I just want to start by reading the headline here. Trump orders thousands of IRS agents to be sent to southern border to remove illegal immigrants. Now, a lot of people were hoping or expecting that this was going to be eighty eight thousand IRS agents. In fact, it is only two thousand one hundred IRS agents that are trained in law enforcement. And right off the bat,
It seems rather troll-y, right? Like Trump is saying, you know what? You want IRS agents? I got an idea for you. Go enforce the border. But I think this is actually, I don't think this is a joke. I don't think Trump is sitting there laughing, though the thumbnail we have is Trump laughing because it is funny. I think Trump's taking this very seriously. There's been reports that Trump is quite upset that deportation numbers are not higher, despite the fact they are insanely high.
Running the average numbers, it looks like as of now, with only a couple of weeks in, the deportation levels are comparable to the entirety of past years, which is crazy, but largely because Biden was like not really deporting anybody.
But in only a couple of weeks, we may be looking at hundreds of thousands of deportations, though it is just estimates. No, I think Trump has been upset because he wants the deportation issue done. He wants the illegal immigration done and it's not getting done fast enough. So he says, where can we pull law enforcement to have them work on this federal issue? And the IRS has some trained law enforcement officers. That being said,
If the IRS has around 2000 and Trump is ordering all of them, there's going to be a lot of people engaged in tax crimes who are not going to be investigated or arrested. And I don't know, maybe the libertarians are going to cheer for that one. But there's a lot going on here beyond just this. Of course, the American people are quite happy. The other major component here is
Well, it's now been stated by Kristi Noem as well as Tom Homan that it appears the FBI has been leaking details of immigration raids to the press. Many people online are saying this is treason. This is aiding and abetting foreign nationals who are violating our laws, some serious criminals. And the information has been released to the press on more than one occasion. They are now threatening the DHS to go after these leakers, charge them.
On top of that, we got a lot of big stories coming out of New York, of course, all over the country. But you may have heard the news. Elon Musk found fifty nine million dollars being sent to luxury hotels for illegal immigrants in defiance of Trump's executive order as the president. So these individuals involved in that are going to be fired.
Good. I love how these Democrats come out shocked as though the administrative state has powers above the president. It is shocking and insane. They believe that bureaucrats have more rights and more authority than the people we elect to run these departments.
You know, we've got a lot happening in this country. Elon Musk and Doge being barred by this judge and the argument from the judge being what? That bureaucrats who were hired subordinates of the political appointees have more authority to access documents than the appointees themselves.
That seems to make absolutely no sense. So we're going to tear this one apart. We're going to go through all of this news, my friends. Talk about what's currently going on with the IRS, immigration and big news. This is an administrative revolution. You know, Eric Weinstein said it was an administrative coup. No, no, no. What is a civil war? Sorry. He's like we had civil war. Many Democrats have said this is a coup. I'm going to tell you plainly, my friends, this is what we voted for.
And Democrats are obstructing it. But yeah, once again, I call this Donald Trump's march to the sea on the deep state. He is gutting their institutions, ripping their power to shreds, and they are panicked and desperately trying to stop him. But we voted for it. So you get this judge ruling that Elon Musk and Doge have no access to Treasury files and documents.
How are we supposed to audit, have an external audit of these expenditures unless external elements, government employees are allowed to go in and review these payments? And the Democrats are making the argument that Elon Musk is trying to get your Social Security number. Elon Musk ran PayPal and a bunch of other big tech platforms. He can probably get all your information anyway. And furthermore,
What's the why do I care that it's Elon Musk? See, this is the important thing about that story. The governments and these bureaucrats and these corrupt, biased individuals that we don't even know already have your private information. I'm supposed to be upset that one more guy, Elon Musk, does you see what they're playing? The game they're playing is Elon Musk equals bad guy.
That's it. Then they go, hey, remember bad guy? He's going to get your information. Is that the only reason I'm supposed to be mad? Well, I like Elon Musk. I say it all the time because these people are cultists. I don't think he's a perfect guy. I think he does a lot of good stuff. That's great. I'm a fan. We can criticize him for where we need to criticize him, maybe H1B or whatever.
And this one guy going into government and maybe being able to see private information. I'm just like, yo, there's 3000 people. I don't know. Reading all of my information right now. Why am I crying about Elon Musk being one extra guy? These people are nuts. They're liars. It's a cult.
But let's talk about the news, my friends. We have this story from the Daily Mail, and we're going to break down sending the IRS to enforce the border. How fun is that? Before we get started, my friends, of course, head over to castbrew.com. Pick up a bag of Stand Your Grounds. We've got to do more to promote the amazing coffees we have. If you like Appalachian Nights, you're probably going to like Stand Your Grounds. It's a medium roast, however, not as dark, which means you're probably going to have a little bit more caffeine, but getting rave reviews, rave reviews.
So our flagships, we have The Rise of Roberto Jr. Light Roast, Stand Your Grounds Medium, and Appalachian Nights Dark. And look, we shouted Ian's Graphene Dream enough. That stuff sells like crazy. But I recommend you guys try out our Stand Your Grounds. We do have Decaf. We have Sleepy Joe. And we have Unwoke. Also, head over to TimCast.com. Click the Green Room link in the description below. And y'all are going to love this one.
By all means, as I stated last night on IRL, the episode is, of course, on Rumble. I said, if you want something more substantive, check out the Nick Oaks conversation with Ian, where Nick explains what it was like being a J6er who was tortured by the government for years, literal torture. And you can you can listen to that one's very interesting. Shortly after Milo showed up and then it became wacky and more fun.
And so Milo took issue with me calling Nick Oaks is more substantive. And I said, OK, how about this? More serious and yours is more entertaining. But we have two green room episodes that went up last night. Become a member at Timcast dot com. Get access to the discord server. Check out those behind the scenes conversations. The Milo one was wild. We're filming the pre show for like pre production for Timcast IRL getting all set up.
And then, of course, that conversation. So the Green Room show is getting rave reviews, of course, behind the scenes at Timcast. We're gonna be ramping this up and adding more, more and more behind the scenes conversations and shows because we realized this, you know, a while ago. And I was I was upset that the Green Room went on hiatus when it did, because I didn't even realize that's my fault.
But when the guests show up, conversations are happening. They're real interesting. And I'm like, man, that's probably not going to make the main show because we talk news. So go to Timcast dot com, become a member. But for now, let's let's jump to the story and then start discussing the latest in how immigration is being handled from the Daily Mail.
President Trump wants to send IRS agents to the Mexico border to remove illegal immigrants. The tax agents will be deputized, deputized to help arrest, detain and transport people out of the country. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem in a memo asked Treasury Secretary Scott Besant to make the move to have IRS agents assist with immigration enforcement across the country. I absolutely love this. This is absolutely hilarious. Noem said her department needed to help
Help in order to implement Trump's executive order to secure the southern border and enforce the immigration laws. In the memo dated February 7th, Noem wrote, it is DHS's understanding that the Department of Treasury has qualified law enforcement personnel available to assist with immigration enforcement, especially in light of recent increases to the Internal Revenue Service's workforce and budget. Having a good time yet? So basically, yeah.
The Democrats hire on all of these IRS agents. And now Trump and his administration are like, we got people.
Let's use them. News Nation reports President Donald Trump has requested DHS send IRS agents to assist with immigration enforcement at the U.S.-Mexico border. The request is part of Trump's effort to ramp up mass deportations. Despite Borders are Tom Homan and Noam receiving this vote, his vote of confidence over the weekend. Sources tell News Nation that Trump is unhappy with the early results of his immigration crackdown and wants to see more enforcement. You know, we should let's pull up a

Well, let's let's let's pull up this graph right here. Trump is upset, they say. Well, from the DHS stats going back to 1892.
Let's go back to 1892. 2,801 illegal aliens were removed from the country. You can see back in the 1800s, it was only a few thousand, and it started to increase. In 1916, it was 21,000. Look at all these deportations. Very low in the 40s. Maybe World War II had something to do with that. Let's see when we hit our first six-figure number. Look at this. It was 1997.
In 1996, 69,680 illegal aliens were removed. And in the following year, it was 114,000.
Removals and returns. Oh, I suppose removal means they're not going back to their home country. I don't know. Okay, so it actually was higher. I think if you combine them both. So the first time we crossed over 100,000, that would appear to be, I think, oh, wow. 19, oh, holy crap, 1954. One million returns. Is that, I'm assuming return means people just chose to leave? Is that what it is? Aliens removed or returned? No, returned would imply that they were pushed out.
In 2019, the number was 359,885 with 171,000 returned. The numbers were massive under Barack Obama in some years, actually higher than Donald Trump. That's true. They called Obama the deporter in chief. Indeed, they did. When we jump over to our friend over at ChatGPT, we can take a look at deportations by year. Now, this is asserting...
information on 2020 to 2025 as well, which the DHS website isn't listing. And I found this to be pretty interesting because this is estimates, right? So if you go to 2017, you can see it's 285,000. Let's pull up DHS and see what we got here. 2017, yeah, 287,000. So it's right around there, right? And then you can take a look at 2018 a little bit more, 2019 a little bit more. 2020 was low. That was a COVID year. 2021, comparable, if slightly below where Trump was. Now, 2023,
We see this massive jump to one million eighty five thousand deportations. And you may be thinking that sounds pretty good. Like Joe Biden did something. In fact, not really. That was the expiration of Title 42, where we ended up having people who had some kind of protected status lose their status. And then all of a sudden they're getting removed.
So actually, what's let's let's let's see what GPT says. Basically, the massive increase in deportations in 23 hitting approximately one point one million was largely due to the expiration of Title 42 and the shift to Title eight enforcement under the Biden administration. Title 42 was a covid era policy that allowed for rapid expulsion of illegal immigrants without formal deportation proceedings.
When it ended, the administration ramped up Title VIII enforcement, which is formal deportations, making the number appear higher. So that being said, formal deportations under Trump may be around this number, but in fact may have been even higher because they were informal. Likely that when people showed up, they were turned around right away.
And so in 2023, when they were turning people around, it was more formal. But you can see, of course, despite the fact the Title Eight enforcement kicked in by 2024, Biden made sure to drop that number way down and welcome these people in. Now, here's what gets interesting. 2025 is already projected at around 250,000 deportations. Now, how can that be if we were already? I mean, let's let's be real. Quarter of a million deportations in three weeks, 30 weeks.
So something that makes sense. I said already 2025, 2050 K have been deported. JGPT responded as of early February 2025. The exact number of deportations carried out this year is not publicly available. However, the Trump administration has initiated a mass deportation campaign with Immigration and Customs Enforcement conducting raids in multiple cities. For instance, on January 23rd, 2025, ICE arrested 538 individuals in major cities. We get it.
The administration has set an ambitious target for deportations aiming for 1,200 to 1,500 daily arrests. It's important to know those are targets and the actual number of deportations may vary. Given that it's only February, the figure of 250,000 deportations for 2025 is a projection based on current policies and enforcement actions. The actual number will depend on various factors, including policy changes, legal challenges, and on-the-ground enforcement activities throughout the year. For the most accurate information, consult blah, blah, blah. So I don't think we're actually at 250K.
But if not with with Donald Trump's degree of enforcement and the numbers only being rough estimates, I think it's fair to say if we're looking at, you know, 27, we're probably around 20 percent, if that of that number. But that being said, Trump is ramping things up. He wants more deportations. I don't believe that number is that 250 K for the year so far. But assuming those estimates may be correct, we'd be looking at here we go.
