And when you do, take a deep breath, feeling your entire body expand. And then as you breathe out, relax deeply into your bed. Come into a nice, easy rhythm of breathing, letting each breath in clear out the day, and each breath out, let it go. There is a softness waiting for you. The space where the weight of your day, the strain of your mind,

can fall away. You've carried so much, moved through so many moments, but here you're invited to let it all slip from your grasp. In this moment, you're allowed to just be as you are right now, to unravel, to unwind, and to let your body ease into the night. With each breath, feel the tension leaving your body.
