Jennie is living by the phrase 'We'll see,' which she uses to replace feelings of fear or uncertainty. This mindset allows her to approach opportunities and relationships with openness and effort, without forcing outcomes.
Jennie is leaving behind feelings of self-doubt, such as thinking she's not good enough or comparing herself to others. She recognizes these thoughts as fear-based and aims to step out of her comfort zone to try new things.
Jennie shared a 'pinch me moment' when her daughter, who is typically shy, opened up and spoke eloquently on the podcast. This experience highlighted her daughter's growth and confidence, which Jennie found deeply rewarding as a mother.
Jennie plans to be more present by keeping work out of her family time, such as avoiding working on her computer during movie nights. She acknowledges the need to address her own double standards and prioritize quality time with her family.
Jennie is promoting her 'I Choose Me' live event, where attendees can connect, learn, and inspire each other to love themselves more. She encourages listeners to purchase tickets as a meaningful holiday gift.
Jennie recommends pinpointing moments of challenge and progress from the past year, inspired by Liz Moody. This practice helps her acknowledge growth and feel good about her journey.
The podcast has opened the door for a new, peaceful relationship with her ex-husband. Jennie expresses gratitude for this unexpected positive outcome.
Jennie hopes her listeners find peace and allow things to unfold naturally without forcing outcomes. She encourages them to set goals and visualize their dreams while embracing quiet and calm.

Can Botox, anabotulinum toxin A, help if I have chronic migraine? 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting four hours or more? Botox prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. Botox is not approved for adults with migraine who have 14 or fewer headache days a month. It's the number one prescribed branded chronic migraine treatment.
Botox is a prescription medicine injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life-threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue, and headaches.
Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness. Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis, or Lambert-Eaton syndrome, and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects. I just wanted to take some time to chat with you all. I know the holidays can be a mixed bag of feelings for a lot of people. And this time of year is also a great time to reflect on what a year 2024 has been. Maybe try one of my new favorite things I learned from Liz Moody.
Look at the past year specifically and pinpoint those times where you were challenged and look at the progress you have made. That practice always makes me feel so good. My favorite thing about this time of year is the quiet. Albeit it only lasts for a week, but my world really slows down. The industry slows down. The decision making slows down. The emails slow down.
And I can just exist and experience all the moments of those few precious days. It's been a year full of feelings, that is for sure. And as we've talked about, feelings aren't forever. They come and go. And sometimes they need to be listened to and sometimes they don't.
But look back on the year. I do think it's a good idea to take stock of your emotional roadmap and where you've been and where you are now. And give yourself a pat on the back. Give yourself some credit. Give yourself some grace. You're doing great. I'm doing great. We're all doing great. If I kind of look back on my last year, there's been a lot of excitement and
and a lot of feeling like curiosity of the unknown ahead of me. I've had feelings of fear for sure. I think we all have. But I've replaced those fearful feelings, those what ifs and oh noes with this. We'll see. Instead of labeling any feeling good or bad, I try to replace them with this one phrase. We'll see.
We'll see how this opportunity flourishes the way I hope it will. We'll see if this new friendship is going to be mutually beneficial and feel good. We'll see if this new relationship is going to work out and become significant in my life. Saying we'll see doesn't mean we just throw our hands up and don't work at things. It just means I'm going to give this my best effort and we'll see how it works out.
There's a certain freedom in that thinking that allows things to sort of unfold naturally instead of trying to force anything into anywhere. I think this time of year is always a good idea to get prepped, get ready for 2025. I'm going to try harder to be more present. I feel like I'm pretty present. I try so hard to be present, but I'm going to try even harder to keep my work out of my family room, off of my couch, basically, and
We can be watching movies and sometimes I will go to my computer and start working in the middle of a movie. It is so annoying. And would I get annoyed with somebody else in my family sitting on that couch with me doing that? Yeah.
So I need to work on those double standards, first of all. I've had so many favorite moments on this podcast that I've laughed, I've cried. I've been really able to listen to the people that we've had on, learn so much about them, but not just that, learn so much about myself and about myself.
This journey that I am on. And I've loved hearing where other people have triumphed. I've loved hearing other people's challenges because it has made me feel like I'm not alone. I've had some really great guests on that I thought,
Wow, their life is so awesome and amazing. And I'm sure you probably think that too. But having them on the podcast and finding out that they are dealing with the same challenges that we're dealing with, that I'm dealing with, has given me solace, I think. I never thought I would come to such a peaceful place with my ex-husband. This podcast is
really opened the door for a new relationship for us. And I'm so grateful for that. And oh my gosh, the experts we've had on and getting to have my daughter for one on the podcast, talking about launching our brand together this year was such a pinch me moment because this is a girl who is very shy. She's always been shy. She's always hidden behind my skirt.