They say ICE averaged 787 arrests per day between January 23rd to the 31st. About 11,000 arrests have been made in the last 18 days. The White House has reported 461 undocumented migrants were released from custody over health concerns. I think we're probably looking at five figures, maybe low, mid. Hard to know for sure. If Trump keeps this up and ramps it up in only a couple of weeks,
We could be looking at what, half a million deportations. Now, of course, Democrats are going to come out and say, look at Biden. He deported a million or whatever. Well, let's throw those numbers in. Trump says he wants to bring back Title 42, remain in Mexico, you know, that's and and turning, you know, basically turning people away at the border. I think we're going to see massive deportations. And the important thing is we're going to see a lot of self deportation, as it's called. That is a lot of people who don't think they'll be able to live
or that the enforcement is too severe and they don't want to live that way. So they're going to choose to leave themselves. Noam suggested IRS agents assisted with investigating human trafficking networks and finding businesses hiring illegal migrants. It is DHS's understanding the Department of Treasury has qualified law enforcement personnel available to assist with immigration enforcement, especially in light of recent increases to the IRS's workforce. So let's put it this way. How many businesses are hiring illegal immigrants? I'd be willing to bet it's quite a bit.
Kyle Kalinske, though unhinged as he had has become, had this meme post where it said one thing you'll never see. And it's executives being arrested. And it said the the CEOs being arrested for exploiting illegal immigrant labor. And I'm like, I completely agree with this arrest them all. I'm not even kidding. Donald Trump should send IRS agents to these major companies and take a look.
You know, do you think I do? They're going to have patsies for sure. The boss of these companies, you know, many of them know they're hiring illegal immigrants to work these these jobs at under the table, garbage, slave wage, slave wages. Not all of them do. That's a lie pushed by a lot of Democrats that they get paid little. A lot of these illegal immigrants are getting paid normal wages. But these executives will know and they'll say, oh, oh, we had no idea.
Now, I'll be fair. I'll be fair for a lot of people running companies. Many of them really don't know because the illegal immigrants will commit fraud. And this is this is a difficult thing to navigate. If someone comes and applies for a job and they've got an I.D. and they fill out a form with a social security number and everything and you submit it and it's approved, what do you do?
So I say we want to go after the companies where we know they're intentionally hiring illegal immigrant labor and we know who these people are. We want to investigate companies when they do hire illegal immigrants and we want to take it seriously. But the problem is so widespread and rife with fraud. I want to make sure this two things. The first the first parent thing of what I'm going to say, we want criminals held accountable.
If there is a boss at a company, if there is an executive or otherwise, and they know they're hiring illegal immigrants to bypass laws or do whatever criminal. However,
I also want to make sure that for businesses like we had an IHOP near here where they got raided for hiring illegal immigrants. The question is, did the management know or were the illegal immigrants committing fraud? I don't want to see good American businesses targeted and the owners facing criminal criminal penalties because they were defrauded by the illegal immigrants because they do this. You know, I mentioned this the other day when we were talking about illegal immigrants on Social Security.
And I was making a comment about Jess Margera saying that MAGA is so dumb they don't realize that in order to get Social Security, you need a Social Security number, which they fraudulently get. And so, yes, Google it. There are illegal aliens that have committed fraud to get on Social Security and they are getting money from our tax base. These people exist. I'm not saying it's every single one of them, but let's just be real. One hundred percent of illegal immigrants are criminals. They violated. What is it?
Title eight, eight U.S. code was a U.S. code 1324 or whatever. I think actually I think that one might be inducing others. But it is it is a crime to enter the country outside of its official borders and without proper documentation. So these people have committed a crime in the first place. Why would they not get fake social security numbers? The other crazy thing, too, is with this Elon Musk stuff and Doge.
He's saying that the Social Security numbers are non-duplicative, meaning you and another American citizen might have the exact same Social Security number. Not weird. I guess that makes no sense. Whatever. The idea is they look up your Social Security number in a database and then there's a bunch of different names attached to the same number. That's freaky. If that's true. I don't know if that's true. That'd be insane if it was.
But let's see where this is going. I'm excited. Maybe give the IRS something more important to do, in my opinion. Now, my friends, the challenge we are facing, of course, DHS Secretary Noem appears to accuse corrupt FBI of leaking L.A. ice raids. Appears to? Yo, Noem and Homan straight up accused them of doing it.
Let me show you Tom Homan. Borders are Tom Homan accuses FBI of putting lives at risk by leaking ice details about where the next raids are. That is criminal. That is absolutely criminal. Now we got the video. But first, let me show you this post. L.A. Times says leaked document says large scale immigration, immigration enforcement action coming soon to L.A.,
Kristi Noem responded, the FBI is so corrupt, we will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law. Welcome to, I don't know, the administrative civil war, I guess. We've got federal law enforcement leaking information to help criminals. Okay.
Charge them under, what did I say, Title VIII, U.S. Code 1324. Is that what it is? Let me see if I can pull that one up. U.S. Code 1324. Did I get this one right? Yep. There it is. Title VIII, Aliens and Nationality. Bringing in and harboring certain aliens. Let's play this game. Here we go. We have this from house.gov.
Any person who, knowing that a person is an alien, brings or attempts to bring them to the United States in any matter whatsoever, and that you shall be punished, blah, blah, blah. Seizure and forfeiture is, which, is this the one? Let me see. I'm pretty sure this is the right law. This gets to it. Inducing illegal immigration law. This is, yeah, 1324A.
So where is this? It's in 1324. A1A4 encourages or induces an alien to come to enter or reside in the U.S. knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that coming to blah, blah, blah would be illegal, aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts. I want to stress residing in residing in this country is a component of this law. If there are individuals illegally residing in this country,
And someone aids them to continue their illegal residence. And that's what it is. This is the law. I didn't make it up. Then I didn't make it up. I'm just saying that's the law. Doesn't mean it's right. It is. It's a law. OK, we'll enforce it. Right. So if the FBI or anyone is leaking information to aid and abet illegal immigrant immigrants, they are in violation of the law. They should be arrested.
But let's throw it to our good friend Tom Homan. Tom's great. Tom's great. I love his interviews. Finally, we have strong law enforcement. We think it's coming from inside. And we know the first leak of Aurora is under current investigation. We think we identified that person.
under investigation right now. The California League, Secretary Noem, she's correct. Some of the information we're receiving tends to lead toward the FBI. But I talked to Deputy Attorney General all this weekend. They've opened up a criminal investigation. Wow. And they have promised that not only this person will lose their job and lose their pension,
They're going to go to jail. I'm going to play this again because what he says in the beginning is very important. We think it's coming from inside. And we know the first leak of Aurora is under current investigation. We think we identified that person. They think they found the person. He says they're not going to get fired and lose their pension. They're going to go to jail. Under investigation right now, the California leak.
Secretary Noem, she's correct. Some of the information we're receiving tends to lead toward the FBI. But I talked to Deputy Attorney General all this weekend. They've opened up a criminal investigation, and they have promised that not only this person will lose their job and lose their pension, they will go to jail. Jail it is.
What say you, everybody? Give me a one in the chat for those watching live. If the person should go to jail. How about this? One like equals jail the FBI leakers. Look, man, law enforcement isn't supposed to be a partisan game where you decide you're going to help criminals because that's your political party. If we are to be a republic and a nation of laws or how about this, Democrats? Are we a democracy?
Sure. That would mean when a popular mandate is given, Trump wins the popular vote, then laws get enforced as to what the American people want. So, yeah, the entire chat is all ones arrest the FBI leakers. I am done.
And I can't do much but complain on the Internet. But I am sick and tired of these criminals in the federal government. And I know all of you are getting away with breaking the law over and over again. And nothing ever happens. Who do these people think they are? We are a nation of laws and rules and structures. And we try to play by and abide by them to the best of our abilities. That is when we vote and we say Trump is the president. Popular vote. Popular mandate.
enforce the laws, please. Who does this FBI agent think they are that they would undermine the entirety, the will of the American people? And they're all doing it. Democrats right now in the overwhelming majority minority undermining, undermining our law enforcement apparatus. Now, I'll tell you, popular mandate doesn't mean it's it's right or correct. But it but I think what we're looking at is
The average American, you poll them and you ask them and they're going to say America for Americans.
Democrats for a long time, they were saying that's racist nationalism. What? America is not for non-Americans. We don't have a tax base to give money to other people. That's the world they live in with USAID and all this ridiculous foreign spending. I'm loving it. Apparently now Trump is telling Zelensky over in Ukraine. How about how about this? You're going to give us 500 billion dollars in rare earth minerals from your country or we're done. I love this man. I'm tired of being ripped off.
I am tired of hearing stories. We are looking right now at the L.A. wildfires and the homes that were destroyed. Cold wake up call for these hippie, dippy liberals in the Palisades. You know, I feel for you. You lost your homes. You lost your lives. We are America. That means if you are a hippie, dippy liberal living in the mountains and we disagree, you're still Americans. I always I tell I say like this.
If me and like my brother get into a fight and we're real mad at each other. Well, that's that's family. But if someone else comes and tries to get into a fight with my brother, hey, you get away from my brother. Right. We're allowed to fight with family.
But you're not allowed to fight my family. That's not how it works. So I can argue all day and night with these these these woke lunatics in California, but they still deserve every single penny that this country can muster to help them when their houses burn down before we give it to illegal immigrants. What are we hearing from Gavin Newsom? Sorry, you can't rebuild Section 8. Now, fine. Still, we're making an argument about
If if we're making an argument about homeless Americans who need who need support, there's an argument to be had. And we as family, we're going to we're going to bicker about it. That's not what California is doing, though. California is allocating funds to illegal immigrant housing, to illegal immigrant health care. I am sick and tired of hearing about people in disaster areas, be it L.A. or North Carolina.
These people deserve help because we as Americans set money aside. Well, they take it by force, to be honest. But the expectation is it is going to help the people who need it most. Our neighbors, our brothers, our sisters. Instead, Ukraine gender studies in Pakistan.
I'm sick of it. So who does this FBI agent think they are that they would undermine our efforts to help our neighbors in this country, our family, figurative national family, so that illegal immigrants, the people who spit in our faces, exploiting our laws to take from us, how dare they help them first? That's that's that's scumbaggery. Now, I know a lot of people are calling it treasonous. I wouldn't call it treason.
The idea with treason is that you're aiding and abetting a foreign adversary in a time of war. Seditious. I honestly wouldn't even call it seditious. I guess it's disloyal. You know, it's traitorous, but not treason. I think it's not legal treason. I try to be very careful with the treason stuff because you're basic like treason is reserved for if we are actively at war with a country and someone in our country is assisting the enemy to undermine and destroy us.
We're not actively at war with a bunch of economic migrants that are trying to rip us off. Right. These people come from all different places. However, these FBI agents are betraying this country to assist noncitizens. So legal treason, I steer clear of. You could probably argue it's seditious because undermining the structure of governance and the president. But I say this, Joe Biden won a popular mandate. Believe whatever you want to believe. I'm just saying.
Call it what it is. I am totally fine with saying that Joe Biden won a popular mandate and that Biden was supposed to do what we want to do. His approval rating was in the gutter right away. My point is this. Joe Biden gets elected because people didn't understand what was going on. That's a bunch of other reasons he got elected to Democrats played the long game. They played the rules and Republicans played the voting game. Obviously, if you're playing the rules, you'll do a lot better. I'm no tech genius, but I know if I want my business to crush it, I

figuring out where you can exploit and ballot harvesting largely got Biden over the over that edge. But Gallup predicted it. I do believe and I've seen it. A lot of people voted for Biden because they wanted to change and covid lockdowns were were awful. So they instructed Biden on one mandate, and that was covid. The Gallup data and the polling shows most people's concern was covid. So that's why they voted for Joe Biden. Nothing else. Biden did not deliver.
He did not. The country was in a miserable state and everybody was pissed off. And that's why Trump ended up winning with a popular mandate, because they said anything is better than what this guy does. And I'm fine with saying that, you know, a lot of Trump supporters want to say the election was stolen. There's no way Biden won. I think he won.
Call it whatever you want, but I'll tell you this. The American people delivered a mandate to Biden, and he dropped it instantly. He slipped and fell up the stairs on his way to a plane, dropping the ball. And the ball bounced away, and it was gone forever. That's how bad it was. His approval rating sank to the lowest in recorded history, the worst polling of any president. I'm totally fine with that.
He was delivered, amended by the people, and he could not deliver. Donald Trump was delivered, amended by the people, and he's being obstructed by corrupt FBI agents. I am sick of these people thinking that they deserve to run your life and tell you and I what we should or should not do and assist non-citizens.
