that twice before. The reason for her rantings is all of the victories the USA has had under the Trump administration. The Democrats aren't used to winning and she can't stand the concept of our country being successful again.
When we examine her test scores, we'll find out that she is not qualified for office, but nevertheless far more qualified than Crockett, who is a seriously low IQ individual, or Ilhan Omar, who does nothing but complain about our country, yet failed the country that she comes from.
Yet the failed country that she comes from doesn't have a government, is drenched with crime and poverty, and is rated one of the worst in the world. If it's even rated at all. How dare the mouse tell us how to run the United States of America?
We're just now coming back from the radical left experiment with Sleepy Joe, Kamala and the auto pen in charge. What a disaster it was. AOC should be forced to take the cognitive test that I just completed at Walter Reed Medical Center as part of my physical exam.
As the doctor in charge said, President Trump aced it, meaning I got every answer right. Instead of her constant complaining, Alexandria should go back home to Queens, where I was also brought up, and straighten out her filthy, disgusting, crime-ridden streets in the district she represents, which she never goes to anymore. She better start worrying about her own primary before she thinks about beating our great Palestinian senator, Kryon Chuck Schumer.
whose career is definitely on very thin ice. She and her Democrat friends have just hit the lowest poll numbers in congressional history. So go ahead and try and peaching me again. Make my day. I got my complaints about Trump, man, but I am I am entertained. I can say it like that. Right. How about that? Now, it's not just AOC, of course, Jasmine Crockett and also
Thomas Massey. I like Thomas Massey. I think he's principled. I think he's great. I often disagree with him. I wouldn't vote the way he votes. But I mean, the thing that we strive for in politics, those of us that are reasonable, is that we have reasonable disagreements with people. I suppose the problem is with a very thin majority in Congress, Thomas Massey being Thomas Massey is a thorn in the side of Trump's agenda.
I respect it, though. I understand we want victory. This is my attitude. I think Thomas Massey should just support these bills. I said the same thing during COVID. And we saw that bad things happen from the mass spending. It's true. It's true.
Thomas Massey is likely right about the long term effects. But the question I have right now is, are we going to win in twenty twenty eight and prevent the Democrats from flooding the country with illegal immigrants and then screwing with the census so that they can maintain their cheating our elections, which is literally what they do now anyway to the news?
We've got this from Mediate. AOC fires back after brutal Trump attack. It only took you five months to break almost every promise you made. Yeah, no, I don't think that's correct. Michael Malice wrote a book about it. What is it? Not Sick of Winning? Let me make sure I get the title right for you, Michael. Not Sick of Winning dot com.
Guys, Michael Malice wrote a book, Not Sick of Winning, and he basically has a chapter for every day of Trump's first hundred days. And he shows every day that Trump did something good. So I got to say, Trump actually did a pretty, pretty great job so far. I will say this. My initial assessment on the strikes in Iran was that brings Trump into a net negative territory for his presidency.
Should the ceasefire hold? In my esteem, it will have recovered. I don't think Iran should have nuclear weapons. I don't think it was justified to the United States. I know I said it before. Not everybody sees every episode, guys, so forgive me. But I don't think they justified effectively to the American people why we would engage in this campaign, especially when they were saying they were trying to get Iran to the negotiating table and they may come to the White House. Many of us who were concerned intervention would spiral out of control saw this as a betrayal.
And now we're going to bring them to the White House. We're going to negotiate this. And I said, OK, great crisis averted. And then, boom, bombs drop. Now, if the ceasefire holds, well, OK, what can I complain about? I don't like the president engaging in these strikes. But if it doesn't go to a greater war and we avert this, you know, I'll put it this way.
You know, I've talked about before that sailing old ladies driving and she crashed into somebody. They're going to say vehicular homicide or negligent homicide. If she almost hits him and swerves out of the way, there's no cops. There's no arrest. There's no ticket. Literally nothing happened. That is the fine line between catastrophe and.
Legal action, disdain, news stories and literal nothing. Like, again, with this with this military strike, which Trump does have the authority under the war powers resolution to do, he risked dragging us into a massive catastrophe. But he has not taken a strong stance to avoid that. And if he maintains this, it will it will be a tremendous victory. And I will I will remain deeply impressed because I didn't see this as a possibility.
Anyway, I digress back to AOC. She says, Mr. President, don't take your anger out on me. I'm just a silly girl. Agreed. Resign. AOC wrote an accident response to a lengthy truth social post. Trump wrote stupid AOC. We get it. We get it.
She says, don't take your anger on me. I'm just a silly girl. Take it on whoever convinced you to betray the American people and our Constitution by illegally bombing Iran and addressing in war. It only took you five months to break almost every promise you made. I just think that's wrong.
