Hello beautiful, welcome to tonight's sleep meditation. Thank you so much for being here with me. As you settle in, feel your breath flow softly, calming your body, clearing your mind. Now take a soft, deep breath and sink your body deeper into your bed, feeling each part of you relax and release.

Let your toes and your legs and your hips soften and feel a gentle warmth rise flowing through your chest, inviting in a calm that flows through all the parts of you. Let your shoulders drop. Let your neck ease. Feel your face soften as all the tension slips away.

I am open to fresh starts, to new ways of being. I release what no longer serves me and welcome in peace. I embrace this quiet, this stillness, this rest. Tonight, I let go and trust in the path ahead. I am whole, exactly as I am, and I'm ready for what's next.

I am grounded and calm and I'm open to change. I am free from the past, free to start anew. With each breath, I am lighter and more at peace. I invite ease and tranquility into my heart. I release all worry, all doubt, all fear.

I am worthy of new beginnings. Tonight, I rest in a state of calm and trust. I am safe, held in the gentle embrace of rest. I welcome new experiences with an open heart. I feel grounded, steady, and secure. I embrace this rest, this pause,
