Donald Trump says we're going to have to take a look at deporting Elon Musk, saying, you know, he's mad about these EV mandates getting removed, which is not correct. But I do think this feud is largely media driven because it was a reporter who asked Donald Trump, would you deport Elon Musk?
Okay, well, it's a question, I guess. Trump right now, his DOJ issued a memo saying they're going to focus on denaturalizing criminals. That is, if you came here, granted citizenship, but are a criminal, were a criminal, or are planning on being a criminal, they're going to take away your citizenship, send you back. That's crazy news. So I guess you're going to ask about this. Well, look.
Elon Musk has been ragging on the big, beautiful bill for a while now, and he is completely correct. So is Rand Paul, and so is Thomas Massey. Me, however, listen, here's what I don't like about all this stuff. You got a bunch of Trump sycophants that are going to be like, Trump is completely right. These guys are bad. You know, and they're going to yell at Massey and Rand Paul and Elon Musk. And then you got people who are just going to attack Trump no matter what. There's nuance here.
I don't think the beef is actually as bad as the media's hamming it up to be. Elon's been tweeting about it. He's been pretty strong on the big, beautiful bill being bad. And it is bad. It will add a massive number to the deficit, increasing our debt, straining the buying power of Americans. That being said, I'm for it. It's like I'm happy about it. Elon is correct. And Trump is both correct. They're both right.
It's the issue of the dispute here is focus on priority. Elon Musk's priority is if we spend this much money, if we are in this much debt and the deficit increases by two trillion dollars, we could be looking at financial ruin in this country. You wonder why it is it's 50 bucks to go out to a restaurant. It's because of mass spending. Taxes are going to go up.
Or it's going to be they're going to argue for. I know Trump's big, beautiful bill is going to keep these tax cuts going, but there's going to be cuts to entitlements. It's going to be disruptive. You can't just spend money you don't have. The U.S. government does a bunch of wacky things. They basically OK, this is a credit card and it's just one way to look at it. They're basically saying do the work. The money is mostly owed to Americans. So what they'll do is there will be a contractor saying, you know, we're going to build a bridge or something. Yeah, we'll pay. We'll pay.
But they don't actually have the money. But they can't default on the debt. So what do they do? Right now, the interest on the debt from the loans the U.S. has been taking in, I think it's the largest line item. We are dangerously close to the U.S. government being like, we can't pay our bills anymore. So they'll probably do some kind of quantitative easing or stimulus to try and dump money into the system. So Elon Musk, Rand Paul, Massey, they're right. But hold on.
Trump's got another point. Trump, Homan and his base. And this is what I agree with. Eighty billion dollars. I think it's 80 for ICE to begin these mass deportations. I think we have to do it. Democrats are cheating elections. You know, I'm not a fan of deficit spending or debt or building up the debt. The problem is and I don't trust I'm not saying I trust them, but this is a rock and a hard place. If we do not deal with what Joe Biden did right now.
Democrats win 2028, flood the country more. The census continues to count non-citizens. And then you think Zoran Mamdani is bad? Wait till you see what comes next. So welcome to the existential crisis. The issue between the two men is what to prioritize. And Elon believes that the debt and the deficit is a bigger threat
to the ongoing survival of this country than illegal immigration. I don't agree, but I think he's right about the problem. I just think the illegal immigration is a bigger threat, a bigger issue. So what's the point of saying you're going to deport Elon? Well, the one thing that's true, Elon has always opposed EV mandates because he thinks he's going to make money if you get rid of him. And Trump is trying to play this up like he's mad about the EV mandates. I think that's...
meant to strike at Elon personally because intentionally saying something wrong to impugn the honor of somebody, it's needling. You know what I mean? Everybody knows Elon does not want the EV mandates. He's talked about how if we get rid of these, he's going to outpace all the other companies. And the only other reason these companies are competitive, largely, is because they're getting support from the EV mandate and he doesn't need it. But anyway,
Trump says he will take a look at deporting Musk. All right, here we go. The Independent says...
Trump has suggested the country's immigration enforcement apparatus could be turned against now former ally Elon Musk after the Tesla executive renewed criticism of the tax and spending mega bill on which the president has bet his legislative agenda. Speaking to reporters on Tuesday as he departed the White House to visit an immigration detention facility in Florida, the president was asked if Musk, a naturalized American citizen who originally hails from South Africa, could be deported in retaliation for attacks on the one big bill.
Trump said, I don't know. We'll have to take a look. Ah, okay. Let's be real. It's a noncommittal, non-answered. I don't think Trump's actually suggesting he deport Elon. And I think the feud is being inflamed largely by the media.
The president added the administration might turn to the quasi-agency once run by Musk, the so-called Department of Government Efficiency, on his ex-friend. We might have to put Doge on Elon. You know what Doge is? Doge is the monster that might have to go back and eat Elon. Trump's hilarious. I don't know. Sorry. Remember when they, who was it, Elon or said, I love a man as much as a man can love another man. Was that what the quote was? I don't know.
All right. Musk spent the first few months of the president's second term as an unpaid special government employee, leading what was initially described as a cost-cutting effort that spiraled into operating more as a roving band of ideological enforcers who at one point fed the country's entire foreign aid apparatus. Lies, liars, evil scumbags. USAID was never foreign aid. It's just so clever and people just fall for it.
I don't care about nothing. All I care about is, you know, the only thing I care about is, do you know what's true and is someone lying to you? That's like what drives me. U.S. Agency for International Development is not foreign aid. Lies. Giving NGOs money to push political causes so the CIA can control a nation is not foreign aid. But that's the lie. But hey.
Independent.co.uk. What do you guys really know? Speaking of USAID, it's really funny. We were looking at Google Earth, South Sudan, because Trump wants to deport some people to South Sudan. They're not from South Sudan, but holy crap, that's the lowest GDP in the world. And Juba, I think the name of the city is like all dirt roads and little huts. It's not very developed. And then you find one area with trees. And I'm like, there are trees. What is this? And it's USAID.
Because I suppose if you're an American and you got to live in South Sudan, that's what you want. But what do you eat? I don't know, whatever. Anyway, they're going to mention since returning to the private sector, Musk has become a vocal critic of the partisan spending package Trump has touted as a vehicle to fund his anti-immigrant agenda and GOP priorities. Indeed, indeed.
Trump threatens to launch Doge investigation into Elon Musk. All right. Well, we got the video. And I don't know if you actually want to like I don't know if I actually should play this because it's a really high pitched squeal. The helicopter is there. And so they tried normalizing for sound. But what Trump said was, let's take a look. We might have to put Doge on Elon. You know, Doge is the monster that might have to go back and eat Elon. Wouldn't that be terrible? He gets a lot of subsidies. Well,
Trump truthed this in the wee hours of the morning. Elon Musk knew long before he so strongly endorsed me for president that I was strongly against the EV mandate. It is ridiculous and was always a major part of my campaign. Electric cars are fine, but not everyone should be forced to own one. Elon may get more subsidy than any human being in history by far. And without subsidies, Elon would probably have to close up shop and head back home to South Africa.