That is not correct. Trump does have the authority. Hey, I'm going to pull it all up for you guys. The War Powers Resolution of 1973. And I talked to Thomas Massey about this. I was not familiar. The president can launch limited military strikes, notify Congress within 48 hours, and then he has 60 days, 60 days to engage in hostilities. That's crazy.
With a further 30-day withdrawal period. That's crazy. Unless Congress gives him an authorization for use of military force. I'll jump back to this, but this is what they are all saying. I'm not a fan of this. I think the power of the executive branch has gone too far. They've basically given the president the unilateral authority to start wars. Because that's the reality.
The reality is if the president strikes Iran and then Iran strikes back, then he goes to Congress as well. We're at war now. Well, what are they going to do? No, to be fair, that is the point. Congress should say, no, we're done. Assuming we're invaded by Iran, like never going to happen. But yeah, then people are going to be fighting. But if we're launching strikes on a foreign nation, what, 12,000 miles away or whatever, Congress should say no.
Now, Giuliani stepped in yesterday and said AOC should be tried for treason over Trump impeachment costs. Whoa, whoa. Slow down there, buddy. No, I just say no to this. Tried for treason. Yeah, the penalty for treason is 10 years or death. It's not literally just one or the other. It's a scale.
But AOC's not committing treason against the United States for saying not to engage in military strikes or calling for Trump's impeachment. She's just being stupid. She can call for impeachment, fine, whatever. That's dumb. They say...
On Saturday, Trump announced the strikes. Giuliani told Newsmax the military strikes were brilliant and called Iran a terrorist state. He then criticized Democrats. He says, I find what the Democrats are doing. They want an impeachment. They should be tried for treason. American and military personnel are right now in harm's way coming back from that strike. They are in harm's way all over the Middle East, and they are condemning the president for taking action against a country who wants to annihilate us.
While Giuliani did not mention AOC by name, the Newsmax host said after his comments, you're referring to Congressman AOC, who's now calling for President Trump to be impeached. But wait, it's not just AOC. Everyone's favorite cane wiggling Al Green has a message for all of you. Into an authoritarian, an authoritarian, an authoritarian. How many times are you going to say it, buddy? Government usurping congressional power to declare war.
Mr. Speaker, I take no delight in what I'm doing. I do this because I love my country. No you don't. I do this because I understand that the Constitution is going to be meaningful or it will be meaningless.
I do it because I understand that the president of the United States of America has a duty to consult Congress before taking this country to war. Nope. I do it because no one person should have the power to take over 300 million people to war without consulting with the Congress of the United States of America. I don't disagree, but Congress, they did this. If I do not, this authoritarian president that we currently have
will continue to assume power. He has already instigated an assault on the Citadel of Democracy, the capital of the United States of America. He went so far as to pardon the persons who were actually involved in the assault. He has denied persons due process of the law.
I believe that if we do not take immediate action, this authoritarian president will not only devolve the country into authoritarianism, I believe he is a would-be dictator who would become a dictator. So I today announce that later today, I will bring these articles of impeachment to the floor and I will call for a vote. I believe that the hour of decision is upon us and we all have to decide
Are we going to go down and choose the path of democracy or we allow ourselves to choose the low road of autocracy? I believe that this country has come too far to allow a single person to declare war without conferring with the Congress of the United States. Blah, blah, blah. Well, here's Jasmine Crockett.
and to understand enough about the Constitution to the extent that I'm the one that's supposed to make the fucking decision or at least get a vote.
to sell me. Right. So literally, like I have. It's a. Crockett on Trump's Iran move. I'm the one meant to make these effing decisions. I get the point she's trying to make. Congress does. Well, ladies and gentlemen, let's start with our good friends over at the BBC because they're British and they would know. Right. Did Trump have the legal authority to strike Iran?
Do I really need to read all their pattern? Since U.S. President Donald Trump ordered strikes on several nuclear facilities in Iran over the weekend, Democrats as well as lawmakers from his own party have questioned his legal authority to do so. Republican Congressman Thomas Mancy said in an ex that strikes were not constitutional. And another Republican Congressman, Warren Davidson, wrote it's hard to conceive of a rationale that is constitutional. Republican Speaker of the House Mike Johnson defended the president saying he evaluated the imminent danger outweighed the time it would take for Congress to act and that there's tradition of similar military action under presidents of both parties. BBC verified it.
BBC Verify has asked legal experts whether Trump's actions were in line with his constitution or whether he should have consulted Congress first. Okay, I tried to go as fast as I could.
Four constitutional experts told BBC verified that Trump had some authority under these circumstances to order the military strikes. Quote, the short answer is yes, he did have the authority here, says Claire Finkelstein, a professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. There's a longstanding practice of presidents engaging in isolated military engagements without congressional approval. Another constitutional law expert, Jessica Levinson, said,
at Loyola Marymount University, that the president has limited authority to authorize airstrikes as long as it doesn't begin to resemble a war. And there's no clear definition of when that occurs. They do want to mention that, uh,
Andrew Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd, Rudd,
A federal law intended to check the U.S. president's power to commit the U.S. to an armed conflict without the consent of Congress. The resolution was adopted in the form of United States Congressional Joint Resolution. It provides the president can send the U.S. armed forces into action abroad by Congress statutory authorization or in the case of a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions or its armed forces. This is where we get the contention.
