How do I deal with people who have hurt me in the past?

我是如何处理/面对过去曾经伤害过我的人？

Whenever I think of those who have hurt me, I now feel a sense of gratitude—not for their actions but because their past hurts have motivated me to become stronger. Instead of dwelling on their actions, I focus on forgiving myself for being vulnerable to hurt.

每每想到这些伤害我的人，现在都会浮现一种感恩之前，并不是感谢他们伤害我，而是这些过去曾有的伤害都让我更积极的让自己变得更强大。不要再回想他们做的事情，而是也原谅自己容易被伤害的心情。