At a time when grocery prices are too high, at a time when the people of L.A., North Carolina are suffering, and they're the only ones. Those are just the big disasters. There's disasters. There's poverty all across this country. So I say this. I'm going to give. I think we should take every penny that we have, every single U.S. dollar. We should give it to every illegal immigrant, every single one. Yeah, you heard me. You heard me. After. Well, actually, not illegal immigrants. Never, never. We should give it in foreign aid to everybody. Only after.
We've deported the illegal immigrants. We've secured our border. There is no poverty left in this country. Everybody has a job and there are job openings allowing upward mobility for those that are working. The economy is a boom and everyone's got dental and health care. There's not a poor person in this country. You tell me when that happens. It's never going to happen. But I will say this. If you want to give our money away to other countries in aid,
Then the first thing you have to do, the daunting task, is solve literally every single problem this country has. Because once we have all of our problems solved, maybe then you'll do charity. I'll put it this way. If you are an impoverished family that can't afford groceries, you shouldn't be donating your money. You got to secure your own oxygen mask before you put the mask on of the people sitting next to you. That's how it goes, right? So when we see everything that's happening,
When we see what the FBI agents are doing, they are undermining this country at a time when we are actually trying our hardest to stay afloat. There's never going to come a day where we are without poverty, mental illness, homelessness, crime or otherwise. And that basically means we should never be giving our money away to strangers.
Now, don't get me wrong. There's still some circumstances. You know, you out there, you may be a hardworking class person with debt and your neighbor is in a very dangerous, precarious position. And you can you say, I'm going to give you a little bit, but please pay me back. Or, you know, we don't want you to be without people donate money all the time.
There's a certain degree of foreign aid I can accept. I can accept just not as much as we've been doing, not to these countries for their wars and not to illegal immigrants. When we are trying to rescue people in two disasters across this country, not to mention it's like Maui's totally recovered. So, Tom Homan, I hope the DHS, the AG and Trump go after this agent. I want to see a perp walk. They remember Steve Baker, the J6, a reporter.
How about you take this guy, you put him in shackles and you make him walk past the press? That's what they want to do. Send a message that if you showed up in D.C. to film stuff, we're going to put you in shackles because they're scumbags. How about it's time these people get that treatment? You know, I'm sick of this argument that we shouldn't do thing because then they might do thing later. We're talking about the other day with Nick Oaks on Timcast IRL.
And he and I agree on this one. People, Republicans keep saying we better not use that that power. Otherwise, when they get power, they'll use it against us. And it's like they're doing worse. The left is doing worse. They're they're allowing illegal immigration and then leaking government operations to assist these people. This FBI agent has betrayed the American people and should go to jail. I'm curious if they have any other information.
Homan said it's not just giving the bad guys a heads up. You're putting officers lives at risk. It's only a matter of time before there's going to be a bad guy who doesn't care, who is going to be sitting in wait for the officer to show up and ambush them. Yep. Homan revealed Deputy Attorney General. The deputy attorney general has launched a criminal investigation into the leak and has vowed to prosecute them. They've promised not only will this person lose their job, their pension, they'll go to jail. I'm here for it.
This is not a game, he warned. FBI and Drug Enforcement Administration officers and agents have been called in to assist with the upcoming raid, reportedly scheduled to take place by the end of February. It was supposed to target foreigners without legal status to remain in the United States. Who remain in the United States? As well as anyone with pending orders of removal. Authorities were requesting unprecedented multi-agency collaboration in order to achieve the targets. It is now unclear if the raids will still go ahead.
Trump's Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was livid after the leaks and immediately went on the attack.
saying the FBI is so corrupt. We did see this one. We just we just showed it here. We have more raids taking place, more information. L.A., Chicago and Atlanta have all been locations of raids in recent weeks, and President Trump lifted longtime guidelines preventing ICE agents from operating in sensitive locations like schools, churches and hospitals. Trump's efforts to enforce immigration laws and deport illegal immigrants have drawn thousands of protesters to L.A. in recent days.
protesters have caused traffic gridlock in the city as they have targeted major freeways while waving Mexican flags and those of other Latin American countries. A 17 year old boy was stabbed during a protest on a Friday and currently remains in hospital in critical conditions. You know, my friends have seen the videos. There are people in California waving Mexican flags and Colombian flags. We saw this, the migrant caravans during Trump. They're marching
By the thousands to our country, waving the flags of other nations. One of the most offensive things was this story where the migrant caravan, one of them was offered asylum in Mexico, permanent status. They'd get to live, work and be married. And then one of the migrants yelled, who wants to stay in Mexico? Nobody. Nobody said who wants to keep going to America? And they go, well, now start cheering and screaming. These people are evil.
That is that is evil. Now, I talk about the banality of evil. Some liberal doesn't pay attention, walks around and, you know, basically assists in refusing, refuses to assist or just ignores the illegal illegal immigration problem. I call it the banality of evil, that people would come exploit our laws, exploit our country, exploit our tax base, and that there are liberals that are like, don't involve me. I'm not getting involved, allowing it to happen. It's the commonplace action.
The migrant caravans that are marching here, full well-knowing, one, they've been offered residence in another country that they're already in. Two, that we have rejected them and said, stay out. And then three say, we don't care what you want. We will take from you. I am so offended by those people. Now, I can certainly respect wanting to live in America. It's great. But if you come to my house.
And you say, can I come in? And I say, no, you can't. And then you turn to your friends and say, let's kick his door in and come in anyway. That is evil.
The United States has rules and laws. We try to play by those rules and laws. So when you say we don't care about your rules, we don't care about your laws, we're coming anyway. And you kick the door down and storm in. Do you guys remember when we had police on the border and the migrants rushed the cops, rushed the border patrol agents? Let me see. I pull this one up. Migrants attack border alter. It happened several times.
Illegal immigrant bites border patrol agents face. Illegal immigrant punches and bites border patrol agent. Wow. Let me find this one. Port of entry. There was a an attack at a port of entry. Is this the video right here from YouTube?
Let me see if I can find this one. We've been having continuous groups enter the country illegally for several weeks already. Today was a bit different because we did have a larger group. That's not the story I'm looking for. There was a story specifically, although it is interesting to see where a bunch of migrants. You know what? Let me do this. Migrants storm U.S. border. There were like five of these. Check this one out. Here's a story. Let's go way back. Let's go way back. This is from 20. Oh, wait, what?
The scene at the border.
Dramatic pictures of the chaos in Tijuana, Mexico over the past 24 hours. Hundreds of migrants from Central America attempted to storm the U.S. border, desperate to reach U.S. soil. U.S. authorities and Mexican police took unprecedented measures to stop them.
And photographers captured this image. Bringing toddlers into conflict with National Guard and law enforcement and tear gas. Leaving her young children running from the tear gas. That is evil. That is the face of evil. Now, it's not the same thing as, you know, a psychopathic murderer. I don't want to play any stupid games. Of course, liberals and Democrats are going to be like, you really think a mother with a frozen Elsa T-shirt is so evil for wanting a better life?
She's bringing toddlers into an active conflict zone with tear gas, attacking law enforcement, knowing she's putting her children's lives at risk. Tear gas to break our laws by U.S. authorities. That picture is getting a lot of attention even this morning. So let's go to Lindsey Duncombe, who's in Washington on this story. Evil. That's how I would describe it.
There's degrees of evil, my friends. It's not all one thing or the other. It's not all, you know, violent psychopaths attacking children. There's degrees. There's degrees. There's the banality of evil. There's malicious, chaotic. What these people were doing, bringing young children. Look, there was a story where a young girl was found dead in the Rio Grande and Democrats were all crying and they were upset. And I blame them. I blame them.
Why would anyone traffic children through the desert, thousands of miles, putting their lives at risk? And for what? For what? So when we see these stories, the Democrats try to frame it like we have to help them. Look, they're dying. And it's like, so these people are killing children and you're like, we should help them. Oh, we'll help the children. Absolutely. But what am I supposed to say?
You know, this is the double this is the double edged sword. Maybe maybe double edged sword is not the right way to describe it. But this is the hypocrisy in the paradox. Democrats say it's not the fault of the children who came here. You know, we have to give them deferred. What is it? DACA? What is it? Deferred something. We're not going to deport them because it was their parents that made the mistake. Yeah. Well, yeah.
The parents who bring those kids there are bringing them through like 90 miles of desert with no water and they die. A lot of them die. Okay. So how about we stop creating incentives where we say, if your kid makes it here, we will give your kid access. You know why? Because then the parents are like, okay, if I can get my toddler through the desert without dying, then they get to stay. That's the price they'll pay. Nah.
All you do is incentivize. All that's happening is you are telling these people, the smugglers, the coyotes, to bring these children into this into death's path. Additionally, do you guys remember when Trump said coyote? Let me see if I can pull this one up. This was probably the best story. Oh, my God. These people are insane. Look at this. Here we go. Let's let's play this. So well taken care of.
Is that it? Anyway, fact check. Trump did not mean actual coyotes take children across the border. This is the world we live in, my friends. This is what Democrats are. I know most of you already already understand that a coyote is a term for someone who traffics people across the border.
Trump, of course, using the correct terminology, said, you've got these coyotes bringing people across the border. It's got to stop. And Democrats went to Trump thinks that children are riding on the backs of coyotes like what? Yeah. You know, last night, Milo said, we've got we've got two groups. You've got the willful, willfully obtuse, the individuals who know they're lying and
And then the people who are idiots. That's what he said. Idiots. And let's be real. 30 percent are idiots. Or I said 30 percent of this country. Idiots. That's my Milo impersonation. And well, you know, I don't completely disagree with him. I'm just saying I don't know the numbers. 30 percent could be more, could be less. But, you know, how is it that these liberals literally think that animals drag children? This is absolutely insane.
The claim. Here we go. Look at this. This is really, really funny. Oh, man. Is this is this tweet still still real? Oh, they got rid of it. They got rid of it. Darshan Kendrick. Did Trump just say 545 kids they can't find their parents for came through cartels and coyotes? How the hell does a coyote bring a whole human across the border? Lord, stop talking. I love it. Are you kidding me? That's the world they live in. Heavens to Betsy.
What did Trump really mean? Trump used the term coyote when questioned by moderator Kristen Welker. A coyote, also known as El Coyote, is a term for people who smuggle others across the borders in exchange for payment. But these people are so dumb. Trump has used the term before. Indeed, these people are so dumb that they literally thought that when Trump said a coyote and it was trending, they were like, Trump thinks animals are bringing people over the border. What? Bro, come on.
People, people use animal terms to describe people all the time. In fact, while you may describe someone as a coyote, which is the term for a smuggler, some women are described as vixens, foxes, like you call them animals. It's absolutely ridiculous how dumb these people are. Welcome to the modern era, my friend. Well, I can tell you this. Donald Trump's approval rating is pretty good. Pretty good. Trafalgar's got Trump at plus nine.
Rasmussen at plus eight, CBS at plus six. Now Pew has a minus four, which I don't believe that makes literally no sense, but they do have a big sample size of 5,086. I don't trust them though, because Donald Trump won the popular vote like only a few months ago. He's doing what he promised to do. Even CNN is saying he's doing well. And 538 has Trump at right now 5.2. I can't believe that. 538 always, always underscored Trump. And now they're overscoring him.
So, yeah, I ain't buying it that they're saying it's it's it's low. We do have some good news in terms of the accountability department, though. While these people aren't going to jail, at least they're getting fired. DHS to fire FEMA staffers who paid for hotels to house illegal immigrants. Cathartic. I hope you all feel as good as I do. Democrats seek to exploit to destroy the famous meme. Oh, no, the child is crying. Quick, burn the Constitution. Now we're adults here. And I'm going to tell you.
