Maybe shake your arms and your legs a little bit and then breathe in deep, inviting the fresh air to fill you up. Hold that breath at the top for just a moment and then exhale, breathing the air all the way to the very end. Then settle into a comfortable rhythm of breathing.
as you feel your body relax. Now, bring your awareness to the center of your chest. Here lies your heart chakra, the energy center of love, compassion, and healing. Imagine a small lotus bud resting there, softly glowing with a gentle green light. This lotus represents your heart chakra, a source of love and peace. With every breath,
The lotus opens slowly, petal by petal, releasing the soft green light from its center. Each petal unfolds with ease, expanding gently, allowing the energy of love to flow freely. As the lotus opens, feel the green light fill your chest, spreading warmth and healing through your entire body.
