Fear and worry are no strangers. They sit quietly and deeply inside your heart. It's those deep, dark places where you feel more contracted and less expansive. So tune into your breath for a moment and allow the natural rhythm of it to settle in. Breathe in deeply through your nose.
Exhale fully through your nose. Drop into your body to relax. Allow your shoulders, your arms, your legs and your feet to surrender to this present moment from this state of presence. Gently take note of any ways you move away from something you fear. Maybe it's in your career.