These people, you know, they bring children. Talk about your heartstrings. And I say, yes, sorry. Thank you. And I say, I'm not playing this game. And they'll say, but you're so cold. You're so mean. I don't care. Literally don't care. You are you are never going to get me to say, oh, no, the child is crying. Quick, burn the Constitution. I think Tom Homan agrees. There's a reason there are rules. There's a reason there are laws. And what happens is these Democrats live in a world where they say, just break the rules, break the laws.
We have to. Don't you care? No, I don't. Literally, I'm not playing that game. There are strong individuals and there are weak individuals. And those that are strong recognize that the rules have to be enforced, that they're enforced for a reason. And if you're going to cry about it, that's too effing bad. The children are dragged across the border. Let me let me put it in. I'll give you another example. Negotiating with terrorists.
So I've told the story before, but I think it bears repeating because this explains the mentality between, like, say, us and Democrats. In I did a hostile environment training. And in this training, we went over what to do if you are taken hostage. And what they said to us was comply, comply, comply. Do what the kidnappers want. Ninety ninety five plus percent likelihood you will be rescued. Now, why is that?
They said, if you find yourself in some of these Middle Eastern countries, typically the groups that kidnap you are doing so for money. However, ISIS, not so much. If it's ISIS, you're in trouble. But in most instances of kidnappings, you will be rescued by U.S. forces.
The United States famously does not negotiate with kidnappers. They send in special forces to gun them all down and rescue you. Amazing. I think of the brave men dropping out of those helicopters in the dead of night with night vision goggles, kicking the door in on the terrorists who had kidnapped an American and saving the life of that American. And it fills me with American pride. And it should you. However, as they instructed us,
If you're Spanish or German, you're in trouble. You see, what ends up happening is if you're in one of these countries hostile to the United States, Middle East or otherwise, someone will target you for kidnapping. Perhaps I'll say we got a foreigner. Then they found you're an American and say, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Don't take the Americans. You know why? Because if you take the American, the moment they go missing, State Department gets on top of it and drops down an iron boot on your face.
As for Germany and Spain, they're famous for paying out whatever is asked. So you don't end up happening. These kidnappers, these criminal groups in these various countries specifically target the citizens of those nations. How stupid do you have to be?
That's what they told us. They said, if you're if you're a Spanish national or German and you go to these countries, they will hunt you down so quick because they know free money, baby. But if you're an American, they're terrified that special forces drop down from a helicopter in the middle of the night with night vision goggles and gun down your entire family and everyone around you to rescue the American. So don't with Americans. So why do I tell that story? It is when the Democrats say.
We will give special treatment to your children. They actually are telling these people to take the risk to their children's lives, which results in the death of their children. That's right. They're telling these people, if you can just drag your toddler through the tear gas, the gunshots, the fighting, the rioting, the 90 miles of desert, whatever it may be, we'll let him stay. And so what happens? These people bring their children and their children die. It's disgusting.
There is such a thing as being responsible and saying, do not do it. We will turn you around in two seconds and you will have risked your children's lives for nothing. Do not risk your children's lives. I think the Democrat strategy there is sickening, sickening. Absolutely. We would tell them, stay in your country, abide by your laws and do not risk the lives of your children. Democrats would say, don't come.
Biden said surge the border, bring your kids. And then what we get a video of a young girl face down in a river. That's the policies they enact. So, my friends, we are we are we are rounding out this our morning show. Thank you all so much for smash the like button. Share the show with everyone, you know, become a member of Timcast dot com. And what I will say is I think Trump is doing a bang up job.
I'm looking forward to seeing more from him. And I'm and I'm grateful to see this shift in the American psyche, the booing of Taylor Swift and then her face where she's like, what is going on? You back the wrong horse. You live in a crackpot delusional reality. These people did not realize they were wrong about everything. And we won. We won.
Will we win again? Well, you know, there's ebbs and flows, the pendulum swing. Hopefully Trump can do right. And he must. Trump needs to make sure that everything he's doing is proper, because if we get mistreatment, if we get abuse, Democrats are going to end up winning. What we need to see is Trump fulfilling his promise as a stern, orderly father figure. That is, we will deport these people.
It will be a humane deportation. They'll be given flights to their home countries. They will be given standard accommodation. There will be no abuse. There will be everything will be above board. And the American people will say not only did Donald Trump fulfill his promise, he was a good man. He did what we asked, enforce our laws, stop the criminals. And he did so with compassion. I certainly hope that's the presidency that he gives us, because if we start seeing mistreatment and abuse, we got a problem.
Democrats are going to lose their minds and they're going to say, is this what you want? And there's going to be squishy Americans who are terrified seeing even one video of a child being hurt in any way. No, we have to be above and beyond as those who seek to be responsible and enforce the law. I'm going to grab your super chats, my friends. We'll take some questions for you guys in the remaining five minutes. But again, follow me on X and Instagram at Tim cast.
Share the show with everyone. You know, it really, really does help and become a member at Tim cast.com. I'm telling you right now, you really want to be a member. If you haven't become a member, uh, if you're not a member, um, you should definitely do it. If you're planning on doing it, but you didn't do it yet. You, you do it now. I'm telling you become a member right now. You will, you will not regret it.
We got those great green room shows that are live right now. The Nick Oaks ones really interesting. Ian was basically just like, what was it like in prison, man? And Nick is talking about how the government was torturing him. They put a toilet next to your bed and then some guy's got to use it. You're inside. It's nuts.
Let's go. We got Stuart Vosberger says, Morning, Tim. Damn glad to make this live. Yeah, the plan is I think I'm working it out. 10 to 11 live one hour in the morning. Principal show on one major issue, maybe a couple. And then I'm going to have four more news segments, independent, unique up for the rest of the day as per the normal schedule. And then I will have shows on Friday as well.
We're going to be doing more evergreen segments for Fridays. That is, my plan was every day to record a segment that we could put up on Friday. So there will be a Friday show. A little bit shorter, a little bit shorter because we have the culture war on Friday mornings. All right. Restless Medic says, use the IRS to dig in a sanctuary city financials instead of mine. I'm already robbed enough by the government. So how about those criminals hiding the migrants? Get some of that. Indeed. All right.
EB says, Tim, as a paying member, it's really hard for me to support your content when you bring on Roman Catholics like Milo, even though you aren't even Christian. I am. I'm genuinely confused. Wait, wait, what? It's hard for you to support my content when I bring on Roman Catholics, even though I'm not a Christian. I don't understand. I've brought I've brought on Muslims, Jews. I've brought on Hellenists. Actually, I don't think I've brought on any Hellenistic Odinists. Is that the phrase?
I'm genuinely confused by what you mean. Should I never bring on a Catholic again? I don't know. Is Milo a Roman Catholic? Is he? All right. Super Mercer Bro says, why was Milo so crabby about Dave Rubin? He showed up real fast when you pushed back against Tenet Media too. I like Milo. He's a funny guy. He's a funny guy. He's a little wild. He's a little wild. But I think the issue is that Milo takes issue with Dave, um,
for personal issues relating to his cancellation, as well as certain cultural issues pertaining to Dave. And I think Milo was using the Tenet issue as sort of just piling it on. And I took issue with it because it effectively impugns my honor. And what I can say about the Tenet thing is that I'm not going to speak to Dave or anything that Dave does, but I can tell you this. When it came to Tenet, Benny, Dave, and I did above and beyond due diligence.
And we were we were defrauded. We were had, as it were. These things happen. That's why I'm saying, like, when it comes to illegal immigrants that are fraudulently getting jobs, I'm not going to blame every business owner for hiring an illegal immigrant. There are criminal illegal immigrants exploiting our laws and manipulate and trying to get jobs. And they will lie.
So these things happen. What I will say is it's a funny story, isn't it? We'll see how things turn out with that whole story. Now, considering that the DOJ has gone Republican, it's very interesting. There's some behind the scenes stuff that I think should get up, but I don't know they ever will. What I can say is, look, man, I get hit up by companies all the time.
American companies want to sponsor the show. They want us to do ad reads and we do moderate due diligence. But the idea that we're going to go to any company, imagine this, a company comes, ask any, ask any, I said this to Cenk Uygur. When you get a sponsor and they come to you and they say they want you to do five ad reads for a certain amount of money and the company is called, you know, insert whatever company out of Nebraska. Do you then ask who their board members are, who their investors are? Do you then try? You don't.
You say, oh, cool. An American company is offering a sponsorship, a license or whatever it may be. That's it. And so if it turns out there's something untoward going on, that is three steps far removed and you have no idea. What do you do? These things happen. These are they're evil people trying to exploit to manipulate you. But, you know, I think I think Miles allowed to be wrong about things, though he's upset with with Dave Rubin. That's on him. He's allowed to be.
Let's grab some more. Uncle Sam says, I think that was actually decently known.
that Anwar al-Awlaki, the father of Abdulrahman al-Awlaki, was killed by the U.S. government without charge of trial, had been working for the U.S. I think that was moderately known. I mean, a lot of these jihadi guys were funded by the U.S. for certain purposes, but then either turned on the U.S. or were cut off and then turned or burned or whatever you want to call it. All right, what have we here? Ray Lewis has, I think, an awesome idea. Let's do this. There we go. As we're rounding things out. Green Room, check it out.
He says, I think an awesome idea would be to do an elevator pitch type of explanation on some of the biggest stories. It could be a great start for people to use when debating others.
You know, one of the challenges is that you get these like man on the street interviews where they I don't care if it's left or right. Going to a regular person and asking them to articulate deep political thoughts is just silly. That being said, an honest approach to your average conservative is going to wield you more information than an honest approach to your average liberal. And I know this for a fact. I've been on the ground and I've interviewed people and we have liberals come on the show and I can we have Luke Beasley on has got a million followers and I ask him,
How many years do you think someone should get in prison for assaulting an officer? And he says, I don't know. You tell me. And I'm like, OK, six months. That's why I think Trump should have pardoned and commuted the J6ers. And then he has no answer. He knows the talking points, but no real answer. Let's go. We'll just grab two more here. Benjamin Mouser says Musk isn't wanting each individual citizen's SSN data. He wants the department's financial general ledger. He wants to see where they're spending the money and who they're giving it to, not individuals.
And lastly, Vassal Park says, why do you call these people liberal, free and noble? They are deeply illiberal, cult like an ignoble because liberal and conservative or I should say, yeah, liberal and conservative are colloquial terms representing political factions in this country. We don't use words to describe. I'll put it this way. What does it mean to beg the question?
As it is used colloquially, it means to force a question to be asked. So if you said the illegal immigrants that are entering the country begs the question, why is Biden not enforcing it? That's not what begs the question means. The actual phrase beg the question means to use circular logic.
But nobody says that. Nobody uses it that way. Why am I going to intentionally use an obscure definition of a phrase that is not common? The use of words is meant to describe an idea to someone in its simplest form. Liberal represents the Democrat voting bloc outside of political party. So it can include people who don't like Democrats who might vote progressive, but we call them the liberals. Big L.
Certainly, if you want to say classical liberal or otherwise, fine, but maybe left and right. But I wouldn't describe your average liberal in this country as a leftist because they don't like each other. Liberals vote with leftists. Leftists hate liberals. So liberal is a colloquial term represents the cult like moderate that, you know, votes Democrat.
I'm going to wrap it up there, my friends. This has been a smashing morning show. Thank you guys so much for hanging out. We have more segments coming up throughout the day, so don't miss it. Big winter storms up at DC. Head over to TimCast.com. Check out the green room. More and more behind-the-scenes episodes. Look at this. We've been cranking them out. And I want to stress, the Nuance Bro episode was really funny for the inappropriate jokes. But yesterday's with Nick Oaks was really fascinating.