No more rocket launches, satellites or electric car production. And our country would save a fortune. Perhaps we should have Doge take a look hard. Look at this big money to be saved. Wrong. Wrong. Elon Musk reposted and Marlon Offles got the story. Elon never wanted the subsidies. He actually believed this video is from 2022. This is before Donald Trump was. This is this is the DeSantis era. This is when Ron DeSantis was a top guy. Listen to this.
If you eliminated all EV incentives tomorrow, Tesla's competitive position would improve significantly. I'll say that again. If you eliminated all tax credits, EV tax credits, Tesla's position would improve immediately. This is going way back, way back in time. There's more, though.
What is this? Trump plans. This is from 2024. Trump plans to kill $7,500 EV tax credit has support from Tesla. Elon is literally putting the country above his own financial interest at this point. No, he's not. This is what's funny. Elon tweeted November 14th, 2024. In my view, we should end all government subsidies, including those for EVs, oil and gas subsidies.
I do not believe that Elon, based on the good nature of his heart, says, I know that I'll benefit from EV tax mandates, but we must end them. No, I think he's saying you are propping up garbage companies against the best. Tesla is the best. The cars are better substantially. And the only reason there's competition with these other vehicles is because the government is giving them subsidies and mandates. So people are buying them.
You get rid of those sub-season mandates and Tesla is the only player in town. Dude.
I firmly believe that would be the case. And I think that's why Elon is saying no. I went to, you know what? I don't want to rag on other companies. I appreciate people trying. So there's a handful of other EV companies. Well, everybody's got their electric vehicles, right? There's a couple that are more prominent. And I went and checked them out. I own a Model 3, a Model S, and a Cybertruck, okay? That's right. I got a bunch of cars. So sue me. I also have a Honda.
I have a Honda Accord, which is surprisingly more expensive than the Model 3. And it's expensive. But it's gas because you got to have a little bit of both. So I believe when I went to these other electric vehicle shops,
The vehicles were not good. There was one that's considered one of the premier electric vehicles, and I asked them what was the acceleration, what was the range. I was shocked. Charging time was so high. Speed was low.
and range was low, and I was just like, what? Why would I buy this thing? It's crazy. Teslas really are the best, hands down, and I think that's when I decided to buy the Model S. I was looking at a bunch of other cars. No, no, yeah. I did, I did, there was one, there was, what was the company? It was a Honda or something? There's a cool boxy, like,
We almost bought this one. It's like $30,000. It's crazy how expensive cars have gotten. And it's like an SUV electric vehicle that was kind of boxy, and it looked kind of cool. But the problem with all these, the charging sucks. Tesla is the only thing with legit charging that actually works. All the other cars take forever.
And these EVs charging stations that if I go with like the converter piece from Tesla, it takes forever. Tesla just charges better. It's like it's way better. We almost bought it because we were like going to and from the grocery store with this SUV is going to be really great. You know, we got the baby. We're planning on having a kid and we didn't get it. So I was just like, I'm just going to get Tesla's. Listen, let me tell you.
The reason why I love these Teslas, the reason why I love them, short-range trips, I don't go to the gas station ever. You know what that means? No more cookies and candies, no more stuff. I'm kidding about that. But literally, no more impulse items. But no, I don't go to the gas station anymore.
I parked the car at home, plug it in. I unplug it. I go to the grocery store, grab the groceries. We run errands. We come back. We plug it in. That's it. We never think twice. And because most of our trips are within like 50, 60 miles of the house, we're in a moderately rural area. So you're driving 15 miles to the nearest grocery store or something. But it takes 15, 20 minutes to get there. Whereas like if I lived in New York, it'd take a lot longer to go three blocks. But I love it. I love it. So look, here's the point.
Elon has consistently said no to the EV mandate. That is just it's incorrect. Trump is just saying this. I think he's trying to strike at he's trying to annoy Elon, I guess, to make he's trying to make it seem to people that Elon is doing this because upset he's losing money or something. I firmly believe it. And I'll say it again. If they get rid of the EV mandates, Elon is right. Tesla would just shut the entire it'd be a monopoly.
No one's going to want to buy any of these cars. They can't figure it out. They don't have the tech. Tesla does. They're good vehicles. And that being said, Elon and Trump need to stop feuding. They need to stop fighting. It's pointless. They're both advocates in the same direction. And I don't know that you can't stop it. Trump's priority is immigration. Elon's is the spending. Neither are wrong. It's a question of which do you think is more destructive? Um,
I think Elon's looking at financial ruin and structural ruin, and I'm looking at cultural and social collapse. I think Trump, I'm looking in a similar direction to Trump. I don't think it's wrong. And it's and it's it's kind of frustrating to see them fighting in this silly way because both problems are problems to be solved. And it's just they're fighting over the priority. And so it's like, guys, the biggest threat in my this is why I think Trump is right.
The Democrats are guaranteed, guaranteed to deficit spend and go nuts. Trump arguably is doing it or through arguments and through through anger on the Republican side to a certain degree. I will go that direction.
It is incremental improvement. If the Democrats win, we done, we cooked. If Trump wins, maybe we'll make some moderate improvements, though we're still on a sinking ship because of this mass spending. I'm going to say it again. If I don't understand, I think Republicans do a miserable job of explaining this. OK, it is actually quite simple. They keep saying the deficit's going to get bigger and the debt's going to go up.
Things will cost you more money and you'll have to work harder to get less. That's what it means. The government is promising to spend money it does not have. So it's giving access to economic resources to people who are not producing a comparable rate for the economy. Or I should say they are giving access.
So ignore money, ignore dollars, and just simply think about the moving of apples between people. Just dramatically simple. I know most of you get this, but for those that don't, maybe there's some liberals listening. Money is the means by which you can extract resources from a system.
When the U.S. government says to someone, do this job for us and we will grant you the right to extract resources from the system, what they are saying is the work you do will not add value and resources to this system, but you will extract from it. So all of a sudden there will be substantially less apples to go around. But the demand for apples remains unchanged. So what happens?
I should say the demand remains unchanged. The supply goes down. Costs go up. That's what Elon is talking about. We're talking about trillions of dollars here. So he ain't wrong. But then I propose this good sir, Elon. I'm a big fan of Elon Musk. I love Tesla. And SpaceX, I think, is the greatest endeavor of human history. I'm not kidding. SpaceX is is incredible. Amazing. Inspirational. We're not going to have a SpaceX. If Democrats get in, Elon, they're going to lock you up.
