Good morning, beautiful. This week we're meditating about rest. This morning is a practice to let yourself rest. To allow yourself to be here with this time you've given to yourself. Present, open, and surrender to the rest within the stillness here. So be here and breathe here.
Letting go of everything that pulls on you right now. There is nowhere for you to be. Nothing for you to do. Nothing you need to figure out. So give yourself the gift of this space for the next few minutes to let yourself rest.
Now, come back to your breath and gently place your hand on your heart, bowing your head and thanking yourself for giving you this opportunity to rest. Namaste, beautiful.