You want to hear him tell a story about how he got locked up, how he beat the charges, how he defeated the government when it came to J6. He wasn't pardoned. He was technically pardoned. Nick Oaks defeated the charges, and he explains how they torture you in jail. Check that one out. Smash the like button on your way out. Share the show with everyone you know. We're back throughout the day, as I mentioned, with segments. And, well, thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
Hello, friends. Feeling overweight? Would you like an easy solution where you don't have to, I don't know, be responsible, exercise and eat right? Well, there are a variety of drugs on the market just for you. Side effects include blindness, blind blindness. You want to go blind? OK, so let me just start off by saying
Daily Mail says more Americans on Ozempic go blind as doctors sound alarm over potentially startling side effect. And oh boy, are these big companies that make big bucks really upset that this news story is getting out. That being said, I, of course, I'm in the business of making sure you guys have the full context. There was a study done seven or so eight months ago.
which they published, that found that there may be an increased risk of going blind on drugs like Ozempic, particularly the brand name for Ozempic. And or I'm sorry, the the they didn't use the brand name, but we'll get into it. And some people have gone blind. Now, I want to be clear. I'm not a doctor. Don't know for sure. I'm just a guy reading the headlines. The only thing I can say to you right off the bat is be responsible.
I, I, I'm going to tell you right away, my opinion and my bias on this. Why are people taking drugs to lose weight? It's just called eat better exercise. Instead, you've got people who are taking a drug. And I got to tell, I know people who've taken this and I've got friends and they were like, well, you know, I was having trouble losing weight. And so I decided to get Ozempic and I'm like,
I am flabbergasted, flabbergasted that gaining weight is not a bacterial or viral disease. It is a function of your body and you have a bad diet. You have a you have a bad life structure.
Exercise and eating healthy are responsibilities of ours. But by all means, more Americans on Ozempic go blind as doctors sound alarm or potentially starting a startling side effect. Now, of course, there was also that Super Bowl ad for hims and hers where they were advertising a drug to help you lose weight.
When I asked people and they told me about what Ozempic does, here's what I was told. Again, I'm not a doctor. I don't know exactly what the stuff is or whatever. All I know is it has that awful commercial with that song. You know what I'm talking about? And they said, it slows your metabolism and makes it so you don't want to eat. And I was just like, oh, what I do is I just don't eat. That's crazy. But look, man, I don't know. Maybe a lot of you out there are taking this drug because
You need a drug to stop you from eating. I got I got to be honest, I for me with the the exercise that I do, it's actually I'm actually losing weight right now and trying to eat more, trying to eat more. I get it, though. Not everybody has a lifestyle and a routine built around exercise. And a lot of people don't like it.
Me, I'm not a big fan of like going jogging or doing a workout routine. That's not in line with my life. I skateboard almost every day, though. High intensity, VO2 max. And that'll rip the fat right off your body. It's fun. I enjoy doing it. I have goals. But I got to tell you guys, build a routine. Let's read this story. Of course, before we do, let me... My browser is giving me the business.
Let's let's pull up Timcast dot com and I'll send you guys over there to become a member. We had a we had a lot of fun. And there are two episodes of The Green Room that I really do recommend that we just put up last night. Milo Yiannopoulos and Nick Oaks. Now, Milo is funny and it's a wild conversation. Very strange.
If you want to be entertained, I recommend it. It's very weird. And before we actually filmed that, Ian was discussing with Nick Oaks being tortured by the government. So I recommend clicking the link in the description below, becoming a member at Timcast.com. You will not regret it. Become a member today. But let's jump back to that story on Ozempic and see what's going on.
Experts have sounded the alarm about blockbuster weight loss drugs like Ozempic, leaving users blind. Several studies have linked the shots to conditions that cause inflammation and block blood flow to the eye, causing severe and sometimes permanent vision loss.
Now researchers have detailed nine new reports of U.S. patients who went blind after taking semaglutide or terzepatide, the active ingredients in Ozempic and manjaro. Manjaro, is that how you say that?
One woman injected one dose of semaglutide for her diabetes and woke up the next morning blind in her left eye. This prompted her to stop the medication for two months before her diabetes forced her to go back on it. Two weeks after restarting, she lost vision in her right eye as well. Holy crap. I mean, lady, I get it. Diabetes, it's a problem. You're trying to find a way to live on it. Wow. But going blind in both eyes, you think after the first eye was gone, you'd be like, this is just not working.
Man, you know, there's a funny meme and someone said, I'm getting on Ozempic not because I need to lose weight, but that class action lawsuit that's coming is going to pay gangbusters. Yeah.
Another woman had been taking some aglutide for a year, woke up one morning with a painless shadow over her left eye. Testing revealed blood vessels in her retina had become damaged, leading to blindness. And one suffered bleeding in his left eye for taking, how is it, terzpetide, terzepetide for a year. However, doctors told him to keep taking the drug due to a lack of evidence linking his condition to the weight loss shots.
The researchers wrote in JAMA Ophthalmology last month that it's not clear exactly what could be causing the side effect. The experts said the exact cause is unclear. Drugs like Ozempic rapidly lowering blood sugar levels could damage blood vessels in the eye, leading to vision loss. Benefits and risks of fat jabs revealed. Oh, heavens me. What's this? Increased risks of syncope, syncope? Is that what it says? Syncope? How do you say that? Syncope. Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, hypotension.
Arthralgia, arthritis, bone, bone pain, bone pain. Okay. Tendonitis, yikes. Osteoarthritis, interstitial nephritis. I don't know. Nephrolithiasis. I don't know what these things are. Headaches, sleep disturbances. Uh-oh, hemorrhoids. Non-infectious gastroenteritis, gastroparesis. Whoa. Gastritis, GERD. Or is it pronounced GERD? I don't know.
Whoa, diverticulosis and diverticulitis. That is really bad. Wow. That's, I know people who got that. You could die, okay? You have a decreased risk of shock, fever, anemia, clotting disorders. You know, gangrene. That's interesting. Hemorrhagic stroke. Alcohol use disorders. Whoa, really? If you take this, it could help you with your alcoholism? Hey, look, I'm going to say this about it.
Drugs always have side effects. You formulate a drug because it's going to do something. So I'll give you an example. I took ibuprofen when I got my dental work done. I don't like narcotics and opioids do nothing to me. It's nothing for the pain. The most annoying thing in the world is they're like, we're going to give you the good stuff. And I'm like, yeah, this won't help me. Just give me the ibuprofen. I can buy it over the counter. NSAIDs, magic. However, while the pain goes away,
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs will stop your body from producing the mucus lining in your stomach and it will decrease blood flow to your kidneys. Side effects always happen. There's no magic bullet that's going to stop these things from happening. And in the long run, sometimes you take that balance. That's what it does. There's a positive and a negative. I don't know about going blind, though.
I wouldn't go anywhere near it. The experts said the exact cause is unclear. Could damage blood vessels in the eyes. Health officials in Denmark, where ozempic maker Novo Nordisk is based, is currently investigating the links between semaglutide and vision loss. The new report detailed the case of nine adults taking either semaglutide or terzepatide. The average patient was 57. The majority were women. The patients were from Utah, Minnesota, New York, West Virginia, and Ohio. Look at this lady. Her eyes clearly gone. Wow.
Jacqueline Barber of Louisville, Kentucky, slept on the couch of the garbage can next to her for about a year. She lost 140 pounds. Her teeth began crumbling because of the stomach acid in her vomit. And she became so weak that she had to walk her to ground. She suffered other side effects. Why would you keep taking it? Ashley Keenan, 37, started her self-pacification in 2020 to help type 2 diabetes. See, that I get. Your doctor says you got diabetes, but fine.
While she was her thinnest at age 18, her blood sugar spiked and her potassium got so low that her heart stopped. She spent 10 days. I don't know what that has to do with going blind on this stuff. Look, man, all these celebrities are losing weight doing drugs. And it's the freakiest thing ever to me. Freaky, man. Look, we got this story. Hims and hers Super Bowl commercial ad draws ire from drug industry. Really?
They were like, there's a backlash to the drug weight loss drug commercial. And it's like from the drug companies. Hims and hers makes its Super Bowl commercial debut in 2025 with a spot for the telehealth company's weight loss medications set to. This is America. Let me zoom in on this.
Drug industry groups took issue with the ad in the days leading up to the Super Bowl, asking the FDA to take action and protect Americans from misleading markets. In a statement, hims and hers that the drug industry is trying to cancel an ad that directly calls out how they're a partisan that fails to prioritize the health of Americans. Yo, the commercial was literally for weight loss drugs. What?
Do they have the commercial here? I played this the other day. Obesity is America's deadliest epidemic. This is America. 74% of us are overweight. And obesity leads to half a million deaths each year. You just have to stop eating, Jimmy. This is America. Oh, Jimmy. I thought you said Ginny yesterday. It's not our bodies. It's the system. Welcome to Weight Loss in America. Like and subscribe. A $160 billion industry that feeds on our failure. Yeah.
They're medications that work, but they're priced for profits, not patients. This system wasn't built to help us. It was built to keep us sick and stuck, but not anymore. Hims and Hers offers life-changing weight loss medications. They're affordable, doctor-trusted, and formulated in the USA. You get a treatment plan designed by a doctor to fit your body, goals, and lifestyle. You deserve to feel great in your body. This is the future of healthcare.
This is Hymns and Herds. This is the end of days. I'm sorry. We are at the point now where Super Bowl commercials are like they're trying to they're not designed to help you. They're trying to keep you sick and make one hundred eighty nine billion dollars off weight loss. Take our drug instead. OK, whatever. Hymns and hers. I'm going to help you guys out for free. But you know what? The you know, God helps those who help themselves. Is that what they say? Yeah.
You got to eat better. Yes, that's it. You got to eat better. You have to exercise. It's a combination of these things. You know, look, I hear it all the time. You know, you get these celebrity doctors or whatever, or people like Neil deGrasse Tyson is like, all that matters is calories in calories out. That's not true. That dude's fat.
But come on, I love it. Mike, Mike Cernovich calls these people out all the time when these these medical experts, these doctors will be on X and they'll say, I recommend doing this thing for your health. And then he just posts a picture of their face being like, you're fat, dude. There's an old there's an old joke, I guess you'd call it. You're driving through a small town.
And there are two dentists, one with really bad teeth and one with really good teeth. Which one do you go to? And the joke, riddle, whatever is supposed to be, you go to the one with the bad teeth because he doesn't work on his own teeth. The idea being that, um,
You know, the dentist who has bad teeth is doing a really good job on the dentist with good teeth, and the dentist with good teeth is doing a bad job on the dentist with bad teeth. Now, to be honest, I actually think that's rather stupid. The haircut one works better. You drive through a small town, and there's two barbers, one with really great hair and one with really bad hair, which when you go to that one makes more sense. Because I've got to be honest, if a dentist isn't taking care of his own teeth, I'm not going to trust him.
But I do think it's a good point that when you get these doctors on X or whatever and they're like, I recommend you do this important thing for your health. And then they're they're just like they're slobs. They're overweight. They're unhealthy people. It's like, bro, I ain't listening to you. You you're like you're at high risk for type two diabetes and you're going to die young. Have you ever seen an elderly fat person? There's another sad story where it's like, have you ever seen an elderly tall person? Yikes. Can't do nothing about that.
But why am I going to take advice from these companies? I mean, this is absolutely sickening to me. I'm sorry, man. I am not a fan of any of this stuff. You got these people telling you how to lose weight. Well, I lost a bunch of weight. I don't know. We're going on four years now. Four years ago, I was about 200 pounds. Now I'm 180. I was down to 170. But then I started slamming protein shakes and lifting. And so...
Thinned up. I actually think now I'm probably like 177. Yeah, I lost three pounds when I got my tooth pulled. I couldn't eat any food.
There are ways to do it, my friends. And I strongly recommend and I recommend you guys actually focus on diet and exercise. The point I was making about, you know, these people who say it's just calories in, calories out, like Neil deGrasse Tyson recently said that. And I'm like, dude, you're you're you're you're overweight. Like, I'm not listening to you about any of this stuff. Bring me like a UFC fighter. Just give me Colby Covington. I'll say, hey,
How do you stay in shape? I'm going to listen to that guy. That guy's a fighter. Sean Strickland or whatever. I don't know. I guess they both lost it. They lost their last two fights or whatever. Maybe I should mention their guys. But no, they're cool dudes and they're fit and they're in shape. I'm not going to go to advice on people who are overweight and don't know what they're doing. Now, I'll tell you why. I don't know. I don't literally think it's the end of days, but this is transhumanism. This is the you will live in the pot and eat the bugs. And we are heading in that direction with things like this.
