今日感想：
周日写了回顾日记发现过去这一周的自己真的很不错，可能也是新年的第一周，
完成了五天的健身挑战，除了一天感冒睡过头之外也有跳舞和完成早起仪式！
每天都有读书一两个小时～也有专注吃健康的食物！希望未来的51周也可以保持！
