那么我的技巧呢,首先第一阶段啊,你要先做到开口自信表达,也就是先做到 just a minute,先做到这个一分钟表达,那么不要管对错,先能够突破你的心理障碍,大部分人的问题并不是完全不会说,而是担心放错,不敢张口,哪怕你只会一简单的一两句话,也要说出来,比如说你碰到一个话题是叫 morning routine,成间的这个习惯,成间的这个例行日常,

那么即便你只会简单的说, every morning I wake up at 7, I brush my teeth and make up of coffee and then go to work 可以了,虽然听起来这个很流水账,但初级阶段你只要习惯能做到在一分钟连贯表达 让英语在你的口中不停滞的流动,这个阶段的自信胡说并不可怕,先把你说话的肌肉先练出来