This is all a major component of it. We're at the point where instead of doing what you have to do as for what and who you are and how the human body works, people are choosing drugs and technology. And this, sure, you take a shot. It changes the way you consume food. It makes you sick, whatever. And then you lose weight. You could just, I don't know, not eat the food.
But maybe the drug will help you do that. Fine. Talk to your doctor. Don't take advice from me on what you should or shouldn't do. Some people do need some of these medications, you know, like the diabetes stuff I get. We are we are heading in two directions. One of two directions. Maybe both. I don't know.
One is we plug our brains into a neural link system and then become gods of our own mini video game universes where we get to be exactly what we want to be. The joke I make all the time is one day I'll be lying on my deathbed looking at my family, but I love you all. And then next thing I know, I wake up. I'm a morbidly obese, you know, loser sitting in a VR pod covered in Cheeto dust. I take the goggles off like howls fall. Who knows? Who knows? Maybe this experience in this life will serve me right.
And when I awaken into base reality as a morbidly obese loser, I'm not saying all people who are morbidly obese are losers. I'm saying I would be one. Maybe then I'll say I got to turn my life around. But we're heading in that direction or the transhumanist agenda.
Many people want to live in this world where you can buy drug manipulation technology of some sort, literally alter your genetic code down to the base level in real time. These are people who want to inject. They want to be splicers. You guys ever play Bioshock? They want to inject themselves with gene altering drugs, chemicals, viruses, whatever, so that their body starts changing and they literally become something else. This is the rudimentary level. It's the Model T. Tired of being fat?
inject yourself with this chemical concoction and it'll stop you from eating. This is imagine playing frozen on Bioshock. What an amazing game, by the way, which kindly which kindly smash the like button. The so it's basically it's very, very libertarian ask objectivist that they build a city underwater to escape the laws or whatever. I don't know why it's underwater, whatever. It could have been built above water, but sure.
And what happens is society, it's free market, but the society that's falling apart because people, they sell gene splicing injections and people keep abusing them until it makes them go insane. And so in the game, how does it manifest? Well, you, the guy, the character injects himself and then all of a sudden he can wield fire in his hand or whatever.
Sure, I guess not a thing that makes sense, but, you know, it's a fun game. And then you go insane from manipulating your genetic code. But this is the direction people are already going. Now, I know it's one thing to play a video game where you inject yourself with a gene altering serum, which gives you telekinesis, which would be fun. Would you do that? And then Ozempic, which just makes you not want to eat. Sure. But this is the direction that American society is going.
I beg for a resurgence into responsibility. I really do. I hope people put down the drugs, start exercising, start taking responsibility for their lives. We are human beings. This is the world we inhabit. But this is what the agenda is going to be. Why? It's easy. It's just easy. There's a quote that I like, and I can't remember who said it. There's something to the effect of...
When if humans ever meet aliens, we will shake hands not because we've overcome nuclear weapons, but because we've overcome the Xbox. And it's something that effect. And I can't remember who said it. There's another quote that's very similar. But the general idea was that human evolution has driven us to this point of self-gratification where we spend more time.
triggering our dopamine based on evolutionary factors instead of trying to elevate beyond, trying to build something sustainable. The average human is more concerned with sex, drugs and rock and roll, I guess. The easy outs. Now, taking the easy way is actually an evolutionary strategy. Expending less energy is the most important thing. So it's ingrained in us. For humans that were living out in the
would would kill you. You have a certain amount of energy. If you if you are if you are expending too much and consuming too little, you die. And so humans were always looking for a way to improve. Hence, we have built civilization where things are a lot easier to do than they've ever been. We extract energy from other areas to maximize energy output. The issue then becomes in this frame of mind, we are more likely to do drugs and plug our brains into a machine because we're
It requires less energy. This is why people are lazy. It's not necessarily wrong to not want to work if you don't have to. That's what evolution prescribed. Don't do the work because it wastes energy if you don't have to. Now we have advanced to a point where we have to simulate hard work. We literally go to gyms and do the work that normally we do on a farm. You'd lift heavy things. You'd hunt. You'd carry things.
You'd have to walk places. Now we build machines to simulate walking places so we can stay fit because this is ingrained as a part of us. Maybe that will change. But the time being, it's pretty scary when blindness is a side effect.
Whatever, man, I'm not gonna tell you how to live your lives, but it's a wild story. I'm gonna wrap it up there, my friends. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Become a member over at TimCast.com. More segments to come today. Thanks for hanging out. And we will see you all in the next segment. Florida is proposing a mandatory death sentence to any illegal immigrant that commits a capital offense. They announced this as an effort to assist Donald Trump
in dealing with illegal immigration. And well, the crimes listed, capital offenses, murder. And I'm going to keep it light to start, but we'll get into the more serious details. Let's just say severe abuse involving children.
I want to start off very light. We try to be family friendly on this show, and sometimes the news just isn't. So I'll give you that warning as we get into this. We're going to list off some of these crimes and talk about the issue at hand. There are other penalties they are proposing, but this one is pretty, pretty dang severe. Now, I understand the purpose of this. They're trying to create a deterrent.
For two things, obviously, capital offenses, capital crimes, but also illegal immigration in general, saying if you are here illegally and you commit a crime, there will be special severe treatment for you up to and including death. Now, I will say this, a capital offense. There is no other sentence. They will kill you.
This is this is pretty heavy. Now, as you guys know, I am not a proponent of the death penalty. In fact, I oppose the death penalty, especially as it pertains to illegal immigrants. And I know a lot of you are going to say we'll have the debate. My point is this. They shouldn't be here in the first place and they should be deported to if we're talking about capital offense. Well, there's there's a lot of challenges here. I can't make it so simple. I will I will explain it like this. I completely understand.
Why, when someone commits a capital offense, an individual would call for the death penalty. If it is, it is the law in this country that if you are witnessing someone who is about to commit great bodily harm or try to kill someone, you have a right to use any amount of force to defend that person or yourself. When it comes to these criminals, and we know they are harming children and committing murders, then I totally understand, totally understand.
The fear that if these individuals are not held to account to the greatest degree, they will return, they will come back and more bad things will happen. My issue, of course, is not with punishing the evil or the guilty. My fear is what a state will do and how often there are innocent people who die to the death penalty. So I there's never going to be a circumstance where I support this. I'm sorry. It's just not reality.
I will support individuals defending themselves. I will support individuals stopping evil. I understand that in war, when we are fighting against evil people or in serious conflict or in defense of our families, our friends that I get. But this is a very serious challenge that has no real easy answer.
What are we going to do? Do we detain people and lock them up and pay their life bills for the rest of their lives? The fear I have is and I'll make it simple for you. Kamala Harris is a prosecutor telling me that person's guilty of a capital offense and that we should allow the state to take their life. And I'm like, I don't believe Kamala Harris. That's the challenge. It's not a question of whether or not people forfeit their lives and they commit acts of evil. It's a question of do you believe the state?
That's a tough one for me. But I don't, you know what, man? I apologize already. We shouldn't be debating. I shouldn't be debating the merits of, uh,
you know, the death penalty right now, we should be talking about what's going on. So let me read and I'll show you the proposition they proposed. They're calling for a special legislative session. Before we do, my friends, pick up a bag of stand your grounds coffee over at castbrew.com. Support the show. We sponsor ourselves. So Cast Brew is available to you. And some say it's the best coffee they've ever had. I got to be honest. It is the best coffee I've ever had. To be fair,
I specifically formulated a bunch of these buns. Like, we had coffee samples. We tried different roasts. They have flavor profiles that I like. So, of course, it's the best I've ever had. I made it. But I think you'll like it, too. Also, The Green Room Show. Amazing. You got to check out these two episodes we did last night with Nick Oaks and Milo Yiannopoulos. Two different episodes. We got two episodes for you yesterday. Nick explains being tortured by the government. Yo, legit. I was sitting off on the other side of the room hearing him say this. I was like, holy crap.
Check this stuff out. He was a J6er. He beat the charges. He wasn't pardoned. He didn't get out over pardon. He beat the charges. Check that out at TimCast.com. Link in the description. Let's read the news from Newsweek. Florida lawmakers will convene for a special session this week to discuss a sweeping immigration package that would require illegal immigrants convicted of capital offenses to be handed the death penalty. The Florida legislature passed a sweeping bill. The Tackling and Reforming Unlawful Migration Policy, or TRUMP Act,
In a special session last month after rejecting proposals from DeSantis, lawmakers and DeSantis had sparred over whose proposals would be better to aid Trump's immigration crackdown. We have the document for you right here, my friends. And it breaks down exactly what they want to do from FL Senate dot gov memorandum. I'll try and read through this one quickly for you guys so I can just get to the part where they say mandatory death.
Over the last several weeks, there has been a great deal of productive discussion on how the state of Florida can best assist President Trump's efforts to crack down on illegal immigration, with a particular focus on partnerships between local, state, and federal law enforcement to arrest, detain, and deport criminal illegal immigrants. Today, we are filing a proclamation with the Secretary of State to convene the legislature in Special Session C, beginning at noon on Tuesday, February 11th, and ending noon Friday, February 14th, for the exclusive purpose of passing legislation to combat illegal immigration.
Each chamber will fire. Each chamber will file three pieces of legislation for your consideration, preserving the core provisions of the legislation passed in special session B with only minor modifications, combining important feedback received from Governor DeSantis and Commissioner Simpson. With a very strong legislation passed during special session B, we are building on the technical assistance from the White House to advance and implement strong policies and provide critical resources to support President Trump's efforts to
to combat illegal immigration efficiently and effectively. We are proud that over the last few weeks, conversation and debate within the legislature on these issues have been civil and respectful by working together with the governor toward a shared goal. These proposals and appropriations ensure Florida continues to lead by example with the strongest crackdown on illegal immigration in the nation. They're going to mention modifications, but let's jump down to the, let's get to the meat and potatoes here.
Higher penalties for any illegal immigrant who commits a crime reclassifies criminal penalties for all illegal immigrants who commit crimes. So as an illegal immigrant, you will get harsher penalties. Maximum sentence for illegal immigration gang members. A criminal illegal immigrant who is a member of a gang and commits a crime will receive the maximum sentence allowed for that crime.
Keeps criminal illegal immigrants behind bars. Requires pretrial detention for illegals who commit forcible felonies. Pretrial detention is already denied for serious violent crimes. Funding for local law enforcement to assist Trump. Felony charges for illegals who vote and who help them. Immigration Enforcement Assistance Administration led by local law enforcement improved coordination with Trump-led ICE and then...
Coordinating with Trump to enforce immigration law. State Immigration Enforcement Council led by local law enforcement expands information sharing to ICE. Promotes a Florida destination for law enforcement training. Creates incentives for Florians to enter the law enforcement field. Safeguards education opportunities for citizens. And then, where it gets serious. Mandatory death penalty for illegal immigrants who commit murder or child rape. If an illegal immigrant is convicted of a capital offense, including murder or child rape, the death penalty is mandatory.
It also creates state level crimes for illegally entering or reentering the state. I definitely agree with that one. The death penalty is tough for me. I got to be honest, because I can certainly understand in a pure sense. If you capture someone who has just committed a capital offense or is about to is at great risk and there's no way to contain that evil. Let me put it this way.
This is why in the United States, if you are witness to someone who is going to commit a murder or harm a child, you can use force against them. Always consult a lawyer. Some states are very different in how they approach these things. My point is I understand the fear that these people will they'll do it again. The fear is that if these people are released or deported, they will come back. So what do you do?
How do you handle this? I don't have good answers for you, my friends. I really don't. My fear is the state gets it wrong. They do. It's a fact. Now, if you want to tell me that we shouldn't give sympathy to illegal immigrants now, no, no, no, no, no. Committing being an illegal immigrant does not warrant death. I do not agree with that at all. I think there is there are degrees of crimes committed entering this country illegally should be permanent barring from ever receiving a visa or residency deportation.
