Time off is essential to our mental health, yet three in ten put our holidays on standby and we leave them unused.

More hours spent on the job can often mean less quality time with friends and loved ones and can negatively impact our mental and physical health.

When we do not use our allotted time, we may experience more stress related symptoms such as mood swings, frustration, irritability, pessimism, feelings of being rushed, pushed or tired, more headaches, sleep difficulties and gastrointestinal disorders.