For the work you did with Trump and helping him win. They're going to investigate you. They're going to shut your companies down. They were already doing it. So talk about a rock and a hard place. I don't want to tell you, man. Maybe the reality is both are right and there is no solution. So we play the violin as we go down with the ship. I'm going to wrap it up there, my friend. Stay tuned. We got more segments coming up for you today. Make sure you join the TimCast Discord server at TimCast.com. Check this out.

In Portland, a horde of Antifa lunatics have been harassing a neighborhood now for weeks. Now they're using sonic weapons. I know it kind of sounds exaggerated, but basically what they're doing is they're taking a bullhorn and they're putting the microphone in front of the speaker so it creates a loud shrieking feedback noise. That sonic weapon, the intention is to cause physical pain and to make people uncomfortable, but...
You know, maybe a little hyperbolic. I don't know what else you'd call it because they are physically attacking people and the residents are losing it. In a viral video, a black woman shows up and screams, you are worse than ice. You're terrorizing us every night. And they continue to attack her. And now she's calling for Donald Trump to unleash the National Guard because Portland won't do anything. You know what?
She tries to be nice to the cops and says she understands that their hands are tied by policy. I reject this. A man is not tied down by policy when confronting evil people. And we're not talking about cops going in and just starting beating people. I'm saying the cops could make the arrests, clear them out and just do it. That's what cops are supposed to do. Here's a story from hot air. Portland resident begs President Trump to send the National Guard to deal with Antifa.
They say, two weeks ago, I wrote about Antifa, the riot that took place outside Portland Ice Facility. Here's a bit of what it looked like. And later that night, you can see, of course, their trash in the place. Three people were arrested, but since then, things haven't calmed down. Last Tuesday, there were more arrests, including one woman who was charged with a felony for throwing a large knife at ice agents who approached her as she was trying to light some kind of incendiary device. I want to just point out, hot air? It's a guy. A guy threw a knife at a cop.
A guy named Julie Winters, 46, was one of three people arrested Tuesday during ongoing demonstrations at the South Portland office to protest Trump's immigration policies. Winters threw the knife at an officer's head but missed, according to the complaint affidavit written by an FBI agent whose name was redacted. The knife was a foot long with a curved blade. So what was that, like a machete?
An officer used a stun gun on Winters when she tried to flee and she pulled a second knife from her waistband, but another officer kicked it away, the complaint alleges.
Giddy Davis Court says video evidence, a trans Antifa rider advanced on federal agents with a machete outside the ICE facility in Portland. The subject then threw the sharpened knife at the DHS officers after defying orders. Again, this is a large, middle-aged, obese white man, not a woman. OK, like, OK, here's what I'm going to say. The problem we have with even hot air doing this.
You can't just be a guy your whole life and then say you're a woman and then the media has to like do all this reporting. It doesn't even if you are trans, like an actual trans person who's been trans for a long time. And they say like documents. OK, fine. This is just some guy, some fat middle aged white guy threw a knife at cops. Stop reporting otherwise. And the anti-ice occupation still hasn't gone away.
Last night, they were out again making a lot of noise. A resident who lives in the building across the street came out to tell them to turn it down at midnight. Lots of not safe for work language. So this from Katie Davis Court, a Portland resident confronts Antifa for blaring music past midnight at the ongoing ICE facility occupation. Quote, I'm coming back every night and I'm breaking your ish. We the people need sleep. You are worse than ICE terrorizing us every night. Go F yourself.
The woman shouting at Antifa in this clip eventually went back inside, at which point Antifa goons increased the noise using some kind of makeshift sonic device. It's a loudspeaker. It's a bullhorn. What they're doing is they're taking the mic. You know, normally you hold it, pull the trigger, and talk. They put it in front of it, so it creates a feedback loop, which will squeal at a very loud volume.
This is 20. Wow. They've been doing this now for 30 days. That's crazy. I'm sorry. 23 days. Immediately after the resident complained, Antifa increased the noise disturbance. The group has created a makeshift LRAD system, blasting it at ICE officer on 1 a.m. Federal police responded so a vehicle could exit. None of the noise is coming from ICE DHS. I'm going to lower the volume, but you get a general idea. You hear that? Yeah, you get it. I don't need to keep playing it.
None of the noise is coming from the police. It's all these lunatics with their makeshift. They're called LRADs, long range acoustic devices. Now, to be honest, my friends, the megaphone bullhorn that they're using, it's nothing like an LRAD. The LRAD devices are nuts. They're these big discs. And the craziest thing I was in, I think I was in Long Beach. No, I was maybe Long Beach. There was a riot and the cops were shooting beanbags. And they had the LRAD device mounted on top of a truck.
They are probably about two blocks away from me. It's one big long street and I'm way back and I can see this tiny car in the distance. And then I hear the announcement and it sounds like a guy is standing right next to me, talking to me, saying disperse immediately. This is an unlawful assembly. That's how crazy powerful his devices are. And with the LRADs, they can play high pitch squeals so loud, it can injure your ears and like
It's messed up. They're powerful. But they don't ever really do that, to be honest. They just play loud noises. And then they do. The funny thing is what they're doing is these Antifa guys. The police will do that. It's a squealing really loud. The woman in the video has an ex-account and identified herself. She says her username is Numerark. I am the woman in the video. And it's not just noise. These terrorists built a weapon and they injured me. The other residents in our building and our pets. This must end. Crazy.
She called the police and they eventually did show up, but no one was arrested. I am sick of these spineless cowards and the conservatives that defend them. I can't wait to August 2nd so we can have this conversation. I'm going to say this to angry cops. I'm going to say, hey, these cops are cowards. They're cowards.
She had called the police. How is it that some fat, middle-aged black woman comes out yelling at these people, telling them to knock it off, and the cops won't even do anything about it? It takes a regular resident to stand up when the cops won't. So don't come and tell me these cops are doing a good job. She says, I've calmed down a bit. Portland police came, took my statement and made a report. They were competent and I trust them. I understand their hands are tied by policy and I don't feel as alone as I did just a few hours ago. Grateful for that. For what?
You went out to confront these people and the cops were like, oh, we can't do anything about it. Sorry, bye. Pathetic.
I haven't slept in 48 hours. I'm going to try to get some rest now. I just pray Antifa doesn't use that sound weapon again. Police advised me not to go back out. They warned Antifa would hurt me. I'm taking their advice, staying safe. Thank you all again for your support. No, the cops are protecting Antifa. I'm going to say it again. I don't care. I don't care about these cops. They are either intentionally or stupidly defending Antifa. Portland, Oregon as a state, wants the illegal immigrants to bolster their voting power.
Antifa is their privateer, is their Corsairs. They are sanctioned by the state and protected by the police.
so that the government can use these people to hinder ICE operations so that ICE can't deport people, so that Oregon can maintain an inflated population size and get extra congressional seats and extra votes in the Electoral College. Stop defending these cops that are standing as guards in front of the Democrat establishment to make sure they get away with their stealing elections. I am playing this game.