Those should be the penalties. We don't want to hold these people in our jails and spend money on them. Understand the challenge here. I understand the severity of the challenge here. Someone who harms a child in such a way, and we know for a fact, I get it. What do you do with that person? These are questions I can't answer, my friends, because I know many of you will say the death penalty is warranted in these instances. I'm not going to assert what we should or shouldn't do to someone who has been captured and stopped.
There is a fear they'll harm her child. But here's the debate. Do we pay for this person's entire life and put them in jail and then fund their existence? Or do you give them what is legally prescribed the death penalty? Now, I understand the sentiment.
I will say it again. My fear is what happens when someone it's not so clear and Kamala Harris comes to you and, you know, she exists. Or how about this? Let's be serious, my friends. Look what they tried to do to Donald Trump in New York. Leticia James comes to you and says, trust me, Trump. Remember when they tried accusing Trump? He was sued for it was abuse of a child. We know it's a lie.
But if Letitia James came out and said Trump should should be held guilty on this one, this is the problem I have. It is not so easy to deal with this stuff. I don't have good answers for you, my friends. I'm not the arbiter of morality and truth. I don't know. I really don't. But I can tell you this. This is what Florida is doing. So I'll tell you. Warning to illegal immigrants. Florida is this is the legislation they have prepared in a special session. And this is what they're going to do. So it doesn't matter what I think or you think or otherwise. This is what Florida is doing.
So here we go. I support basically the entire thing. I just can't get behind the death penalty. And I know people are going to comment and say these people harmed children. They accused Trump of doing that. And we know it's a lie. And Kamala Harris kept people in prison beyond their sentence for slave labor. I don't trust these people. Florida's better, but I am terrified of a state with capital offense abilities to a certain degree. I get it in war, in conflict and imminent threats, all that stuff. But you guys can comment, man.
I don't know. This is where we're headed. And it's beyond me. I'm not a politician. I'm not going to run for office because I can't answer these questions. I can't. That's just not who I am. I don't have good answers for you. I'm not the arbiter of morality. I am not a faith leader, a moral leader. I'm just a guy. And those are my concerns. But this is what's happening. This is immigration law. It is legal. It is prescribed. And so it begins. I'll wrap it up there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, we got more segments coming up. Stick around and we'll see you all shortly.
constitutional crisis. That's how it's been described by CNN. A judge has blocked Trump from exerting the authority he has in the executive branch over the executive branch. And that is unconstitutional. Elon Musk called for the impeachment of this judge. And now GOP rep Eli Crane is drafting articles of impeachment against this judge for overstepping. Even know what's going on. Look, this is the weirdest thing to me.
Trump says, we've got a federal executive branch. We're in charge of it. I'm sending in auditors. They're going to audit. And the judicial branch said, no, you can't do that. I don't even understand why. That's what I'm saying. I know it's gone. What do we need impeachment for? That ruling doesn't pertain to you. If Donald Trump ordered that, like, OK, Trump, here's what you do. Here's how you solve this problem.
order the judge fired to say, I fire the judge. And they're like, but you can't. I'm like, oh, that's weird. He can't do that either. So maybe if we're in agreement, you are overstepping. And so am I. Let's just call it a moot point and carry on. Now, this story begins with Elon Musk and the Doge team trying to audit the Treasury because they've been sending your money to wacky places. So it is believed that
And a judge, there's a lawsuit. The judge says you can't have access to this information. Only the Treasury Department employees can. But how do you do an audit outside an external department audit if you can't have people outside that department go in? And these are government employees. So Eli Crane is making the move to impeach the judge, which I'm going to be honest, is weird.
The way it should work is that there should be a countersuit to a higher court where they just say this is ridiculous. This doesn't mean anything. And to be completely honest, if a judge orders the executive branch to do a thing that they have no authority to do, it's just nothing. It's just a piece of paper. It means nothing. How are we getting to this point?
Call it a constitutional crisis, call it whatever you want. But moves are being made and the judge has overstepped. If you want to impeach him, fine. I'm just saying Trump could straight up be like, that's cute that you claimed this. We're going to go ahead and do it because we have all these powers under Article two of the Constitution. Badlands Media has the story.
Republican Rep. Eli Crane said he has drafted articles of impeachment against Judge Paul A. Engelmeyer after the judge blocked Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency from accessing Treasury Department payment systems. Crane wrote an ex that partisan judges abusing their positions is a threat to democracy. He defended President Trump and his team at Doge, saying they are working to fix it. This is obviously judicial overreach. He said, arguing that Judge Engelmeyer is attempting to stop White House employees from accessing the very systems they oversee. Indeed, that's true.
Where in the Constitution does it say a president and his team cannot root obvious waste, fraud and abuse? So let me pull up the tweet here from Rep. Eli Crane. He says, I'm drafting articles of impeachment for U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmeyer. Partisan judges abusing their positions is a threat to democracy. The left has done irreparable harm to this country. President Trump and his team at Doge are trying to fix it.
This is obvious judicial overreach. Judge Engelmeyer is attempting to stop the White House employees from accessing the various systems they oversee. Where in the Constitution did say a president? OK, so we did read all that already. Gulf South Traveler responds, saying Judge Engelmeyer's order is a clear challenge to the doctrine of separation of powers as established in the U.S. Constitution. This isn't just judicial overreach. It's a constitutional crisis and must be dealt with immediately. I agree, my friends.
Brian Stelter of CNN posts this clip of Caitlin Collins.
She pointing out that we are looking at a constitutional crisis. She's not wrong, but let's play the clip and get the full context. We are three weeks into the second Trump presidency, three weeks. And tonight there are warnings that the U.S. is dangerously close to a constitutional crisis. Now, the first shoe on this dropped when a federal judge today said the White House is defying his order to unfreeze billions of dollars in federal aid.
marking the first time that we've had a judge expressly accuse the Trump administration of ignoring a court ruling. And in a separate case today, federal employees here in Washington told a judge that the administration was defying another order by not reinstating workers who had been put on leave. Now, this all has prominent Democrats and many of the nation's top constitutional scholars declaring that the U.S. is on the brink of a reckoning.
The Trump Justice Department says the president should have the authority to decide how to run the government and that these judges are overreaching. And some of the president's allies say the judges should not be judging any of the moves to shrink the federal government. So the question is, does Donald Trump have the authority to fire federal employees? Why does not he? You know what I mean? So the question at play, though, is that it's not so absolute.
There are congressionally approved regulations on how government employees operate. The executive branch doesn't have supreme authority. There are restrictions. You as the boss of a company can't just fire or hire or do whatever you want. Isn't that funny? Can I tell you guys, you'd think that if you own a business, you can hire people. Think again. Yeah, you can't do that, man, that I learned a bunch of harsh lessons trying to run a business every day. Allison and I are like, oh, so that's why corporations do that.
If you're wondering why your company has these stupid policies, guess what? It's probably the law. Companies would do whatever is the simple answer. They don't want to waste time on these things. But here we go. So this means there is going to be judicial and legislative oversight of what the executive branch does. So there are certain restrictions that can be placed on Donald Trump's actions that he can't defy. That being said, when it comes to the Treasury question, this is where things get interesting. Trump isn't firing anybody.
He is not breaking any classification laws. He's literally saying we have a department that oversees digital service. We want them to go and audit the Treasury Department. And a judge is like, no, you can't do that. No, no, no, no, no. Hold on. You want to make an argument about union protections or laws pertaining to employment that Congress has passed and a judge will uphold against the executive branch that I get that I understand.
But the Treasury thing is where it gets interesting. And that judge has completely overstepped. As an aside, because, you know, we're going to say I want to play this real quick of ignoring a court ruling. And in a separate case today, federal employees here in Washington told a judge that the administration's got to pause right there and do that one more time.
And in a separate case today, federal employees here in Washington told a judge that the. Told, told. I just can't with this. Caitlin Collins. Look, I don't know her. I don't think she's a good person. I think she's a liar. And I hate to rag on someone for aesthetic reasons. But how CNN is paying three million dollars to a person who's on primetime has told. I'm sorry. I don't know. It's petty.
I am not a fan of Caitlyn. I think she's a bad person. You know, if she was a good person and she said toad, toad, gay toad, how now, brown cow? Look, every now and then we slip up, but I will rag on CNN at any, any opportunity. Sorry, Caitlyn.
Um, you need elocution lessons. Where did you get yours from? Looney Tunes? Anyway, I'm just being mean now. Well, Elon Musk is also warning of fraud in Social Security. I want to see Doge get the job done. I will talk clearly and with a North Atlantic accent from now on because I just made fun of Caitlin Collins. No, I'm kidding. Anyway, billionaire Elon Musk has said there's widespread fraud taking place in the payment of federal entitlements like Social Security.
Social security benefits are paid to more than 70 million Americans on a monthly basis and help form the bedrock of income for many retirees. Oh, I love the social security conversation. I oppose it. I do. Had a debate with Sam Cedar on it. He got so mad. But he made this like the argument he's made. I made a cultural one. He made a financial one. And this is the graph go up. Graph go up argument. I can't stand the graph go up argument. He's liberals and libertarians. Anyway, Elon Musk wrote.
At this point, I am 100 percent certain the magnitude of the fraud in federal entitlements exceeds the combined sum of every private scam you've ever heard by far. It's not even close. Maybe this is why the judge is trying to stop stop Harry Bowles. That's Elon's name now on X, by the way, trying to stop him from getting access to these systems. I want to see him get access. I want to see him clean out the fraud, the waste, the abuse. But let me tell you, my friends, I despise Social Security. I absolutely do.
I believe that it is the responsibility of the children to take care of the elderly. When you're a baby, your parents take care of you. When you get older, you take care of your parents. It is the ongoing cycle of life. And when that system is broken, your society begins to fall apart. We created this Social Security system and it was opening the door to adults not having children in their lives. See, it used to be if you were so you're born.
You are around your early teens. I mean, you're working the whole time doing what literal stuff you can. Maybe you're eight and you're carrying a bag, a gallon of milk or whatever in the house. If you can carry it at eight, you probably can. And then when you're 13, you're helping the dad. And then when you're 20, you are married. You are starting a family and you're building a new house. Then you raise your children and you work.
Then you're 40 and those kids are having kids and now you are the grandfather. And when you're elderly, your children, your grandkids help take care of you as you did for your grandparents. That's the way it always was. And you work where you can and you do what you can because responsibility lies in all of us, our whole lives, to do what we can.
Social Security came around and they basically said the government's going to give you money. You don't need family anymore. And this opened the door. Now kids put their parents in homes and give them and they rely on the government to pay their bills. Sam Seder made the argument Social Security is good largely because it gives the elderly capital to spend, which creates demand and gives young people jobs. And I said, now you're just replacing what humans should be doing already with a government structure that isn't working properly.
I would prefer it if families took care of each other. That's how it's supposed to be. But regardless of those opinions on culture or economics, the reality is if fraud really is in this system, then nobody's benefiting. And we're all getting ripped off so that the people in Loudoun County, Virginia can get the highest median incomes in the country for doing who knows what. In the meantime, my friends, we are facing a constitutional crisis.
The question of whether or not these judges have the authority over Trump and if Trump defies them, what does that mean? A constitutional crisis isn't it's a silly term, to be completely honest. It just means that there's questions as to what the authority is and the courts need to answer it. Thank you and have a nice day so they can cry all day about it and say federal workers told a judge, told, told a judge, told a judge, told the line. And I'm just going to say, look.
The Supreme Court can weigh in and make determinations about what Trump can or can't do. That's checks and balances. And they're going to largely agree with Trump's authority on the Treasury Department and Doge. And they may say that employees have protections in the federal government. That's why Donald Trump isn't blanket firing people. He's putting them on leave. And they're trying to. And here's what gets interesting. I believe Trump does have the authority to put him on leave. Absolutely. Firing people is one thing. And that's why Trump's not doing it. Trump's saying you're on leave. Have fun. He's trying to put pressure on them so that they quit.