They say the bill was introduced by Clement Zablocki, a Democratic congressman representing Wisconsin's 4th District. The War Powers Resolution requires the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of committing armed forces to military action and forbids armed forces from remaining for more than 60 days with a further 30-day withdrawal period without congressional authorization for use of military force. That's called an AUMF.
or a declaration of war. The resolution was passed by two-thirds of each house, overriding the veto of Richard Nixon. That's really funny. Nixon's like, I don't want this power. And then, I don't know, oh, I don't want this power. There you go. That's a better Nixon. And then they were like, nah, you're going to have it anyway. It has been alleged the War Powers Resolution has been violated in the past. However, Congress has disapproved all such incidents.
And no allegations have resulted in successful legal actions taken against the president. So the argument is because of a national emergency with with Iran's nuclear program, Trump had the authority to make that strike. That is the argument made by Trump and his supporters is that U.S. forces in the region were at risk of imminent strike by Iran. So Trump decided to attack before what happened.
However, it says an emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories, positions and armed forces. So it is contentious. But I don't believe, especially, you know, talking with Thomas Massey that look, I'll put it this way. I think that the line in which Trump has the authority to do this is so thin and vague that it's going to happen. It can happen and it will end up in court.
Trump's going to say Iran has already attacked our forces in the Middle East. We've got the Houthi rebels. We've got various insurgent groups attacking our troops and bases in Iraq. We've had injuries already. These attacks have been ongoing and the emergency is exacerbated upon the belief and the intelligence that Iran is working towards a nuclear weapon and has enriched uranium. For that reason, we strike.
A lot of people are going to say, you can't do that. We weren't attacked. And Trump's going to say, yes, we were here. And he's going to point to all these instances where Iranian backed militia groups are attacking the U.S. And they're going to say our intelligence says this is Iran. Basically, the problem with this law, in my view, is it effectively gives Donald Trump or any other president, it's not just him personally, a permanent start a war free card. Now, Congress is supposed to declare wars. And the argument would be
Trump striking Iran is going to start that war. Trump's argument, the argument from MAGA is likely going to be they're already attacking us. The only difference is that we have not chosen to engage back, in which case this strike on the nuclear facility was because we've shown restraint. That'll be their argument. I don't like the law. I think there should be a resolution that alters this or defines the scope.
But there is a challenge and there always will be a challenge. The reason why this exists is because there is a fear that if the U.S. is attacked, it would take too long to go to Congress and say, please, please, please. That was one of the problems that Rome had. And the anarchist communes, which rarely exist. Why? They get crushed. Story goes that these anarchist communes, Catalonia, Catalonia, they got conquered, right?
The argument is you get these people live in communes where they're like, we don't have a leader. We will come together by committee. Great. When the barbarian horde storm negates and you go quick, everyone come together and form a committee. You get overrun in seconds. The idea here is the president exists. The purpose of the presidency with the executive power is so that they can take these actions to defend the country if we don't have the time to convene Congress.
This is a slippery slope, but don't be naive. There is no perfect pedestal. There is no point at which we've solved the issue. There is only going to be lesser or greater degrees of authority among the executive branch. And you get to decide. You know, people often like to say things like you don't give up freedom for security. And the famous quote from Ben Franklin, those who would give up
Their freedom for a little temporary security deserve neither and will lose both. And it's true, but it's limited. The issue is it's easy to say that when you don't have people bombing your cities. It's easy to say that when you don't have 10 plus million illegal immigrants. And so.
When you have a massive scale and population, I'm not saying we should enact security protocols. I'm saying it's easy to be like, no, we don't need that. I'll deal with it myself. When you're living in a city of 10,000 people and there's 2 million people among 13 states, then when you get 330 million people with major dense population centers and one guy can take a bomb and blow up 300, now you're like, wow,
The one thing that I would say, though, in response to that is not my problem. Don't take away the rights of people who don't want to live your way simply because you're scared. And that in lies the reality. There's challenges here. We'll have to break them down. But my friends, we're going to be joined by Dave Smith in just a moment to talk about his view on the current state of the ceasefire, what's actually going on. And it's a contentious view.
But we've had Laura Loomer, very supportive of Trump. We've had Thomas Massey, critical of Trump's moves and more moderately critical. And now we're going to go on the other end with Dave, who really, you know, he's been critical of this from the beginning. So that'll be up at 4 p.m. at Rumble.com slash Tim Pool. And it will be at YouTube.com slash Tim Castro. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Stay tuned and we'll see you all then.
