My goal with every single one of these meditations is to give you an easy space to come into yourself, to be able to let go of the thoughts, the tasks, all of the emotions and things that are rattling around and keeping us so busy and giving you a moment to pause and come into stillness. And that can be really hard to do. So I hope today's meditation helps.
is a really great opportunity for you to surrender to my guidance as I ease you into that stillness. Close your eyes now and sink into the rhythm of your breathing in and out, expanding, contracting, feeling the air flow through your whole body, softening each muscle and releasing any thoughts
Emotions are heaviness. Now ease into the stillness, the space between your breaths, the silence between your thoughts. Settle yourself in here, imagining every thought, every emotion, every task floating like a leaf down a river while you sit right here on the bank.
and just watch. Breathe deeply into the stillness. Feeling its blue expand within you. A warm blanket softening your face, your shoulders, your chest, your back, your arms, and your legs. Soften and breathe. Here you are home. One
with your true self. All the pieces of identity have fallen away like old petals of a flower. Falling, falling, falling away. Floating on the breeze and landing gently in this river. Floating, floating, floating away. And all that is left is you.
Here in the stillness, your soul, your truth, your light. Let this growing stillness dissolve any anxieties, any worries, or any heaviness that may be lingering inside as you remember that this moment right here is all there is. So be here now, still, whole,
