fitness
personal quiet time

That's a pretty simple freakin' list. And yet these are the things necessary to look, feel, and perform your best!

Next, figure out where they fit in. Remember, it doesn't have to be perfect. All you want is to show up for these most important things. Once you get in the habit of showing up, THEN you can optimize!