OK, well, if you're telling people you're going to pay them, what are you going to do about it? Trump's navigating these things with legal advice. It's going to be interesting to see how the courts respond. I'm going to wrap it up there, my friend. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone, you know.
Become a member at TimCast.com to support our work. We have two Green Room episodes up from last night, Nick Oaks and Milo Yiannopoulos. The Nick Oaks one. Milo's really fun and funny. You'll be entertained. Nick Oaks will terrify you. He was tortured by the government for being a J6er. Check that one out, TimCast.com members. Thanks for hanging out. We will see you all with another segment coming up. And thanks for watching. Ladies and gentlemen, a new day has come.
I have a major announcement for all of you. You saw the title. The press release is out. Tim Kast is joining Rumble Premium. And boy, do I have really, really good news for all of our members. I want to give a shout out to Rumble, the premier location for honest and authentic conversations. Of course, we joined Rumble right away. And since the beginning of our membership program, as we were sorting things out, we found that Rumble and Parallel Economy were the best places to host our content and help support our infrastructure. We found that Rumble and Parallel Economy were the best places to host our content and help support our infrastructure.
We use their cloud services. But now we are going in all the way. We're joining Rumble Premium. That means TimCast.com, members-only exclusive content, will be available to all Rumble Premium members starting today. We're going to be working everything out. We have a press release to go through. But...
We're going to try and get it going as quickly as possible. So, of course, this means there's going to be an expansion of the content. We produce new shows, shows like The Green Room. Our members-only uncensored call-in show will be available to you if you're on Rumble Premium. But, my friends, many of you say, Tim, what if I am already a member at TimCast.com? And this is where it's really awesome. And it's why I've been saying, guys, sign up now if you haven't already. Sign up now. Although, for those that didn't, those that didn't,
For all existing TimCast.com members, we are setting it up so that you will get free access to Rumble Premium. The guys over at Rumble are really amazing. And as we were working out exactly how we were going to do this, they said, Tim, we want all of your members to get free access to Rumble Premium. That means not just Tim Pool.
It means all of the premium content from all the other creators you know and love. And there's a bunch of really awesome people that are already on Rumble Premium. You know Dan Bongino, Charlie Kirk, Dave Rubin. I'm a big fan of all these guys. Russell Brand. Well, if you're a member of TimCast.com as of today already...
You're going to get all of that for free. So I'm going to break this all down for you guys. We'll talk a little bit about what our plans are. It's going to be amazing what we're going to see. We are going to be traveling the world. We're making new content. We've got plans for feature length documentaries. The simple version of all of this, as I said, we need to do more. We can't just be an island unto ourselves. That is the Tim Pool show. How do we expand upon this? There's a lot to break down.
And for those that are members, you have a lot of questions. Let me answer them for you and explain the roadmap for the future. And the first we'll start with the press release from Rumble. They say February 11th, Rumble, the video sharing platform and cloud service provider today announced that popular content creator Tim Pool is bringing his programming to Rumble with much of it becoming available exclusively on Rumble Premium. The content is available on Rumble as of February 11th, 2025.
We are thrilled to welcome Tim Pool to Rumble and look forward to his blunt and insightful commentary and conversations with interesting guests on topics people care about, said Rumble chief executive officer Chris Pavlovsky. Rumble is the new home for exclusive content from the creators who have the biggest and most active followings. We are proud to welcome Tim Pool and his viewers to Rumble.
Here's me.
In addition, the show Timcast IRL will be available on the Rumble platform five days each week, while the Culture War will post on Rumble once per week. Of course, there is also the Tim Pool Daily Show, which I am trying to get to the morning live streams, which many of you have been watching, will be available on Rumble and YouTube as well.
About Rumble, Rumble is a high-growth video platform and cloud service provider that is creating an independent infrastructure. Rumble's mission is to restore the internet to its roots by making it free and open once again. For more information, you can visit corp.rumble.com or contact press at rumble.com. I'm super excited. I've been mentioning that we've been talking quite a bit with a lot of people over how we do these deals. And let me just break it down for you.
Let me start for those that are already members or those who are not. If you are not already a member of Timcast dot com and you want to watch our uncensored call in show feature length documentaries, we have two right now. Lauren Southern and Ben Stewart. Really great stuff. And we have the green room behind the scenes show.
Go to Rumble.com slash premium slash Tim 10. Use the promo code TIM10 to sign up and become a member of Rumble Premium. Now, if you're already a member of Timcast.com, let me see if I have this broken down properly. All existing members of Timcast.com go to Rumble and sign up with the same email as you're using for Timcast.com memberships.
You don't need to sign up to pay for premium. When you log in, you will already have premium access. So long as you're a member of TimCast.com and you stay a member, you're going to get premium included. Now.
Let's talk about where we go from here. Timcast.com is not going anywhere. Our memberships are not going anywhere, but all of our exclusive behind the scenes content will be on Rumble.com. So if you want to watch those shows and watch those documentaries and watch that calling show, that is through Timcast.com. But this is where we were trying to navigate this. It took a little while, but we figured it out.
We have the active Discord community. If you go to TimCast.com and you click join us and become a member, you will get access to the Discord server where you can hang out with like-minded individuals and you can submit questions to call into our call-in show. These things are going to be separate. If you're an existing member, nothing changes for you. You are getting Discord access, community access and all of its benefits, and you're getting Rumble Premium. For those moving forward, these are going to be two different things.
The reason, well, it's largely because when we were talking with all these companies, mostly about ad sales, how do we work together? And you know we've been big fans of Rumble since the get-go. Like I mentioned, we've used Rumble infrastructure for our website from the beginning. This only made sense. And it's a conversation that we've been navigating.
A lot of people say, well, how do we how do we can't run your discord server? And I said, well, we certainly can't shut it down. I mean, we have tens of thousands of people that every day come together for pre shows, morning shows. They do their thing. It's not content we're producing. These people are hanging out and building culture. They've started their own shows. So we said, how about this?
We separate the two for all new members and all of our existing members lose nothing. In fact, if you're an existing member, you're going to get all of the Rumble Premium content plus the TimCast Discord. So for existing members, it's good news for all of you. It's great, great news for all of you guys. And for anybody who is new and wants to watch the content, when you sign up for Rumble Premium, you don't just get TimCast content. Like I said, promo code TIM10.
But you're going to get everybody else. Well, we got to pay the bills. So with all of all of you, all the content you're getting this massive library, 10 bucks for those that really want to deep dive in the Tim Kass community and be a part of our culture war debate shows where we are setting up a show where you will sit down with us and debate us. That's members only.
We are creating community programs for our Discord community, and it's not going to be exclusive content. It's going to be community engagement and events. And then all of our exclusive premium content, we're planning to launch eight feature-length documentaries, The Green Room Show, Skateboarding Sports Behind the Scenes. We're actually going to be launching, working on it, we've got a lot of work to do, a sports show.
Because we have people here at TimCast who are big sports fans, and we've wanted to do it for a long time. So we're going to bring all of that members-only exclusive content to the Rumble Premium platform, where when you sign up for Rumble Premium, like I said, it's Steven Crowder. It's Russell Brand. It's Dave Rubin. It's Dan Bongino. It's Charlie Kirk and everything else they have to offer. And then TimCast.com, if you want to join the community. It's a bit of a deeper dive.
Let me tell you what we're working on right now. The Culture War podcast. The idea of it always was to create a show where we bring people to debate ideas from all different backgrounds. To start, we were bringing in more prominent guests, people you may have heard of, but we always wanted to go into a more densely populated setting and have people from all different backgrounds, libertarians, liberals, and engage in that culture war conversation. Here's the plan. For TimCast.com members who are active in the Discord community,
We are going to be putting on events that are members only. You want to show up, you want to come in. That's going to be for those who are signed up at TimCast.com. Members only exclusive content, like I mentioned, will be Rumble Premium, and that's going to be different. I'll say it again. If you're already a member at TimCast.com, use the same email you already have, sign up for Rumble, and you will instantly just have premium access. You don't got to sign up for anything special. Just log in with that email. Boom. Premium. That's how cool the guys at Rumble are in setting this up.
We are planning a bunch of community events and special events that are more to do with building culture and community. We have a lot of plans with our cast with franchises, and this is going to be differently managed. The cost involved are, of course, putting on the events. The cost involved are managing and maintaining the server and the community. And then for the content side of things, we're going to be on Rumble. I mean, I just got to say, this is really, really great for the Timcast community in so many ways. I want to give a big shout out to Rumble.
They're giving us this space with more reliable servers. I mean, we at TimCast.com, we've had issues where the site crashes when too many people want to come in, and we've known about this. So this really solves a lot of problems for all of you, for all of our fans, and I think, you know, largely we're putting our money where our mouths are.
We've been censored. We've been shut down just the other day. The episode you see on the screen, it's on Rumble. It's not on YouTube. I'm sure YouTube is very, very mad about it and they're going to keep getting mad at us. But with a live show, the challenge is we want to bring in prominent guests that are active in these spaces. And sometimes YouTube threatens us with the banhammer, as they do for everybody.
We want to keep but we don't want to keep all our eggs in the same basket. So the show is still going to be on YouTube. These videos are still going to be on YouTube. None of that is changing. It just means that for the members only exclusive content, it will be on Rumble Premium. And this is going to afford us the ability to bring on new people, expand our social news team.
I'm really excited about the feature length documentaries. We have two already infringed on gun rights and game of money. And those are going to be available on Rumble Premium as we're building all of this out. The goal is every three months to release a feature length documentary. The last thing I want to say on this is probably a million things I can say. And that's what we'll talk about it a lot on Timcast IRL tonight is that.
We've been we've wanted to do more. And as I said earlier, not just be an island unto ourselves. The way we operate right now, we've got Timcast IRL on the Tim Pool Morning Show. And that's like the Timcast universe, I guess.
But we've always known you can't just isolate yourself. We have to build coalitions. We have to build networks. We have to team up with other people and expand our influence, the things we believe in, meritocracy, free speech, et cetera. And this means working with others where we can. This is a win-win situation for everybody. I'm super excited for all of this. This means that when you watch, it's going to be so cool.
You're watching Tim cast IRL. There's going to be a seamless transition into the members only uncensored calling shows where you can watch the uncensored portions of the show, which not too family friendly. I describe it. But if you're watching on Rumble Premium, seamless. So it's going to be very, very good for everybody involved. And I see big things, big things ahead.
I want to give a shout out to the Rumble team, Chris Pavlovsky, who's built something truly incredible. It's getting better every single day. I'm glad and I'm proud that we've put all of our content up on Rumble since the beginning because we knew. We knew we had to build something and be involved, and this is us taking that next big step. Guys,
I'm super excited to everybody who's been a member at Timcast dot com. Like I mentioned, ain't going nowhere. You're going to get it all. But I encourage anybody who wants to be involved in the discord community where people are building culture, where there's interaction shows, debate pre shows after shows. Go to Timcast dot com and join us.
But for those that want to watch the exclusive behind the scenes like the Green Room show, where we show you the behind the scenes production of the show and uncensored conversations with our guests and staff. Yesterday, we had a great conversation with Nick Oaks talking about being tortured by the government when he was arrested over J6 charges, which he defeated.
Those are all up. Those will be up on Rumble Premium. And we got so much more for you. Like I mentioned, I'm really excited for the documentaries. We've got behind the scenes sports stuff that we're planning. It is going to be massive. Super excited for you guys. Super excited to be here. And the best is yet to come. So smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Become a member, as I mentioned, at TimCast.com and sign up for Rumble Premium.
Go to Rumble.com slash premium slash Tim10, and you will get our exclusive content. But I will say one more time, nothing's changing for the podcast. We're posting the Rumble. We're posting YouTube. We've been doing it the whole time. So you'll still be able to find all that content here on YouTube, but you're also going to find the exclusive members-only content at RumblePremium.com.
It's going to be epic. Thank you all so much for hanging out. I'm sure you have a million and one questions. So we'll see you tonight at youtube.com slash Tim cast IRL. It's going to be fun.
