做人要有诚信，答应别人的事，可不能转眼就忘记。

不小心忘了可别说 I forgot，这么说容易让人觉得你是故意忘了，还一副无所谓的样子。

四、forget yourself 失态；举止不得体

释义：to act in a socially unacceptable way

because you have lost control of your emotions

Do not forget yourself

别失态；注意你的言行举止

forget 是忘记，forget yourself 可不是把自己忘了。

这个短语的真正意思是情绪失控，常用来形容那些失态的人。

老外说 Do not forget yourself 的意思其实是别失态了，是一个善意的提醒。

五、记性好用英语怎么说？

六、记性差的英文说法

have a poor/ bad/ terrible memory 记性差

have a short memory 记性很差

forgetful [fərˈɡetfl] 健忘的；容易忘事的

记性差的英文也很简单，只需要把have a good memory 里的 good 换成 bad、poor 或 terrible 就可以了。

have a short memory 就是记忆力很差，健忘可以直接翻译为 forgetful.