You might say, but the individual cops don't care. Don't care. OK, the snowflake doesn't blame itself for the avalanche. They can quit and they can leave. But they were a part of that machine all the same. Meanwhile, the woman in question rejected the claim. She was a Democrat who voted for the current hands off Antifa policy, says I did not vote for this. I left the Democratic Party formally in 2017. The last Democrat I voted for was Kerry. And after that, she started getting a lot of support from conservatives. Thanked her.
She said, thank you again for your prayers, replies and support. It means a lot to know there are still decent people out there. I'm overwhelmed but can't respond to everyone personally. But please know this. This thanks comes from me and the whole community. She described the response as eye opening. She says not one left wing person, not one self-described Democrat has shown support for me or my community. Only those in the so-called right wing have stepped up, spoken out and shown generosity. It's profoundly eye opening.
She called for Trump to send in the National Guard. This is not just disturbing the peace. This is a weapon. They used a weapon and they injured the entire block of residence. I cannot tell you how piercing, how screeching, how horrible and unbearable the sound was. President Trump must send the National Guard. Why won't he? Why won't he? Honestly, he needs to.
She also revealed that when she was out, she went out to confront Antifa. One of them dropped a phone. She picked it up and was able to see what they'd been saying. Yo, this is crazy. She says, this is important information from one of their phones. They dropped this phone. I picked it up. So what do we got here? You can see messages saying, we got five people out here. She says, just got hit over the back of the head with a long metal cane by Black Karen from the video the other night. Additionally, she made a death threat. Wow, what?
This is crazy. How did she get this phone? Oh, they're on Tinder. Screenshots. These screenshots are going viral. They basically have a signal chat group where they're seeking to obstruct us. Charge them with seditious conspiracy. I am playing these games. Charge them with seditious conspiracy. And the libertarians are going, but you can't do that. It's wrong. They open the door.
They've wielded this against J6ers. They wielded this against people who didn't even riot on January 6th. And let's arrest them. Okay, fine. No such conspiracy. Literally just arrest any one of them. They're not doing it. It's wild.
Their phone is now in the garbage chute. Hope you got AppleCare MF or that screen is going to need a little fixing. Somebody is funding them. Just half a block up there is an office and they keep keep on going in and out of that office with no signs. But all the Antifa, they come in and out of that office. When I feel better, I'll take some pictures. I'm telling you, the cops are in on it. Not saying the individual police officers. I'm saying the organization of police are told not to obstruct Antifa because Antifa are operating as Corsairs. And I'm sure they love to hear that.
so that the government can have plausible deniability that the local government is intentionally trying to stop ICE. Lock them up. I don't know, man. I'd love to see Trump go in and actually do something about this, but I'm not convinced they will. I'm not convinced Trump will actually do it. So we'll see. I'm going to wrap it up there, my friends. Stay tuned. We got a lot of big breaking news. Mass arrests happening already. Developments. You can follow me on Instagram at TimCast. Thanks for hanging out. And we will see you all in the next segment. Three Pennsylvania officials...
cheated an election and got prison time. My friends, these guys, guess which political party they're from? Yeah, you guessed it. They're Democrats. We got the story from The Federalist. And this story largely went under the radar yesterday. Check this out.
They say in Pennsylvania, where officials swear elections are safe and secure, three elected officials are headed to prison after admitting they cheated in the 2021 election. Their cases reveal common vulnerabilities in the voting process that have yet to be cured. Now, this is a small story in a sense.
It is a local jurisdiction in Pennsylvania where three men who were at one time elected Democrat members of the Millbourne Borough Council tried to rig a mayoral race. And I know Democrats are already going to say they're going to say this is small fry stuff. The point is, they said it doesn't happen ever. Of course it does. And more importantly, it's granular. If it's happening at this level.
Of course, it can be happening at the greater of all that means is that the things these guys, these guys were doing happen in precincts, in in electoral college nominations. All of that can happen. Here's the story.
They say the three men who all at one time were elected Democrat members of the Milbourne Borough Council tried to rig the mayoral election in favor of one of them. They failed by 30 votes, got caught, and in June, each was sentenced to prison. Among the charges were conspiracy to commit voter fraud, giving false information in registering to vote and fraudulent voter registration.
MD Nurul Hassan, 48, was sentenced to three years in prison. MD Mansur Ali, 48, was sentenced to 21 months, one year of supervised relief and one year of supervised release and must pay $2,500. MD Rafiqul Islam, 52, received 12 months and one day in prison, according to a statement from the U.S. DOJ.
The men all pleaded guilty on April 1st. At that time, Hassan and Ali were sitting on the Millbourne Council board. On May 13th, Hassan resigned from the board and the council appointed someone to fill out his term ending December 31st, 2027.
Astonishingly, Ali is not yet resigned. Millbourne Borough Manager William Stewart confirmed to The Federalist a felony conviction makes Ali ineligible to hold public office, but his seat will only be vacated if he resigns and if the council accepts his resignation or he is impeached by the district attorney or attorney general or a judge rules in the in the favor of a petitioner who challenges the individual's eligibility to hold office.
His term ends December 31st, 2025. I love I love that these guys are convicted of trying to rig an election. And then instead of having an election for those positions, they just appoint someone to take over. You see the problem there? They say Ali can theoretically ride out his term in absentia unless one of the three previously mentioned actions is taken. Stewart wrote in an email.
Millborne population 1,300 is part of the Philadelphia metro area, a mere 0.1 square mile, about eight blocks long. As I previously reported in the 2021 election, Ali won. This is the Federalists were saying this. Ali won the Democrat primary in May and advanced in the November ballot. Islam lost in the primary and Hassan narrowly lost his primary 138 to 120. Hassan decided to run a write-in campaign for mayor in the general election. Islam and Ali agreed to help.
Using identification information for people living out of town, the men swapped voter registration addresses to Millbourne using Pennsylvania's online portal for voter registration. They told me this stuff doesn't happen. They said people don't fabricate votes. Clearly, these men did it and it didn't work. Now, of course, most I love this. Democrats are are playing up what we call survivorship bias, which is basically
When we well, maybe that's the wrong the wrong way to put it, but the general idea is because the people who don't get caught get into office after cheating. Democrats argue nobody ever cheats. It's like, no, it's just that they're making it through you morons. And these guys are the ones that got caught. Of course it happens. Why wouldn't happen? Every crime happens like it's a big world with hundreds of millions of people in it. Why would there not at least be some? It's it's like.
