Allow your body to settle and close your eyes gently. Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly. Feel your body relax with each exhale as you draw your awareness inward. Imagine a delicate feather, light and airy, drifting through the air. This feather symbolizes the lightness you can feel in your heart. As you visualize this feather,

Notice how effortlessly it floats, gliding on a gentle breeze. It dances and twirls, moving without resistance, just like the joy and lightness you hold within. Take a deep breath and as you exhale, feel any heaviness in your heart begin to lift with every breath. Imagine that feather landing softly on your heart, resting there,
