I'm so grateful you're here tonight. Let's begin by finding some comfort here. Nestling deep into the embrace of your bed, take a soft breath in, drawing the warmth of peace into your body. And as you exhale, feel the weight of the day gently release as though the breath itself is carrying your cares away.
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment where the only thing you need to do is be, breathe, and feel a wave of calm settling over you, calling every piece of you into gentle rest. Feel your eyes grow heavy. Feel the muscles around your cheeks and jaw relaxing, your shoulders relaxing.
falling down and softening. With each breath, let your entire body soften. The chest, the belly, the arms, and the hands, each becoming light, open, and at ease. Now imagine a soft glow surrounding you, a gentle light, warm and golden, cocooning you in peace.
This light holds a gentle power, a quiet strength, wrapping you in love, in healing, in calm. Feel its warmth seeping into every part of you, loosening anything heavy, anything tight. Let this light fill your chest, gently expanding, easing any ache or worry the hardest hell.
The light knows what to do. It flows into each crevice, gently untangling what's been knotted, slowly releasing what you no longer need. With each inhale, draw this healing light in. And with each exhale, let a weight fall away. See the heart growing lighter, softer, open.
as though a burden is lifting, as though a heaviness is dissolving. You are safe to release it all here in the quiet stillness of this healing space. Imagine now the heart once so full, gently unburdened and becoming free. The layers of worry, of fear, of hurt,
falling away like petals in the wind, one by one. Each breath loosening, each breath letting go, until only peace remains, soft and pure. This is a time to be gentle, a time to feel the warmth of healing flow through. Feel the heart breathe, feel the soul rest.