And just seeing her sort of open up and come into her own and be able to speak into a microphone eloquently and express herself and be in rooms full of people and feel like she belongs. I don't know. It's given me the greatest gift as a mom to see her unfold in this way. I've gotten to have my husband, Dave, on the podcast. And it's always...
good time when I sit down with him and we have those discussions about connection and about fears and We just really open up and get vulnerable with each other and with all of you. I love having Adele on Oh my gosh our resident in-house therapist Adele House has been in the house and I'm so glad to be able to share her just valuable information and
Just her insights. You know, I always have said she's one of the best people I know. And I'm so happy that you all get to know her too. And of course, Mr. Showbiz, my longtime manager, Randy, having him by my side through all of this and be there to support me and encourage me and throw ideas back and forth has been just such a gift. And I love this feeling of connection with Randy.
you all, this community that we are building here. It feels so good in my heart. I know it's right. I know this is good and I'm just getting so much out of it. And I really hope you are too. I feel like, please don't get me anything for Christmas. This podcast has been the biggest gift ever for me.

I don't even need to say his name. Mr. Bob Dylan! A complete unknown is now a Golden Globe and Critics' Choice nominee for Best Picture. Bobby, what do you want to be? Whatever it is, they don't want me to be. Timothee Chalamet astonishes as Bob Dylan in one of the best performances of the year. Do the bums a dime in your prime. And critics rave Edward Norton is absolutely fantastic. 70,000 people are here and Bobby is the reason for it. They just want me singing Blown in the Wind for the rest of my life. Ha!
Don't miss the movie critics are hailing, Five Stars. It's pure cinematic magic. Turn it down! Play it loud! And named to AFI and the National Board of Review's Top Ten Films of the Year. Make some noise, BD. Track some mud on the carpet. A Complete Unknown. Now playing only in theaters. Rated R. Under $17.90. Made it without parent.
There's so much information thrown at us all the time, whether it's from our favorite podcasts or from books that we read or the internet or the Instagram or the TikTok or the Facebook. There's so much messaging out there. I feel like it's all sinking in for all of us all of the time. And as we grow and as we evolve,
All those good, important lessons and messages that are circling around, they land. And one of those instances for me was not that long ago. Actually, for Thanksgiving, Adele was on the podcast with me and we were talking about how to really just enjoy the moment and make that like my priority at Thanksgiving break to really
take time to really just enjoy the moment. And I was able to do that at Thanksgiving. And as I was doing it, I thought of her and I thought of that moment when she was telling us that. And I want you to know that that's possible for you too. So all the things that you're listening to and all the things that are coming into your universe are coming to you for the right reasons. And don't be scared that
You're not going to be able to impart them into your life because it will happen if you just stay open. Here's what I'm going to leave in 2024. I'm going to leave my feelings of self-doubt because they're doing me no good. Thinking to myself, I'm not good enough.
Or other people are better at this than me. Or other people are already doing this, that, or the other, so I don't need to be doing it. That's all just fear. That's all just...
Those internal fearful messages trying to hold me back keep me in a safe place instead of encouraging myself to step out into the world and try new things and Even if I am a little afraid or I feel overwhelmed It's okay. It will all work out and just knowing that if I'm going in a direction that
It's the right direction. If it feels good, it's the right direction. And I hope for you, my beautiful listeners, this holiday season, I hope you have peace. Just let things unfold without forcing or working ourselves into the ground to get the results we think we want. Have goals for sure. Have your dreams thought through and visualize them happening. And then let it go and get quiet.
and let peace lead you. So with that said, I just wanna wish everybody the merriest of Christmas, the happiest of holidays, the best new year. I'm so excited for your 2025. I'm so excited for my 2025.
Let that excitement fuel you. Let it fill you up and let yourself believe it. Believe in yourself. We can do this. And you know what? 2025 is going to be good. It's going to be huge for you.
And one of the coolest ways we can start choosing ourselves, maybe start 2025 off right by coming to my I Choose Me Live event. It's going to be so much fun. We're going to talk. We're going to hang out. We're going to learn from one another. It's going to inspire us all to love ourselves just a little bit more.
Tickets are on sale now. They make great holiday gifts. I'm telling you, if you buy a ticket for this and you stick it in your loved one's stocking,
they are going to be like, what is this? And when they go and have this experience, they're going to be so grateful. All the info is in our show notes. So be sure to check it out. I hope that I see you there or maybe I see one of your loved ones there. Thanks for choosing to listen to I Choose Me all this year. It's been such an amazing ride. Merry Christmas, everybody. I love you. I will see you next year. Happy New Year.
