He said something that really connected with me. He said,
trainers and coaches are merely a tool to use to help you build and make you stronger. It was just a reminder that the strength that we have within ourselves is really what helps us to become successful in our fitness journeys. You know, no one else can do the work for us. No one else can put on the workout clothes, put on the sneakers and push play. We have to find that within ourselves to do that every day. And then it's
It can have people that help us, help support us, help guide us through the workouts, but really it all starts internally. So just remember that you are stronger than you know and that if you are going for a run every day or getting your training in whatever workout that you do, remember that the strength always lies within you and other people are just your supporters. So