The Democrats are acting like the world is perfect and it never happens. And then they say, yes, it might happen, but not on scale. That's a lie. In this small jurisdiction, imagine what happens if you get, I don't know,
Let's say you have an election where, what did we have in the 2016 election? Trump won by like 77,000 votes across the entire country. There were many, and there are many, and always are, many jurisdictions where the Republican wins by only a handful of votes. And if you can hand over a precinct to a Democrat or Republican, you can change the game. You do it enough in small increments. It's entirely possible. They say...
They then electronically requested mail-in ballots, had them sent to mailboxes they could access, filled out the ballots, signed the outer envelope with the name of the bogus voter and dropped them off at the Delaware County Board of Elections. In some cases, they took the ID information from people they did not know. They also asked non-residents to register to vote in Millbourne and cast mail-in ballots for Hassan to be mayor. I mean, that probably got you caught,
But hold on there a minute. Wasn't everybody saying there was a risk with these mail-in votes because anybody could just fill them out? You had no way of verifying if they were real? Heavens me. And you think this is the only place that it happened? Yeah, not likely.
Hassan and Ali persuaded many of their non-Milbourne friends and acquaintances to provide them with personal identification information so that defendants Hassan and Ali could get could register them to vote in Milbourne. The DOJ said during many of these conversations, Hassan and Ali told their non-Milbourne friends and acquaintances that they would not get in trouble as long as they did not vote in another election in November 2021. Then they should arrest every single person that was part of that scheme.
The scheme highlights how easily electronic voter registration and ballot requests, drop-off boxes, signatures, and photo identification, and in-person voting each have a role in allowing or preventing election fraud. If they had been forced to vote in person and verify their ads for the photo ID, this cheating would not have happened. That's amazing.
These defendants sabotaged the democratic will of their fellow citizens in deciding Milbourne's next mayor, said U.S. Attorney David Metcalf in a statement. Public trust in electoral process is critical, and my office is committed to ensuring that our elections remain free and fair.
As this case shows, should we find instances of fraud, we won't hesitate to prosecute those responsible. And of course, this is a press release from the DOJ at justice.gov, assuming the website actually loads. This is published June 26th, as I was saying, went largely under the radar. Final Milbourne Borough official sentenced to nearly two years in prison for election fraud offenses. They say in February of this year, the defendant and co-conspirators, we already know their names,
uh and were indicted in conspiracy conspiracy to commit voter fraud this we know they're going to mention uh quite a bit more uh in detail uh and explaining it but we'll scroll down to the uh to the end until in total the defendants conspired to falsely register nearly three dozen non-milborn residents as milborn voters and cast ballots for those non-milborn residents now my question for all of you guys is how many times do you think someone got away with this it's not zero
I'm willing to bet a lot of people have engaged in these practices and gotten away with it. They say free and fair elections are the bedrock principle that defines American democracy. I appreciate the partnership between my office, the FBI, and the U.S. Attorney's Office to bring these criminals to justice, said Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stolzheimer. The case was investigated by the FBI, and the Delaware County District Attorney's Office is being prosecuted, and is being prosecuted, okay, by Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark B. Dubnoff.
It sounded like and the Delaware County District Attorney's Office and is being prosecuted. That was the and that made otherwise I was like, wait, wait, they're prosecuting themselves. Here's my here's my presumption. This probably happens a lot more than anyone knows. I would estimate that conservatives probably or I would say conservatives overestimate how often it happens. But Democrats dramatically underestimate. I would argue that Democrats are substantially more likely to engage in this practice. You can see it in everything they do.
You know, we talk about on Tim Kess IRL, I've mentioned this many times that you should be required to enlist or I'm sorry, not enlist, but sign up for selective service in order to vote. I think that's a great solution. Liberals and Democrats are going to be like, hell no, I ain't doing that. But conservatives will be like, sure, whatever. Who cares? Like, why not? There's no guarantee the draft is going to happen. But if you do not sign up, you do not get your men and women alike.
I know I'm going to like the funny thing is Republicans tend to be the slow down their Democrats and the Democrats will do whatever they can to gain power. So in that line of thought, I was like, we should make it. I jokingly said something like in order to vote, you have to get mercilessly beaten by sticks. And then everybody laughs. And I'm like, actually, Democrats would win every election. Conservatives are going to be like, I'm not going to let you whack me with a stick. But Democrats are if I'd be willing to bet.
that if it was getting beaten, Democrats would accept it. I do. But if it's sacrifice, if it's actual, if it's if it's because the Democrats are all about being martyrs and weird cultists. If the issue is actually you must serve your nation, Democrats would never vote again. Republicans win in a landslide. I'm going to leave it there. Stay tuned. We got more segments coming up for you in a little bit. Follow me on Instagram at Timcast and we'll see you on the next segment.
The Donald Trump administration has issued a memo stating they will begin to prioritize denaturalizing criminals. These are individuals who came to the United States and acquired citizenship, but are now criminals, were criminals, or lied in some way on their forms, as well as individuals who received citizenship but then committed fraud against the United States government, among other crimes. This memo's got a big list.
The Trump administration has already, according to NPR, stripped citizenship and denaturalized at least one individual over child crimes. I'm trying to keep it light. I always try to keep it light in the beginning, but you know what I mean. Very serious stuff. Now, the Democrats are crying, saying, you can't do this. The Constitution says.
says nothing. This is codified law. It's it's it's I got the law pulled up for I will break down. Denaturalization is not only possible, but it is required of the DOJ. The law actually states that the Justice Department must pursue denaturalization where they believe people have fraudulently received citizenship. How would we not have that remedy?
The idea that we would allow someone to become a citizen, but once they walk in the door and then reveal themselves to be a terrorist or criminal, we go, drats, he got us. He lied and is committing crimes. Nope. The process by which we can take away someone's citizenship actually exists. Now, if you're born here, bit different. But if you were not born here, there are caveats to when you sign those forms, take that test and swear those pledges and all of that stuff. And it can be revoked. Now, I actually think that
The DOJ isn't going far enough. And I think we got to get some seditious conspiracy charges. I mean, everybody's always screaming treason, treason, this treason, that. People say Trump is a traitor. It's like traitor to who? OK, the point of treason is that you're aiding and abetting an adversary, an enemy.
No, sedition is when you seek to undermine or overthrow the U.S. government. And what we are seeing now with many of these far left individuals and many jurisdictions like in Portland or in California, they are actively conspiring to undermine the authority of the United States and have been doing so for decades.
The Trump administration wants to take this seriously. Perhaps we'll eventually see some seditious conspiracy charges. You know, like the ones they locked up the J6ers on? Even people who weren't even in Washington, D.C.? So this is not unprecedented. In fact, I believe it's a requirement. And look, I want to stress this.
They're going to keep telling you seditious conspiracy is over the top. It's too much. It's not even it's like a 10 year sentence. Seditious conspiracy against the U.S. isn't even as bad as like some fraud crimes. Like there are there are crimes of fraud you can commit that I get you 15 to 20 years.
