When someone triggers you with rude or insensitive words or actions, it's natural to wish it hadn't occurred.

The challenge lies in acknowledging that it DID happen.

Refusing to accept reality leads to unnecessary suffering.

While you may dislike the event or find it perplexing, embracing trust in the present reality facilitates a smoother journey.
