Close your eyes and take a deep breath, allowing yourself to step away from that long task list

Any worries or thoughts that might be swirling through your mind, anything that's coming up about yesterday or the day ahead, put it all aside as you feel that breath run through your body in and out, breathing just a little deeper on every inhale and exhaling just a little longer on every breath out. Feel it calm you down and bring you right here

Now, I invite you to imagine a soft, gentle light flowing towards you from the distance. A beautiful pink liquid filled with the essence of love. This pink liquid is warm, soft, and ready to fill every part of you. As you breathe, see this pink liquid slowly pour onto your feet.

With each breath, it rises, filling up to your legs, your knees, and flowing upwards. Feel its gentle warmth as it continues to rise, filling your belly, your chest, and wrapping around your heart. This is love, pure, unconditional love, filling every space within you.

that you are enough. Feel this love saturate every cell in your body. Let it soften any areas of tension and let it ease any worry. Feel how full you are, how deeply loved you are by your own heart. You are filled with love and there's nothing missing. And as you breathe in, let this pink liquid of love expand, not just within you,
