In this episode, I'm diving into the concept of being present in the now. Although I'm super into higher self and future self concepts, I realized that focusing too much on my future self was making me miss the magic of the present moment.

So, how can we be more present now? How can we slow down a bit and enjoy the now? By being here now, we can check in with our energy, get the signs and answers we want, and notice the opportunities around us. I share a simple exercise to help you get present, notice the little details around you, and cultivate gratitude.