Seditious conspiracy, it's like 10 years max. You could get three years or less for seditious conspiracy. And to be fair, they compounded the charge on the J6 and gave them like two decades. The point is, if there are individuals conspiring to obstruct the enforcement of the law by the federal government, that is seditious conspiracy. And I believe these people got to be charged.
But let's take a look at what's Trump doing right now, taking away people's citizenship. My friends, smash that like button, share the show with everyone you know. And don't forget, go to boonieshq.com, boonieshq.com and pick up your don't be gay skateboard. Now, we're not here to rag on anybody. We also have the somewhat less popular be gay skateboard.
The choice is yours. See, we knew that for Pride Month and Mega Month, we were going to get in the middle of some culture war. And so we said, we'll make both. So we have our Pride Month collection, which is Be Gay or Don't Be Gay. Whichever one you want. We've sold out of these. They're selling like crazy. And they're available at boonieshq.com. And also, my friends, don't forget the Culture War live on stage. We got three dates in Washington, D.C.,
July 26th, August 2nd, and August 9th. August 2nd tickets. That's the confirmed date with Michael Malice and Angry Cops, Alex Stein and myself. And those are selling quick. I know, even though it's two months out.
or a month out. Wait, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, because we're doing every week. It's about a month out and they're selling quick. So make sure you pick up these tickets. July 26th is available, but we have not yet announced the debate or the guests. So that will be coming soon. But again, go to dccomedyloft.com and go to events. You'll find it or click the link in the description below. We want to see you guys there. Dude, the Michael Malz Angry Cops event
I am more excited for than like any event we've done. These guys are both absolutely amazing and hilarious. They're both Trump guys, but they disagree on the issue of cops. So it's very it's going to be interesting. And again, angry cops, Michael Malice, these guys are hilarious. Alex Stein's going to be sitting there shaking his head, not know what to do because these guys are so crazy. But we're really excited for this show. It's going to be epic.
And check it out. A couple hundred seats. It's going to be a big show. Let's get into the news. We got this from NPR.org. DOJ announces plan to prioritize cases to revoke citizenship. Now, the struggle I have with this is when I first heard the news, I could not think of a word that means more than based. And so I was like, well, I can't call it based. That's not enough. Anyway,
The DOJ is aggressively prioritizing efforts to strip some Americans of their U.S. citizenship. Department leadership is directing its attorneys to prioritize denaturalization in cases involving naturalized citizens who commit certain crimes. Mega-based? And giving U.S. attorneys wider discretion on when to pursue this tactic. According to a June 11th memo published online, the move is aimed at U.S. citizens who are not born in the country. According to data from 2023, excuse me.
Close to 25 million immigrants were naturalized citizens. And if you want to commit certain crimes like against children or fraud against the U.S. government or its people, then why are you a citizen? What is going on here? What's going on? You can't run for president.
At least one person has already been denaturalized. Let me stress that again for you guys. Donald Trump ain't sitting around doing nothing, okay? We had 324 criminal charges on that fraud against the U.S. government. So we're talking about Doge. We're talking about waste, fraud, and abuse. The DOJ found $14.6 billion in fraud and issued charges against 324. Let's go. No.
Now, they've already denaturalized, stripped the citizenship from somebody who is this child distributing child sex abuse material. They're lucky denaturalization is the is the only penalty they get. I mean, they're getting, you know, prison and all that stuff.
On June 13th, a judge ordered the revocation of the citizenship of Elliot Duke, who uses they them pronouns. Thanks for reminding me. Duke is an American military vet originally from the UK who was convicted for distributing child sex abuse material, something they later admitted they were doing prior to becoming a U.S. citizen.
Denaturalization is a tactic that was heavily used during the McCarthy era of the late 1940s and the early 1950s, and one that was expanded during the Obama administration and grew further during President Trump's first term. It's meant to strip citizenship from those who may have lied about their criminal convictions or membership in illegal groups like the Nazi Party or communists during McCarthyism on their citizenship applications.
Assistant Attorney General Brett A. Shumate wrote in the memo that pursuing denaturalization will be among the agency's top five enforcement priorities for the Civil Division. I'm doing I'm doing I'm I'm feeling pretty good. I don't know how you guys are feeling. It's summer. It's the first day of MAGA month. I can't forget. Shout out to Steven Crowder and the Mug Club for this Rumble Morning lineup. Man.
I'm feeling good. I think we should take the boys out to celebrate, pop some champagne. Donald Trump is getting the job done. Now, there's a lot more that we want to see. Don't get me wrong. A lot of people are upset about the Epstein files. I hear you. But I think Cash, Dan and Pam are actually doing a decent job. These fraud arrests that we found, you got to don't forget, you got a bunch of smaller jurisdictions. Now, I was talking to General Flynn the other day, and he says the problem is they're not just they're just cracking the surface or they're barely getting the deep of the deep state.
There's a lot of bad people still in there. But this is phase one. It is just beginning. And I like what we are seeing so far. They're going to say...
The civil decision shall prioritize and maximally pursue denaturalization proceedings in all cases permitted by law and supported by the evidence. The focus on denaturalization is just the latest step by the Trump administration to reshape the nation's immigration system across all levels of government, turning it into a major focus across multiple federal agencies that has come with redefining who is let into the U.S. or has the right to be an American.
Since his return to office, the president has sought to end birthright citizenship and scale back refugee programs. Again, based on.
But immigration law experts express serious concern about the effort's constitutionality and how this could impact families of naturalized citizens. The DOJ memo says the federal government will pursue denaturalization cases via civil litigation. An especially concerning move, said Cassandra Robertson, a law professor at Case Western Reserve University. Ah, yes, Case Western Reserve. I've heard of them.
I haven't, but you get the point. In civil proceedings, any individual subject—let me just pause. The reason I did that and just said that is because you can find a professor at literally any university anywhere in the world to agree with your opinion, so you can inject it into a news story. It doesn't mean it has merit. Anyway, in civil proceedings, any individual subject to denaturalization is not entitled to an attorney, Robertson said. There is a lower burden of proof for the government to reach, and it is far easier and faster to reach a conclusion in these cases.
Robertson says that stripping Americans of citizenship through civil litigation violates due process and infringes on the rights guaranteed by the 14th Amendment. I humbly disagree. But who am I? But some guy whinging on the Internet. Hans von Spekovsky with the Conservative Heritage Foundation supports the DOJ's denaturalization efforts. I do not understand how anyone could possibly be opposed to the Justice Department taking such action to protect the nation from obvious predators, criminals and terrorists. As for due process concerns.
