There are times when you want to give up. Times when you want to avoid. Times when perfection tells you to stop.
and it all feels uncomfortable. Keep showing up. There are moments when you just don't feel like it. Moments when your body is tired. Moments when your head is spinning and your energy is low. Keep showing up. Keep showing up in any capacity you can.
even if it's not your best, even if it's just so-so, because you will stamp the present with your deep intentions and contribute energy that compounds and blossoms with time. Gently bring your hand to your heart.
and tune into the rhythm of its beats. This heart, this body, this soul is constantly growing, constantly creating, rebirthing, renewing, and evolving. She needs you to show up for her, for her desire, her dreams, her sadness, and her fears.
She wants to live vivaciously and she wants to be her best. She wants to express herself and feel fulfilled. Unleash her and let her run free, infusing her with a vibration of loving energy that are created by showing up consciously.
imperfectly, lovingly. To show up means to come inside and connect with her, this magical creature of the universe you are. To ask her what she needs, to know when to push her, to know when to let her rest, and to take the time to know her intimately.
even when that might feel painful or inconvenient. To show up means to look fear in the eyes and choose love instead. To show up means to try, even when you're not perfect, and find joy in the process. To show up
means to take action even when you don't want to because the other side of that action is alignment with your values. So feel your heartbeat and pour love deeply into it. Deep into you. Keep showing up, my love, for yourself, for others, for the world.
Namaste, beautiful.
