Hello and welcome. I'm really grateful that you're here with me right now. We get a lot of requests for affirmation meditations here at the Women's Meditation Network, so much so that we actually created an entirely separate podcast called Daily Affirmations for Women, which I hope you go and subscribe to and check out and listen to. Today we are going to do some affirmations for inner peace and
I hope that you really allow yourself to be still and imagine these affirmations just washing over you and filling you. I find that allowing affirmations to simply rest within me often opens up a new space or fills in a hole I didn't know was there. So I hope you enjoy these. Go ahead and close your eyes and find the soft rhythm of your breath.
Breathing in and out in an easy, calm rhythm. Every time you exhale, let your body soften just a little more. Dropping your shoulders, softening your belly, and letting your arms and legs go heavy. Now imagine a space in the center of you. And with every breath in, imagine this space
expanding, opening wider and wider, ready to receive these beautiful words. Inner peace resides in my core, untouched by external chaos. I am centered and calm in every circumstance. My mind is a sanctuary of tranquility, breath by breath.
I release tension and anxiety. Self-acceptance is the gateway to inner harmony. I trust my inner wisdom and intuition. Stillness is my natural state of being. My thoughts are peaceful and constructive. I embrace imperfection with grace and compassion.
Emotional balance is my foundation. I am not defined by my past or my struggles. Mindfulness transforms my inner landscape. Gratitude dissolves stress and creates serenity. I choose calm over reactivity. My worth is not determined by external validation. Inner peace
is my birthright. I cultivate resilience through self-love. Letting go is an act of personal freedom. I observe my emotions without judgment. My inner dialogue is kind and supportive. Challenges are opportunities for growth. I am separate from my thoughts and feelings.
Surrender brings profound peace. Acceptance replaces resistance. I create space between stimulus and response. Meditation connects me to my true essence. I release the need to control everything. My inner world is a place of safety and comfort. Forgiveness
liberates my spirit. I am whole and complete just as I am. I honor my journey without comparison. Self-compassion is my greatest strength. Boundaries protect my inner tranquility. My inner light cannot be dimmed by external circumstances.
I trust the unfolding of my life. I am gentle with myself during transformation. My peace is not dependent on other people's actions. I choose joy and lightness of being. I am connected to a source of infinite calm. My nervous system is capable of deep
relaxation. My inner peace radiates to those around me. I am love. I am peace. Namaste, beautiful.