Von Spakovsky said nothing prevents that alien from hiring their own lawyer to represent them. They are not entitled to have the government and thus the American taxpayer pay for their lawyer. That is not a due process violation since all immigration proceedings are civil matters and no individuals, including American citizens, are entitled to government furnished lawyers in any type of civil matter. And he is correct. The DOJ and the Trump White House declined to comment for the story. Broad criteria. Let's roll, baby.
According to this new memo, the DOJ is expanding its criteria of which crimes put individuals at risk of losing their citizenship. That includes national security violations and committing acts of fraud against individuals or against any government, against the government, like paycheck protection program, loan fraud, or Medicaid or Medicare fraud. Quote, to see that this administration is plotting out how they're going to expand its use in ways that have not seen use before is very shocking and very concerning, says Samira Hafiz, policy director of the Immigrant Legal Resource Center, a national advocacy organization providing legal training in immigration law.
It is kind of, in a way, trying to create a second class of U.S. citizens where one set of Americans is safe and those not born in the country are still at risk of losing their hard-fought citizenship. She said, sure, if you are abusing children and defrauding this country, you can lose citizenship. Cry me a river. Listen, I actually, I think there is an argument to be made that this will put immigrants who come here illegally behind.
At a higher criteria of losing citizenship or a higher criteria for penalty for crimes, I don't care. I have no problem with this. Listen, if you are duly convicted of defrauding the government...
then there is a penalty that will apply to you and you can be denaturalized. Now, I do think there are questions about the individuals who are naturalized and whether or not they retain citizenship in other countries. But I reject the idea that once you walk through the fence, walk through the gate, we are now forever beholden to you, even if you're abusing children. That's ridiculous. It's ridiculous.
Now, I understand if you're an American citizen born here, it won't apply to you. Well, that's too bad. It's too bad for the illegal immigrants. The people who are born here are going to face the penalties to go to prison for committing these crimes all the same. But they are people who are born here. And if you were not born here, you want to come here and ask us permission. OK, there's something different there. Now, I will say this. I will. There is going to be a legal a legal challenge in that regard.
I mean, like a legal issue. What happens when someone is a naturalized citizen for 20 years and then we find they committed a crime or committing these crimes and they've renounced citizenship or have no citizenship? I think that will create legal issues. But I am. Listen, if you are duly convicted of a crime through due process and then you are civilly challenged and you can fight it.
This is not some issue where Trump is rounding people up and destroying lives. He's saying you is due process. You committed crime. Here's penalty. And and I'll put it this way. They're going to go on and they're gonna make the argument. You can't do this. Lies. Lies. Eight USC one four five one revocation of naturalization. Not only is it within the law to do this and has been for 70 years. It's a legal obligation of law enforcement. It shall be the duty of
Of the United States attorneys. For the respective districts. Upon affidavit. Showing good cause therefore. To institute proceedings. In any district court of the United States. In the judicial district. In which the naturalized citizen. May reside at the time of bringing suit. For the purpose of revoking. And setting aside the order. Admitting such person to citizenship. And canceling. The certificate of naturalization on the ground. That such order and certificate. Of naturalization were illegally procured.
or were procured by concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation. And such revocation and setting aside of the order, admitting such person's citizenship and such canceling of certificate of naturalization shall be effective as of the original date of the order and respectively provided that refusal on the part of a naturalized citizen within a period of 10 years following his naturalization to testify as a witness in any proceeding before congressional committee concerning his subversive activities or her activities.
In a case where such person has been convicted of contempt for such refusal shall be held to constitute a ground for revocation of such person's naturalization. The point is, when these liberals come out, excuse me, and they say it's going to create a second class citizen, it's not fair. Oh, that's always been the case. Look at we scroll down editorial notes.
Section 702 of the Nationality Act of 1940 as amended, referred to in subsection G, which was classified as section 1002 of this title, was repealed by section 403A42 of Act June 27, 1952. This has been longstanding law for 70 years. Longer than that, technically. If you want to go back to 1940, where they initially had this, it has always been the case that if you are naturalized, they can revoke your citizenship.
So cry more, I guess. I don't want to hear it. MSNBC. Trump's DOJ is prioritizing denaturalization. The Constitution has something to say about that. Yeah. What? You did 14th Amendment. Let's play, baby. Last week, Rep. Andy Ogles of Tennessee sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi that called for a federal investigation to determine whether New York mayoral candidate Zoran Mamdani, a naturalized U.S. citizen born in Uganda, is
should be subject to denaturalization proceedings based on an eight-year-old rap lyrics that Ogles claimed would constitute material support for terrorism. In a news conference Monday, White House Prosecutor Carolyn Leavitt indicated that allegations, if true, were something that should be investigated. They should be. See, what they're trying to cover up is that Zoran Mamdani was praising some organization that was funding Hamas or something. And if he concealed that fact and became a citizen, then yeah, he's in violation of the law, literally, the one that I just read to you.
Now, the argument MSNBC is making, it's just rap lyrics. Well, rap lyrics, I would say, are the probable cause. The investigation will now be witness testimony, social media posts or other writings to make some of these determinations. Look at this. I don't know why the computer is doing it. Just reformatted the screen again. It'll go back in like 10 seconds. Anyway, I think. Oh, I think it switches them. Is that what it's doing? Anyway, Zorin Mamdani.
Can be investigated over this. And then should it turn out that he wasn't actually and it was rap lyrics written by someone else, then whatever, I guess.
Is it going to give me the, whatever. Well, I'll keep reading. I know it's going to be harder to see now because the computer's on a fritz, but sometimes the computer's on the fritz. They're going to say, as the apparent next step in the Trump administration's mass deportation regime, this rarely used, potentially far-reaching government power is getting newfound attention. As legal scholars who study denaturalization, we believe the new Justice Department policy could significantly expand the circumstances under which naturalized Americans might lose their citizenship in ways that raise serious constitutional questions.
Denaturalization is the government's power to revoke people's U.S. citizenship after they've been naturalized. Unlike deportation, which removes non-citizens in the country, denaturalization strips away the citizenship itself, returning people to their previous immigration statuses and potentially making them deportable. Okay. Yeah. I don't see why not. Now I got this formatting problem and it's really screwing me up and I'm not happy with it. But I guess we'll see. The computer's on the fritz again.
This is what happens, man. This is what happens. But let's carry on. Not only are we moving in that direction, but we have this from the Postmillennial. DOJ sues over unlawful sanctuary city policies. The complaint stated that L.A. sanctuary city policies are in violation of the supremacy clause found in Article 6 of the Constitution. Oh, boy. I'm going to say it again. I believe that they should...
File seditious conspiracy charges against these individuals who are running these sanctuary city policies. These aren't policies that are like we're going to have a two percent tax increase or something. These aren't policies that are like we're going to build new roads or stop people from, I don't know, parking their scooters anywhere they see fit. Scooters now have to go into a designated area. No, no, no.
