how it feels to be in this body right now, to open the heart and bring this gentle awareness to this experience, however we're feeling. We're not judging ourselves or how we're feeling to be good or bad, right or wrong. We're simply noticing what's here, offering ourselves a simple sense of care,
curiosity, and presence to be however we are without judgment or agenda. Let's begin. So it's usually helpful to simply pause to feel into as much of the body as we can, sensing our breathing, noticing whether certain parts of the body feel unpleasant or pleasant, gently allowing ourselves to feel
whatever we feel, opening to this whole experience, this gentle awareness. I can choose how to respond with care or curiosity, navigating to different parts of the body, staying with the breath, gentle presence, breathing with the whole body,
noticing more and more subtle energies in the body and the heart, spinning to the fullness of this experience throughout the mind, continually meeting this moment, not good or bad, right or wrong, letting the past go to meet what's here. May we continue to meet this moment however it unfolds,
with gentle embodied presence, remembering to breathe and to care for the rest of the day. Maybe taking a deep breath or two, feeling our body's connection with the seat or the ground, and slowly reconnecting whenever you're ready.
