Large swath of the country are in the middle of heat wave, but how hot is the job market?

We get a temperature check this morning when the labor department delivers its monthly report on hiring and unemployment, there are signs that hot weather may have put a damper on some kinds of jobs at outdoor restaurants, for example, but forecasters don't think the overall job market called off very much.

N, P, R, Scott horsey is here. Air conditioners have been working overtime, I think, everywhere. What about workers? got.

Good morning idea. We continue to see strong demand workers. Forecasters think employers added about two hundred thousand jobs in july. That would be roughly in line with what we saw in june.
