Good morning, beautiful. Thank you so much for being here with me today. Let's start by taking a deep breath in, filling your entire body with air. Then when it can't fill anymore, release the air with a big, loud sigh. And then let yourself ease into a nice, comfortable rhythm of breathing, feeling your body relax with every breath, feeling your mind clear.
Life brings challenges, moments that push you, moments that feel heavy, but within you is a strength that is far greater than any obstacle you face. Breathe deep and connect to that inner strength, to that quiet, powerful resilience that has always been a part of you. Emotional struggles may try to weigh you down, but they are not who you are.
