Good morning, beautiful. I'm so thankful that you're here with me today. Let's go ahead and close our eyes. Maybe place your hand right on your heart and maybe the other hand on your belly. And then let yourself take a deep breath in, feeling your chest and your belly expand. And when you feel like it can't expand anymore, hold your breath.
And now breathe it out with a big sigh. Now lower your hands and allow yourself to come into a nice, steady rhythm of breathing. Noticing your body's a little softer, a little more relaxed. Noticing your mind is a little less concerned about thoughts inside and instead more present. Listening to my voice.
Feeling in to the gentle movement of your body. Now bring your attention to your heart. This is where compassion begins. Not from the outside world, but from within you. Compassion doesn't mean being perfect. It means accepting yourself fully, embracing your struggles and meeting them with love instead of judgment.
