Just allow yourself to rest, to be fully here.

Letting go of all the thoughts of the day. Letting go of the responsibilities left to do. Letting go of any thoughts about tomorrow. Just be here with your breath. Breathing in and breathing out. Bring your attention to your toes. Let them relax one by one. Picture a soft light wrapping around each toe.

gently warming and soothing them. Feel the tension dissolve, leaving your toes relaxed. Feel the warmth spread to the soles of your feet. Every muscle, every bone sinks into softness. Feel the warmth spread up to your lower legs, allowing this warmth to release any tension

softening all your muscles and breathing deeper into relaxation. Let the warmth move up to your knees, releasing any tightness. Your knees feel light and free. Now bring your awareness to your thighs and feel them tingle with the warmth of relaxation, soothing every muscle with each breath you release.

More tension, more stress. Now, up into your hips. The warmth flows here, opening any tight muscles, feeling a wave of ease washing over them, loosening and relaxing your hips as you settle deeper into rest. Bring your tension to your belly. Notice it rise and fall as you breathe.

Imagine the quiet rhythm of a calm motion inside of you, its waves moving steadily, bringing peace and tranquility. Bring your focus to your chest and your heart, and imagine a soft glow surrounding the space, calming you from the inside out. Your heart beats slowly and evenly, leaving you feeling grounded and still.

Now, shift your awareness to your arms and your hands and let the tension fall away as your arms grow heavy and relaxed. Imagine them floating beside you, free of any weight or pressure. The warmth flows into your neck and shoulders and you feel all that tightness melt away, leaving your neck and your shoulders loose.

gently sinking into rest. The warmth rises to your face and your head, and you feel your forehead soften, your chi melt, and your jaw release. Imagine your eyes resting in a gentle, comforting darkness. You are surrounded by quiet, and with every breath, the peace within you grows deeper.

Let your entire body feel this deep relaxation from head to toe. You are calm. You are still. Namaste. Beautiful.
