Lisa Turker says, where there is a lack of rest, there is an abundance of stress. We've all felt the pangs of too little rest. We felt the heaviness build when we've pushed too hard, done too much without enough rest to restore us.

So this morning's meditation is a reminder that our level of rest is intricately connected to our level of stress. So I invite you to use this meditation as a tool anytime you feel your levels of stress rising so you can invite in more rest and find equilibrium. So settle in, dear one.

And no, you're not alone. We all could use more rest. We all have felt too much stress. So surrender yourself to this practice today. Forgetting about all those details in your mind. Forgetting about all those things weighing on you. And instead, just rest here.