This is the policy of obstructing the U.S. government's law enforcement apparatus intentionally for political gain and for which is seditious conspiracy. The Post Millennial says the DOJ has sued the city of Los Angeles as well as L.A. Mayor Karen Bass over the city's sanctuary city policies.
Sanctuary City Bus. This came after the Trump administration conducted a number of immigration enforcement operations in the city that led to riots taking place in the streets against immigration and customs enforcement agents.
The complaint stated that L.A.'s sanctuary city policies are in violation of the supremacy clause found in Article 6 of the Constitution. And as a result, the policies are unlawful, unenforceable, and void ab initio, or void from the beginning. With the complaint, the DOJ seeks to bar L.A. from enforcing the sanctuary city policies, which would allow for the federal government to be better able to take illegal immigrants into custody.
In a press release, the DOJ stated not only are Los Angeles's sanctuary city policies illegal under federal law, but as alleged in the complaint, Los Angeles's refusal to cooperate with federal immigration authorities contributed to the recent lawlessness, rioting, looting and vandalism that was so severe that required the federal government to deploy the California National Guard and the United States Marines to quell the chaos.
Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a lawsuit against L.A., Sanctuary policies were the driving cause of the violence, chaos, and attacks on law enforcement that Americans recently witnessed in L.A. Jurisdictions like Los Angeles that flout federal law by prioritizing illegal aliens over American citizens are undermining law enforcement at every level. It ends under President Trump. Now, I'm going to say...
I think the individuals that are running these policies should be charged with seditious conspiracy. And I'm going to pull it up. Let's pull it up. 18 U.S. Code 2384. We read this recently, but I'll read it again for you.
If two or more persons in any state or territory or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States conspire to overthrow, put down or destroy by force the government of the United States or to levy war against them or to oppose by force the authority thereof or by force to prevent, hinder or delay the execution of any law of the United States or by force to seize, take or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof,
They shall each be fined under this title or in prison not more than 20 years or both. I was wrong. I said earlier 10 years. It's 20. Serious crime. That's it. So this is going back to 1948. It's been amended several times. 1956, 1994. Let me ask you a question for those in the chat. If two or more persons in any state or territory conspire to, let's see,
Let's see. Delay the execution of any law of the United States. Would you agree that sanctuary jurisdictions include these jurisdictions are run by or these policies are maintained by two or more persons that are trying to delay the execution of any law of the United States? I would argue that is a seditious conspiracy. I certainly think so. And I think it is only through cowardice that we don't actually get these charges. Now, there are a bunch of other charges they could potentially bring forward.
You know, you've got Miss—what is it? What is it? Miss Prison? Miss Prison of Treason. I don't know if that's—
Let's see. Ah, okay. If you know of treason being committed. The reason why I don't think treason applies, and I always bring this up, it says, Now it's funny.
not less than five years. So it's a five-year minimum. And I believe sedition is a 20-year maximum. So what is it? Not more than 20 years. And this one says, let's see, not less than five. So if you commit treason, you're getting five years at minimum. You could get potentially more. But treason is waging war. I know some people might try and argue that
The people that are invading this country, and listen, listen, spare me the lies. The left can just, I'm not interested. When you have thousands of people marching through Mexico, holding up large flags of their home nation, you're waging war against us. And so there's a serious question, but I don't think treason applies to these government officials or anything like that. Sedition, yes. That being said, they say it's not an invasion. When we see thousands of people marching,
And many of them are holding up large flags. Okay. What's the difference? Honest question. If it was like the 1500s and a bunch of British people were marching through France carrying their flags and then were trying to occupy. I mean, literally, like enter a town and then start living there. What do you think the French would have done? They'd be like, we're being invaded by the British. This is an attack.
And what do you think would happen if you tried to stop them? Well, we saw that in several instances in the during the Trump's first administration, we saw these caravans physically attack people at our border, our National Guard, our police, our CBP. They were being rushed and attacked and using shields to block invaders. There was the viral moment from San Diego where you got the woman grabbing her kids and there's tear gas everywhere.
And they were like, they're tear gassing children. And I'm like, it's an invasive force attacking our country. What do you expect to happen? So I say sedition. I say sedition indeed, my friends. This is an effort to undermine, overthrow and delay the execution of any law of this country. The purpose of these illegal immigrants being allowed in is because they are trying to bolster their electoral college vote count illicitly and their congressional seat count.
Now, we also have this story. Attorney General Pam Bondi warns Iceblock app developer to watch out, says the DOJ is looking at him. That's interesting. The DOJ is looking at a guy who made an Iceblock app, and this one's interesting. Iceblock allows anonymous users to share where they've seen ICE agents. First Amendment or sedition? The challenge here is that the effort is obviously to undermine, overthrow, and disrupt the U.S. government.
But the founding fathers wanted speech, free speech, specifically because they were speaking out against the crown and were penalized for it. The first amendment was basically, look, the crown did bad. We were having meetings, speaking about what we wanted, and they called it treason and they attacked us. So no, we should be allowed to meet. I don't think the founding fathers thought the first amendment was going to mean that you can march through streets and lock things down and obstruct people's ways of life. But that's where we are now. So I don't know.
If I think there's anything can be done about a guy who made an app where people can say I saw an ICE agent. There is a challenge. I think maybe there's like a civil one. Hey, look, the monitor just changed again. It took like five minutes and it switched back. I have no idea what that's all about. Anyway, we'll get it fixed. Long story short, the guy made an app. I'm curious what you guys think. So comment. There's a certain point at which this is not.
Just speech. This is the creation of a system by which people can seek to obstruct federal law enforcement to aid and abet in an invasive force, non-citizens, criminal aliens. Let me put it this way. If you are instructing or advising a criminal on how to evade law enforcement, is that free speech? I'll put it again. I'll say it again. Guy robs a bank.
And he's hiding in an alley and you see cops are coming and you see the bank robber. So you go and you go, hey, buddy, the cops are coming. They're coming this way. Run the other direction. And then he runs off. You just aided and abetted a criminal fugitive. You get charged for that. But I have free speech rights, not when you are aiding and abetting crimes.
Now, for threats of violence, it's imminent. Now, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I'm not. I'm pretty sure if you go to someone and say, here's how you do criminal thing and avoid the police. Now, ice block, what is the purpose? To tell people who are breaking the law how to avoid law enforcement. I make the argument this violates violates. What is it? I think it's eight USC one, three, two, four. Yep.
Title 8-1324, and that would be encouraging and inducing any person to reside here illegally. So I'd argue, lock them up. Now, my friends, it is not just happening here in these United States. In fact, we had this big story in Glastonbury where a guy, a rapper, Bob Villain, was chanting, you're never getting your country back.
at these people. Now, the U.S. has revoked his visa, and we're going to get into that, and we'll be joined by Carl Benjamin, a.k.a. Sargon of Akkad.
