This episode is made possible thanks to the generosity of our sponsors. And after a message from them, we'll begin today's episode. Fellas, you know Degree Cool Rush deodorant, right? Well, last year they changed the formula, and guys were mad about it. One dude even started a petition. So guess what? Degree heard us, admitted they messed up, and brought the original Cool Rush scent back exactly how it was. And it's in Walmart, Target, and other stores now for under $4. So grab some and remember why its cool, crisp, and fresh scent made it the number one men's antiperspirant for the last decade. Degree Cool Rush is back, and it smells like victory for all of us.

Hello and welcome. I'm so happy you're here with me right now. May is a very special month for us here at the Women's Meditation Network.
Because it's Mental Health Awareness Month, Mother's Day, and World Meditation Day this month. So to celebrate them all, we have so many great free resources for you that I want to make sure you know about.
First of all, we have tons of mental health meditations here for you this month. Now, technically all meditations are really great for your mental health, but we have created some very special meditations specifically designed to support your mental health journey. Meditations like mental health transformation, relief from a mental breakdown, happy sleep meditation, and so much more.
Specifically, check out the Meditation for Women podcast, the Sleep Meditation for Women podcast, and the Morning Meditation for Women podcast. Although all of our shows will have plenty of meditations you can listen to. Always for free, always on your favorite podcast player.
Second, we have a very special meditation series to celebrate mothers. We have put a lot of love into these meditations. And if you are a mama, I hope they make you feel really special and loved and supported.
You can listen on the Meditation for Moms podcast. Third, World Meditation Day is on May 21st. And to celebrate, I will be providing live meditations from May 15th to May 21st on our Facebook page at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. So please come meditate with me. It's going to be a lot of fun.
I'll be going live for about 20-ish minutes every day, so it won't take up too much of your time, just enough time to get you centered for the day. I would love to have you there with me. And lastly, we have a YouTube channel. I don't think I've ever officially announced this on the podcast, but we have a pretty awesome YouTube channel. Um,
where we curate the best of the best of our guided meditations here. We have sleep meditations, we have affirmations, we have morning meditations, we have sleep sounds, and we create these beautiful videos
that can all be a part of your meditation experience. So go make sure to subscribe. Our channel is called Meditation for Women, and I have put the link here in the show notes. I am giving you a big warm hug today as we kick off this special month, and I cannot wait to hear from you as you meditate with me throughout it. I love you. Namaste.
